Chapter 35 - AFTERMATH

The morning fight had ended, but its echoes lingered in the hallways. Daniel Park stood tall, his dark eyes unblinking, his small, cruel smile barely noticeable. Around him, the defeated cronies groaned on the floor, their pride shattered and their faces already bruised.

Whispers spread like wildfire:

"Did you see that? The way he moved… like a predator."

"Even Logan's men… and they're seniors!"

"Who is this kid?"

Some students hid behind lockers, trembling; others watched from a distance, their eyes wide with fear. A few of the braver ones exchanged glances, impressed by Daniel's unshakable calm.

Logan's Rage

At the top of the hallway, Logan Lee's face was red, veins throbbing in his neck. His fists clenched so tightly that his knuckles whitened. Every muscle in his body screamed fury.

"You little brat! How dare you humiliate my men!" he roared, grabbing the nearest crony and slamming him against the lockers. The echo of metal rang through the hall like a warning bell.

The cronies tried to stand, but Logan's wrath consumed them. He punished them with relentless force—punches, kicks, slaps. Each strike left a mark, a lesson in fear. Sweat dripped from his brow as he vented his anger, and students ducked instinctively, their hearts pounding.

"He's even scaring Logan… and he's just a kid!" one student whispered.

Logan's mind raced. How could a mere 11-year-old do this? How… how could he be so controlled, so… merciless? His ego and authority had been undermined in front of everyone, and it burned like fire.

Students' Reactions

The hallways were a mix of awe, fear, and disbelief. Classmates of both Daniel and Logan watched in silence:

Some whispered, "That kid… he's a monster."

Others trembled, unable to comprehend what had just happened.

Even older students who normally ruled with confidence felt a chill, realizing that the balance of power in the school had subtly shifted.

The defeated cronies glared at Daniel from the floor, shame and terror filling their eyes. The fear wasn't just of Daniel's skill—it was of the ice-cold composure he carried, the aura of someone who could strike without warning, without remorse.

Logan's Mental State

Logan finally stepped back, panting, fists still clenched. Anger and frustration battled with humiliation. He had beaten and terrorized others for years, yet this kid, this middle schooler, had reduced his loyal men to nothing.

He's a threat… and I can't even touch him directly yet, Logan thought. I need a plan. I need leverage. But first… my cronies need to regain their pride—or they'll collapse under me.

His mind sharpened. Every insult, every defeat, every whisper of fear became fuel. He swore silently: Daniel Park… you think this is just a schoolyard fight? I will make you regret this day.

---

Daniel remained silent, observing every reaction: his enemies' fear, his peers' awe, Logan's simmering rage. The message was clear: he was untouchable, and anyone who challenged him would face consequences far beyond their imagination.
