Normally, the two groups should have faced off, but unfortunately, the situation at this moment was clearly not normal.
There was no pre-battle chatter; only Kayson's zero-frame initiation, characteristic of the new generation of Hogwarts Professors, as he instantly used Ender Teleportation to appear amidst the crowd, and a giant wave of flames surged outwards from him.
The previous wave of flames had filtered out those who were not fully committed to causing trouble, leaving only those determined to stir things up, and this time, it also filtered out those who were not very strong, leaving them to the Aurors and enforcers outside; as for those who could contend with Lupin and Sirius, Kayson kept them for himself.
Those still remaining in the center were basically Death Eaters, or former Death Eaters, and they all pulled out their wands, pointing them at Kayson.
The latter looked at the masks on their faces and revealed a subtle smile; among the people present, he knew without a doubt that there were parents of Slytherin students, though there would be some from the other two houses as well, just not as many as Slytherin.
If they had used their real faces, he might have had to consider whether it was inappropriate for him, as a Professor, to slaughter the parents of his students.
But now it was different; they were all wearing masks, and his psychological burden instantly disappeared.
The mechanical arms behind him instantly sprung out from beneath the cape of his trench coat, brandishing, and replaced with magic-glowing blades, they randomly stabbed towards the chest of the nearest Death Eater.
The next moment, the originally paper-thin blade pierced through the Death Eater's chest, creating a vacuum hole the size of a bowl; with a thud, this not-so-fair battle erupted instantly.
The outer battle was much simpler; after the first wave of fire forced back the rabble who were taking advantage of the chaos, the remaining Wizards were not so difficult to deal with for the large number of Aurors and enforcers urgently dispatched by the Ministry of Magic.
Perhaps some of them could exchange spells with the Aurors for a while, but generally, they would quickly be riddled with holes by the powerful firepower.
Those who were not as strong had better luck; they were tackled to the ground by charging Aurors, their wands confiscated, temporarily saving their lives.
However, a shadowy Wizard stealthily hid in the low visibility darkness, finally finding an opportunity; the next moment, he instantly disarmed Sirius and then swept past him, eerily wrapping his arm around Harry's neck, his wand pressed against Harry's chin.
At this moment, this audacious Death Eater showed no fear, as he had seen before his action that Harry was empty-handed, and unlike other ordinary Aurors and enforcers, at least in the eyes of Sirius and Lupin, Harry's life was surprisingly valuable; if he could just hold him hostage, he might actually be able to escape.
"Sir..." Lupin saw Harry being held hostage and instantly became timid, dropping his wand with one hand and making an 'Erkang' gesture with the other, saying.
"Don't move, any of you! If anyone moves, let's see whose spell is faster, yours or mine!" The Death Eater forcefully pressed his wand against Harry's chin.
"OK... OK, we won't move, Sir, calm down. Just let him go now, and you can leave. No one will stop you."
"Oh, do you think I'd believe your nonsense? Maybe the year after I let this kid go, a dozen Killing Curse curses would come flying at me!" The Death Eater sneered, completely unaware that Harry was simultaneously gripping the hand that held his chin and searching for a suitable angle.
The next moment, there was a tearing sound, and the Death Eater's arm and wand simultaneously broke.
With the Death Eater's scream and his instinctive release of Harry, before the dozen Killing Curse curses the Death Eater anticipated could arrive, a bright silver light filled his vision.
With a thud, the Death Eater fell to the ground, unable to move, only able to make rasping sounds.
Harry looked at the hidden blade on his wrist, stained with the Death Eater's throat blood, and couldn't stop panting; what he had just done was completely instinctive, leaving him no time to react.
However, before he could react, another crimson spell came flying towards him; a Wizard rushing towards him also seemed to have found his true purpose, only by holding a living Harry Potter hostage could he possibly escape at this moment.
As the red spell quickly landed on Harry, there was another familiar feeling, and he quickly raised his right hand.
A stream of light shot out from it, piercing through the Death Eater who was rushing towards him.
Instantly, two lives were lost in Harry's hands, making him forget what he was supposed to do, but soon Sirius, Lupin, and Mr. Weasley once again surrounded him.
"You've done enough, get some rest, Harry. The first time, there might be some psychological issues," Mr. Weasley said, while using magic to tear the nearest Death Eater to shreds.
"Actually, I can still..." Harry swallowed, suppressing the urge to vomit, and then instinctively, and unfortunately, glanced in Kayson's direction.
"Woah!"
He threw up. At this moment, Kayson had already finished his small battlefield; in a small circle, there was nothing but minced meat everywhere, and judging by the thickness, it seemed not a single one had escaped.
Then Kayson looked at the other enemies who were still resisting stubbornly, sighed, and randomly chose a lucky one to approach.
Ten minutes later, everything settled; Mr. Weasley and the Aurors were counting the bodies, among which about forty had died, and the remaining, if calculated equally by weight, should be over thirty, but unfortunately, not a single piece of evidence to prove their identity could be found at the scene, only lumps of red jam...
"What should we do about this?" an Auror asked, puzzled.
And Mr. Weasley leaned over: "Let's call them missing."
The few of them exchanged glances, their eyes shifting: "...Missing is good, they must be missing!"
On the other side, Kayson, Lupin, and Sirius gathered around Harry, and finally, Sirius patted his shoulder: "Though I really want to tell you how cool what you just did was, I think it's better if you get some sleep now."
