'I'm certain he's punishing Grace right now, hopefully he'll smack and beat her exactly like Grace attacked me yesterday. That would be perfect!' Amara celebrated internally. 'Perhaps a blow to her stomach would work too. It would serve as an excellent reminder that she's nothing but a sterile witch.'
Vita had been positioned in the hallway, observing Amara, who cackled like a deranged sorceress while listening in on the events unfolding within the CEO's office.
Vita already understood that Mr. Benjamin was likely creating sounds to persuade Amara that he was genuinely harming Mrs. Preston.
