Chapter 244 - Chapter 244 Come at me!

The reporter was clearly a rookie; he was a bit surprised whether this obviously controversial interview should be released, but soon his reason overcame his intuition.

"Publishing this article will definitely make him a fortune!" he muttered, quickly running out of the private room.

Kayson, on the other hand, pressed the Little Wizards's shoulder: "Slow down, I've already seen your father." Kayson said, waving to the Wizard selling roasted sausages. Only after that Wizard took the Little Wizards away did he walk towards Lupin and the others.

"What did you go out for?" Sirius asked curiously. "This year's match was exceptionally exciting; it's a shame you missed it."

"I went to buy some roasted sausages to eat," Kayson replied with a shrug.

"Sacrificing the match for roasted sausages…"

Lupin nudged Sirius with his elbow: "Not everyone likes Quidditch, and the roasted sausages are indeed delicious."

"Exactly!" Kayson clapped his hands, and then the group left the stadium and headed towards the camp.

Mrs. Weasley and Lupin clearly had their own unique insights into food. This wasn't sarcasm, but rather Kayson's exclamation after he received his portion of stew.

After eating several servings, Kayson burped and temporarily used Ender Teleportation to leave the camp. He soon returned, holding an ender pearl that glowed faintly.

He tapped it twice with his finger, and the light instantly brightened. Two more taps, and the light dimmed again.

"That's fine now," he muttered, putting the ender pearl into his pocket. Then he returned to the tent. He, Lupin, and Sirius shared a tent with the three Little Wizardss, while Hermione stayed with Mrs. Weasley and Chang.

Late at night, Kayson remained awake, simply watching the constantly refreshing map in his hand. The pixel points on it changed every single second, perhaps a tent somewhere was accidentally blown away by the wind, or a campfire in a camp extinguished or reignited, all of which would cause its pixel points to refresh.

However, everything seemed to be just like this: calm, eerily calm.

He leaned back in his human dog bed, made of piled wool, humming and watching the map, while the other five emitted peculiar snores around him…

It was understandable; he had slept for half the day, while Lupin and Sirius had partied all day… A pure strong mentality; one couldn't help but admire it.

Just as he put down the map and reached for the small hip flask on the nearby table, intending to refresh himself, the map suddenly refreshed a large area.

More than half of the entire huge camp suddenly glowed fiery red.

Seeing this, Kayson quickly kicked Lupin and Sirius awake, then woke up the three Little Wizardss.

"So? What happened?" Sirius asked, looking groggy.

"There's a fire in the distance; the chaos might have started," Kayson said, walking out of the tent. Sirius also began to explain to Neville and Ron that the purpose of this chaos might be Harry, although he didn't understand why Dumbledore's choice wasn't to have Harry immediately transfer to a safe place with an adult Wizard, but rather to have him risk it with a few adult Wizards.

But now that the plan was already made, it was too late to change it. Thinking about it differently, if that prophecy was truly useful, then letting Harry experience the cruelty of the magic world early on would also be a good thing.

At least, if he truly encountered danger in the future, he wouldn't be flustered.

Unlike Harry, Neville and Ron hadn't fully woken up when the Weasley couple rushed in, quickly helped them get dressed, and then led a large group of children to hide in a safe place.

"Why aren't they Apparating?" Kayson asked.

Sirius also frowned, then tried: "Apparition is restricted here."

Kayson pulled out his ender pearl; it still had a faint glow, not in an activated state.

"Apparition restriction set by Death Eaters, they're quite bold," Kayson muttered and walked out, while Lupin and Sirius quickly stood at his rear corners, subtly shielding Harry in the center of the three.

At this moment, the entire camp was in utter chaos, like a stirred pot. Fire blazed in the distance, and terrifying screams echoed.

Family after family, holding their children, ran in the opposite direction of the fire.

"The Ministry of Magic Aurors and Hit-Wizards have gone to maintain order, but now Wizards from all over Europe, including Northern Europe, are here, and the England Ministry of Magic is short-staffed!" On the other side, Mr. Weasley, who had just learned the situation, ran over, panting, and said.

Kayson's mouth twitched, and he quickly took a few more steps.

Soon, the group saw a large crowd of rabble that had already gathered. Kayson watched them emit inhuman screeches. Their wands seemed to be the only things they had to offer at the moment, as various spells were wildly flung in all directions.

Compared to this entire disorganized mob, individual Wizards, who could be described as powerless, frantically ran towards Kayson and his companions.

Kayson listened to the increasingly chaotic screeches and felt that this must be the most unpleasant sound in human history, until a Little Wizards, who looked young and seemed to have been separated from a parent, frantically dodged a spell descending from the sky. He quickly extended his mechanical arm to block it.

Then, his other mechanical arm swiftly grabbed the Little Wizards and pulled him behind him.

"Direct that spell at me, you scum!" Kayson waved his hand, and the Newborn Magic Art Magic Book appeared in his hand. The next moment, a sea of fire, like a surging wave, rolled towards that mob.

Almost instantly, the sea of fire eliminated nearly more than half of the rabble.

After being swept by this terrifying sea of fire, they no longer felt that their talents were unappreciated, nor that they were Death Eaters or saints, nor that their current impoverished lives were due to Muggle Wizards.

They now had only one thought: to run away. However, the anti-Apparition charms set by the true Death Eaters had confined them to their original spots.

"Run!" Someone, a quick-witted fellow, yelled, and only then did they realize they still had two legs below their waist.

The Aurors maintaining order and Kayson's group did not bother with the rabble who chose to flee. Instead, they all pulled out their wands and began to deal with the Wizards who had truly stayed behind and had their own intentions.
