The void. A place of absolute nothingness. An empty and cold pathway that leads a being to a place they won't appreciate. The void holds secrets that holds the keys to ones escape. A place that holds mysterious secrets related to mankind. The void doesn't invites it doesn't abuse , it consumes. The void holds no being yet it consumed endless souls.
"It's time" - a whisper in the void.
The morning sky was clear and the sunlight was peaking through the clouds. The roads were empty. The whole neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Footsteps was coming from a distance. A man running. Rushing through the roads like his life depends. "I can't be late today." He keeps on running. He looks at his watch while running and it's already 10:30 he keeps on running. His destination awaits. As he was rushing he sees a woman standing on the other side of the road. Black jacket, long hair, blue eyes. The woman looked gorgeous but there was no time left for him. He looks ahead and keeps on running. Finally he stopped Infront of a store and catches his breaths. "Finally I made it." "No you didn't" - A voice from inside the store. An old man come out stands Infront him. "How many times have I told you that your shift starts at 8 if you keep this up I might kick you out kento." Kento smiles and says - "come on old man it's just a bit of delay no big deal." He rushed inside the shop. The bold man looks at him and gets inside. A groceries shop run by Mr Yamako and kento is working here for over a year now. Kento puts on his apron and gets on working. He takes out the trash, he started organising stuff. The shop had some few customers. Mr Yamako called kento to the counter. "You called Mr Yamako" - kento watches him counting some cash expecting it was his pay check. He was right it was his paycheck. Mr Yamako hands it to him and says - "try to spend them well kento, you not in highschool right now so be a bit thoughtful." Kento smiles and says - "you got it old man." As time passed by kentos routine work was going smoothly. Kento steps outside, a bottle of soda in his hand. He sits down and takes a sip. "Damn me. I really want to earn more than this. Every job I apply for rejects me. I need more money if I want my dreams to come true." As kento was sitting and drinking his soda he noticed something weird. Right Infront him he sees the air glitching. A small shaped hole was floating in the air Infront him. Around the hold the air was glitching. Kento gets up and rubs his eyes thinking he's imagining stuff but it's not and imagination. He still sees it. Kento steps inside and tells Mr Yamako to look at it. He points his fingers and says - "yo old me what's that you see it?" Mr Yamako looks confused and said - "nothings there kento what's wrong with you." Kento doesn't give up yet he pulls Mr Yamako outside and tells him to look at it bit again Mr Yamako says - "what's wrong with you today there nothing there now go back to work." Kento couldn't do anything but to return to his work but his eyes still focused on that footing shaped thing. As he works he constantly looks at it again and again.
Kento gets outside and it's still there. Kento feels weird this time the people around him disappeared. Usually the road is filled with people walking around. Infront of Mr Yamako's shop there is another shop. Kento looks at that shop and sees no one is there. That shop is one of the most crowded shop. He looks at his watch and sees it has stopped working. The needles aren't moving. He gets inside the shop and sees Mr Yamako is missing as well. His hands were getting sweaty. "Is this a prank" - he whispered. All of the people mysterious disappeared within a second. Suddenly he remembers about the strange shape which was floating. He rushed out and sees it's missing the spot is clean. Kento looks around but fear grips his mind. The roads felt dead. Not a single soul around.
Footsteps started coming from inside the store. Kento thought it was Mr Yamako. He rushed inside and it shocked him. A man was roaming inside the shop. His hair was long, his face has a scar. His eyes were crimson red. As he steps closer and closer kento noticed the man was holding a katana. He was wearing a black jacket. He steps closer and closer and stops Infront kento. The man looks at him and says - "how the hell did you enter." Kento looks at him and mumbles - "what? I-I work here." The man looks at him and says - "like I care." Kento step's back and the man stepped closer. "I don't know how you entered but you won't be making it out." The man holds the grips of the katana and pulls it out. The blade was sharp. The light reflected through the blade. He holds it and pointed the tip towards kento and says - "Your a dead man."
Kento turns around and tried to run. As he took a step the man bends down a bit , he's ready to strike. He launched himself with great speed and cuts kento from behind. Kentos back was cut. He turns and takes a small look only to see his blood was spilling out. Kento fell on the floor and his visions became blurry. His could feel his shoulders. His blood was all over the floor. Kento screamed in pain and claws around. He was feeling extreme pain and his bleeding wasn't stopping. Kento crawls to the exit door but from behind the man shoves the katana inside kentos leg. Kento felt extreme pain and screams. Now he can't even move his body felt extreme pain and his visions were blurry. "Please don't kill me" - he screams. He couldn't feel his legs. The man walks over and stands Infront him. "How did you enter mirror dimension." Kento screaming for help and begging for forgiveness. "Please I don't know anything please let me go." The man holds his hair and looks at Kentos eyes. "You little shit , you work for them right?" Kento was feeling extreme fear as he makes eye contact with him. His eyes looked terrified kento screaming for help and mercy. The man pulls out a knife and points at him. "Such a waste of time." Kento looks at his leg the katana was deep inside his muscle his back was bleeding and his body refused to move because of fear. He looks at the man - "is this the end." His destiny was unknown.
