Chapter 7 - Chapter 7 Returning Home

Tang Changsheng sighed, feeling that surviving a great disaster meant future blessings; he had met his Old Ancestor, embarked on the path of Cultivation, and become a Cultivator with boundless prospects.

He lamented, "Life is unpredictable. If I hadn't jumped off the cliff and been caught by the Python, I would have become its meal. The Great Dao has forty-nine paths, and one escapes."

Tang Changsheng was also very grateful to that Python. To thank it, he would kill it. A cold glint flashed in his eyes as he hardened his resolve.

Far away in a valley on Peach Blossom Mountain, that Python shivered, as if being targeted by something.

Tang Changsheng exited the Formation Plate space and came outside. He erected a tomb for his Old Ancestor, Overlord Divine Lord, and bowed three times to it.

He knew that everything he now possessed was brought to him by his Old Ancestor.

Tang Changsheng began to organize and pack everything in the Immortal Cave, attempting to put things into the circular plate space, and unexpectedly, he succeeded.

In the Spiritual Plant garden, he pulled out a Soul Flower, sealed it in the space with his magical power, and left a few precious Spiritual Plants to grow on the fifth-grade supreme Spiritual Vein.

Tang Changsheng walked out from beyond the Formation's cover and discovered that the Immortal Cave was deep within a dark pool. He quickly activated his Cultivation Technique, forming a circular light shield to block the water flow.

"Quickly swimming to the shore, Tang Changsheng looked at the towering rock wall, his face full of excitement, and shouted, 'I am back!'"

"I finally became a Cultivator. For someone with the Soul of a twenty-something, he couldn't control his inner excitement."

Subsequently, Tang Changsheng activated his Cultivation Technique and leaped up, grabbing a cliff face. Using the unevenness of the cliff, he continuously climbed and jumped upwards.

"Along the way, he discovered some Spiritual Plants containing faint Spiritual Qi growing within the cliff walls. He harvested them and tossed them into the circular plate space."

Several hours later, Tang Changsheng finally reached the top of the cliff, showing the relief of surviving a disaster, and looked down at the abyss with lingering fear.

If not for the protection of the circular plate and the guidance of his Old Ancestor's Formation, he would have long since become a pile of rotten flesh.

"Fortunately, misfortune turned into a blessing; he had embarked on the path of Cultivation and became a Cultivator free to roam between heaven and earth."

After pondering for a while, Tang Changsheng stopped thinking about irrelevant matters. Instead, he prepared to kill that Python before returning home. Since he had been out for so long, one more day wouldn't make a difference.

Tang Changsheng circulated his magical power to his legs, moving swiftly through the mountains. Along the way, he killed many wild beasts that threatened the village, as well as some Yao Beasts that were on the verge of entering the Qi Refining Early Stage.

After searching for several hours, Tang Changsheng suddenly caught the scent of a Python. In a small valley deep within Peach Blossom Mountain, there was a small pond. A huge-bodied, but seemingly lazy, Python was leisurely lying on the ground.

Tang Changsheng's heart immediately flared with anger. His Cultivation also unconsciously emitted Spiritual Pressure. That Python, suppressed by his Spiritual Pressure, trembled all over, unable to lift its head, only hissing.

Tang Changsheng walked over and discovered that this beast had actually broken through to first-tier Early Stage, becoming a first-tier Yao Beast. If it wasn't dealt with, the villagers living on Peach Blossom Mountain Plain would be in danger.

The Yao Race, when a wild beast breaks through to first-tier Early Stage, it becomes a Yao Beast, a first-tier Yao Beast.

"First-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Qi Refining Cultivators, second-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators, third-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Golden Core cultivators, fourth-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Nascent Soul Cultivators, fifth-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Soul Transformation Cultivators, sixth-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Void Refining Cultivators, seventh-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Body Integration Cultivators, eighth-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Mahayana Cultivators, and ninth-tier Yao Beasts correspond to Undergoing Tribulation Cultivators."

"Immortal-tier Yao Beasts are divided into: Earth Immortal Realm Yao Beasts, Heaven Rank Realm Yao Beasts, True Immortal Realm Yao Beasts, Golden Immortal Realm Yao Beasts, Grand Unity Golden Immortal Realm Yao Beasts, Undying Immortal King, Undying Immortal Venerable Realm Yao Beasts, and finally, Immortal Emperor Realm."

The Python also noticed Tang Changsheng's presence, its eyes filled with confusion. This prey hadn't jumped off the cliff, so how could he appear here again, and even emit such a powerful aura?

To thank this Python, Tang Changsheng didn't intend to torture it; instead, he simply slew the Python.

"As he was about to leave, he discovered that this pond was home to many fish, including several first-tier Early Stage Spiritual Fish. The surrounding vegetation was lush and vibrant, and the Spiritual Qi was rich."

Tang Changsheng swept his Divine Sense across the pond. If he hadn't searched carefully, he wouldn't have found it. In the deepest part of the pond, a rich Spiritual Qi was emanating.

Tang Changsheng cautiously wrapped his entire body in magical power, quickly jumped into the water, and dived into the depths of the pond. He discovered that the pond actually contained a second-tier Low Grade Spiritual Spring Eye. This could "supply one or two Foundation Establishment Realm cultivators and dozens of Qi Refining Cultivators for their Cultivation. He rejoiced, 'When good luck comes, you can't stop it!'"

Not far from the Spiritual Spring, there was also a barrier. Tang Changsheng used the small circular plate to pass through the light barrier and, after the barrier, discovered a hidden grotto.

"What greeted his eyes were several Dragon Snake Grasses, which could purify the Bloodline of Yao Beasts, allowing them to possess a trace of Dragon Clan Bloodline, especially the Bloodline of snakes and flood dragons, enabling them to evolve towards the Dragon Clan."

Tang Changsheng continued to walk forward and discovered some relatively precious Heaven And Earth Treasures. He reached the end, where there was a small pool in the middle, emitting strong Spiritual Qi.

"He recognized that this small pool contained Ten-Thousand-Year Spiritual Milk. A single drop was worth hundreds of thousands of Mid-Grade Spirit Stones, making it an extremely precious Heaven And Earth Treasure."

In the middle of the Spiritual Milk pool, a golden egg was soaking, emitting a faint pressure, clearly indicating it was not simple.

Tang Changsheng marveled at his good fortune; he had only come for revenge, yet he had gained so many benefits. It was simply too satisfying.

Subsequently, Tang Changsheng collected most of the Spiritual Milk, as well as the mysterious egg, into his space. Without any reluctance, he turned and left, arriving at the edge of the pond, where he set up a Restriction to prevent it from being discovered.

Tang Changsheng circulated his magical power and sprinted towards the village entrance.

A few minutes later, as he was approaching the village entrance, he felt a bit emotional.

Seeing that Tang Kun and his friends from village were safe and sound, Tang Changsheng breathed a sigh of relief.

"They also saw Tang Changsheng and cried out in excitement, saying, 'Changsheng, you're alive! That's wonderful!'"

Shy and hesitant to approach, only the slightly older Tang Daming rushed over, embracing him tightly, and cried with joy, "Changsheng, I can't believe you're still alive! We went to the village for help and then went looking for you, but we found that you had jumped off the cliff..."

Tang Changsheng's eyes reddened slightly. It felt good to be cared for. Others heard the commotion and rushed from the village. Some even hurried to Tang Changsheng's house to deliver the news. The villagers surrounded him, and continuous words of concern warmed his heart, making him vow to protect his family and the villagers.

"When Mother Zhou arrived at the village entrance, her eyes red and tears streaming, she looked at her youngest son."

This made Tang Changsheng feel a bit flustered, his heart a mix of emotions.

"It's so good to have so many people who care. In his previous life, his parents were often not home, busy earning money and running their company."

"And he was an only child, living only with his grandparents. He secretly vowed that no one could destroy this family affection. Otherwise, if gods blocked him, he would kill gods; if Buddhas blocked him, he would kill Buddhas."

Back in the village, under the continuous questioning of his relatives, Tang Changsheng slowly recounted the cause and events.

When everyone heard that he had fallen from ten thousand meters high, survived a great disaster, and even gained an Opportunity to become a Cultivator, they were both worried for him and happy.

"Of course, Tang Changsheng didn't mention some things, such as the Formation Plate he carried with him, and other secrets!"
