Chapter 6 - Dovah III

"I hate this," I grumbled as I sat inside my cage, barely able to fit in it as Mother giggled whilst Rakharo and Jhogo pulled me along.

"I know you hate it, my son, but just endure it for a moment longer. I had bought the case with your measurements in mind, but I had not expected you to grow so much overnight."

'Right, that might be because of the Akatosh-R'hllor dragon I spoke to last night,' After I had went to sleep due to me having met a cosmic god, I found myself waking up to almost twice the size of my sisters.

I'd say I was more or less about the same size as canon Drogon was in the original canon series at the time that Mother went to Yunkai.

"Oh, don't you worry, Mother. I'll burn this thing the second I'm out."

"Hahaha! I believe he hates it more than the last one, Khaleesi," Jhogo spoke up and I let out a huff of smoke as Rakharo grinned while Mother chuckeld.

"That's good. It means he is still fire," Rakharo answered, to which Mother nodded before I turned my gaze to the four that was following along the carriage.

First was Jorah, which wasn't surprising as the man had stuck to her like glue just in case Kraznys tried anything. The second and third were Belwas and Arstan Whitebeard/ Ser Barristan, both following closely at the back as they did not want to let mother out of their sight until we got to Pentos.

The last one was surprising as I had expected her to be waiting with Kraznys and the other 'Good Masters', but as Missandei walked just a few paces in front of Mother, I took my time to look at her.

'Tan skin, supple skin, soft lips, slim with curves still in all the right places…and yet, no attraction whatsoever,' In a past life, I would have been down-bad for her, but now, there was absolutely no attraction or lust to her at all.

Yet, when I looked at my sisters, though…

'Am I that far gone that I'm now all about 'Keeping the bloodline Pure'?', The thought made me want to smack myself with my own tail.

I know I was a dragon, but that does not mean that I'm turning into some Targaryen purity cultist. It's just…well, they're dragons and I'm a dragon and there are no other dragons alive. It's not madness, but just simple biology.

'Yeah, keep telling myself that,' I don't deny it either as my emotions had grown even duller after the thing with the Thu'um. Even my annoyance at Jorah kissing Mother was now more territorial like a real dragon instead of the jealousy of someone trying to steal his mother's love.

"Well, Akatosh's fire runs through me and R'hllor's flame fuels my soul. Of course I'd grow distant from those not of fire and scale."

"You look like you're plotting something," Mother whispered as her fingers reached through the iron bars, scratching at my nose and making me rumble as I slapped my tail against the wood.

It did fracture somewhat, but it was enough to appease Mother as she giggled before I watched as the gates to the plaza came into view.

In front of the gates was Kraznys mo Naklos himself, standing arrogantly next to his fellow Good Masters while thousands of Unsullied stood in rank all around us.

"Remember, Drogon, no matter what, wait until my signal," I just gave a low rumble in acknowledgement, Rakharo and Jhogo stopping at the bottom of the steps while Mother ascended them.

"Ah, the pale queen finally comes with her fat guards and her fat ass. I assume my dragon is in the cage?", Missandei translated it for as best as she could without all the vile words, to which Mother smiled and nodded before turning back.

As she picked up the chain that was linked to the collar around my neck, Rakharo and Jhogo opened the cage and I strutted out, enjoying the looks of awe and fear as I lifted my head and stood tall.

My tail smacked against the ground and a few people flinched at that, smoke billowing from my nostrils as I followed after Mother with a growl.

"This one. He is mine now."

"And the Unsullied are mine?", Mother asked, Missandei translating before she smirked as she took the black whip and let Kraznys take the chain.

"Unsullied! One step forward!", Mother speaking High Valyrian knocked everyone for a loop while Kraznys was still trying to make me listen to him.

"Stop!", She exclaimed, the Unsullied stopping in place before she barked out orders.

"Unsullied! Slay every master, every slave owner, every person that holds a whip! Spare the slaves and the innocent! Make sure that the evil of this city is wiped out today!"

"Tell the bitch her dragon isn't listening!", Kraznys exclaimed before I grinned as Mother turned her gaze, glaring directly at Kraznys.

"A dragon is not a slave."

"You…you speak High Valyrian?"

"I am Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen. The blood of Old Valyria runs through my veins and High Valyrian is my mother's tongue. Drogon…Dracarys."

"With pleasure," I snarled as I bit down on Kraznys' leg, launching him up into the sky with a grunt before spitting out a pillar of flames that burned his body to a crisp.

Flapping my wings and launching myself up, I bit down on his body and tore it in half, grinning as I watched Rhaenys and Visenya diving down before unleashing twin waves of dragonfire.

Taking a gulp of air, I aimed my mouth at the statues of the gods, unleashing a wave of dragonfire that had hints of black at the centre.

'Well, this is a good time so I might as well.'

"FUS…RO DAH!", Letting out a roar, the shockwave of it ripped the wall in front of me asunder, sending debris outwards like shrapnel while also eviscerating everyone that was at the centre of the explosion.

Below, chaos ensued as the Unsullied massacred every master they could find, Rhaenys and Visenya standing beside Mother and her shocked council before I dropped down.

Landing with a soft thud, I shook my head before making my way to them, ignoring the flames burning the city down as I pushed my head into her side with a rumble.

"Thank you, son. Now, they truly know what it means to fear a dragon," She whispered, resting her hand against my snout while my sisters purred as they pushed against my sides.

Turning my gaze to the city that was burning down, I couldn't help my joy as I snorted with a huff.

'Today, it was Astapor, but soon, they will all know what it means to fear a dragon. However, I'm not done,' Taking a step back free from Mother's hand, I cracked my body all over before crouching down lowly.

"Drogon, what are you do-!", Without letting her finish her sentence, I shot up until the air, flying up higher and higher until all of Astapor was fully visible from above.

'If I remember correctly, Yunkai is straight to the north of here and they're also the weakest out of the three cities of Slaver's Bay,' This was a crucial point in Mother's plan to free Slaver's Bay as the masters here just continued to go back to their ways after she left.

Meaning, I had to make sure they knew not to do so.

'And I have just the shout to use.'

The air whistled as I sliced through it, flying high while staring down at the small blot that was Yunkai slowly coming into view.

It was a beautiful sight with everything made out of yellow bricks, including the golden pyramids in the city walls as well as the numerous Harpy statues scattered around the city itself.

Right now, Mother and the rest of her army should be a day or two away from here, but just to be sure, I wanted to take care of the slave masters here before continuing on to Meereen.

Yunkai was a blight, a gilded tumour pretending at civilization. Its walls were bright and attractive while the rot festered inside of it like a wound.

Astapor was a warning to those who continued their slaving ways, but since most don't listen to the warning…

'Yunkai will be the lesson,' Diving down, I took a deep breath before grinning as I crashed in the centre of the city's rich area and shouted.

"VEZOF…URZIN EDRUTA!", A sea of crimson flames erupted in all directions, devouring everything in its path.

Gold bricks were turned black, towers came crumbling down and the harpy statues melted within seconds as I walked through the burning district and made my way to the central pyramid.

'You hide behind the backs of the ones you whipped, huh?', I thought as I saw soldiers rallying in front of it, using slaves as human shields before I narrowed my eyes.

"ZUN…HAAL VIIK!", I hissed, with it echoing through the air before the guards were surprised when every weapon they had flew out of their grasp and to the sides.

"FAAS…RU MAAR," Not finished yet, I snarled in their direction, this one making their eyes widen as I let out a menacing roar at the end and watched fear dance in their eyes.

It was not the fear of people afraid for their lives. No, this was the primal fear of prey staring down an apex predators and realizing they didn't stand a chance.

With my final Shout, I was not surprised when the guards scramble for safety, the slaves looking surprised before I picked up a sword and tossed it at one.

Watching as the sword rolled at their feet, I nodded to the rest before lifting my tail, pointing past them at the horrified 'Wise Masters' staring at me.

"We…we kill them?", The one I had given the sword to asked, to which I nodded slowly before looking up at the massive Harpy statue at the top of the pillar.

Craning my neck up, I inhaled, letting the smoke and fumes dance on my tongues before shouting one last time.

"YOL TOOR SHUL!", Pure black and scarlet red flames burst from my throat, engulfing the top third of the pyramid in an instant and melting it down to molten sludge within seconds.

Clicking my jaw closed and cutting the flames off, I watched as the slaves eagerly raced for the weapons, deciding to turn and help the slaves at the other pyramids as the carnage began.

Soon, all shall be free.

"Khaleesi, I believe your son has been…busy."

"The Great Black Savior~ The Great Black Savior~", Daenerys was surprised as she heard the cheering, staring at the city of slaves or former slaves considering how no one was wearing a collar.

On top of that, she stared at the mountain of gold and corpses gathered outside the city walls, watching as Drogon gorged him on the meat while rolling around in the gold.

"Drogon, what did you do?", Daenerys asked, rolling her eyes as her son looked up with an innocent look in his eyes despite the head of a woman in his jaws.

His sisters didn't seem to mind as they also dove into the pile of flesh and she was surprised when Drogon rolled down towards her instead of snarling at them to stop them from eating his meal.

"Did you kill all of the masters?", she asked, narrowing her eyes when Drogon looked at her and nodded.

"Oh, so you could understand everything that I was saying? You were just ignoring my orders for the fun of it?", She asked and groaned when he nodded unashamedly, even going so far as to look proud of it.

"Fine, then why did you kill the masters?", His answer confused her as he simply pointed his tail at her, looking down before her eyes widened slightly as she looked at her son.

"For…for me?", she asked, smiling as he nodded before pushing his head against her chest.

"Oh, son, thank you, but you didn't have to do it. I was more than happy to kill a few slave master-Wait, did any of them survive?", She asked and was not surprised when he looked at her before looking at the flesh hill behind him.

"Hah, forget I asked that question," she murmured, watching as Drogon huffed and turned back to the pile of flesh. As she did the same, she watched as her daughters were now fighting over what remained of a man's lower body.

"Khaleesi, I believe that your son intended to send a message, to show those that go against you what he will do to them should they try anything," Belwas spoke with a smirk and Daenerys looked at her son walking over to the flesh before nodding in agreement.

"It is…and I approve of it. Now, though, we must first make our way into Yunkai and plan our next move."

"Drogon, could you come here, please?"

"I just got comfortable," I grumbled as I pulled myself out from under Rhaenys and Visenya, who were stuffed full from the people we ate and snoring peacefully.

Walking out into the courtyard, I laid down beside Mother and rested my head on her lap, the woman smiling as she stroked the back of my head with a hum.

"Thank you once again, son, for ending their suffering. However, I did not wish for this, Drogon. I want to be a just ruler, not one that sends out her dragons to fix her every problem."

"So, I should wait until you give me the go-ahead to cause massive destruction?", The woman could not understand me, but the look in my eyes seemed to suffice as a translation as Daenerys smiled and nodded.

"Yes, you must wait until I ask of you or else people are going to think that you're feral. However, I must admit that using terror to get their attention was most definitely a good idea."

"Thanks, I try."

"Don't look so smug. I said it's a good idea, not a great one nor one you will repe-You won't stop, will you?", She asked as I looked at her, letting out a sigh when I shook my head and rumbled.

"I suppose that is to be expected. In any case, thank you, my son. Taking care of Yunkai allows me to focus all attention on Meereen."

"At least you appreciate my proactive genocide now," I rumbled, to which Mother sighed as she ran her fingers along my scales.

"This will be harder than Yunkai and Astapor combined. Their walls are taller, their armies are larger and the masters are far more prideful. They will put up more resist. Also, no, not unless I tell you to."

"What? But I wasn't even…yeah, you got me. I was definitely gonna," I grumbled, Mother giggle as she scratched my nose with a knowing smile.

"Still, next time, wait for me, please. I don't want to lose you again without warning."

"I won't, Mother. Taking out an entire city is hard enough on my own."

"Also, take your sisters with you next time. They nearly panicked themselves to death when you disappeared."

"Those two di-Yeah, they probably would," I rumbled as I turned my eyes to look at the two out cold sprawled out in tangle of wings and limbs.

"You three are the only dragons and I do know they love you even more than I do, which is ridiculous to say out loud now that I think about it."

"Love? As in…?", I trailed off as I pointed my tail at them and then at her abdomen, Mother following my gaze before she caught the meaning and let out an amused laugh.

"So, there is something you're afraid of? Oh, how the people would love to know this secret of the Great Black Savior."

"Just answer the question."

"Hahaha~ Don't worry, Drogon. You three are still too young for that, but you are also the last dragons and you became the male so if I were you, I'd be prepared for when your heat days come."

"Heat?…Wait, I'll go in heat?!"
