"Naruto wake up now!"
It wasn't even a moment that Naruto dozed off in Iruka's class before he was suddenly woken up by his teacher's scolding.
Naruto was going to apologize but Iruka cut him off before he can finish.
"We are going to have a chat after class, y right now your disrupting the rest of the class that came here to learn." While Iruka's tone was a scolding one Naruto could tell that Iruka wasn't angry just disappointed.
Naruto then sat quietly for the rest of the class. Something that managed to suprise Iruka since by now Naruto would have found an opportunity to sneak out of class.
Iruka who turned around to ask a question answered correctly by Sasuke noticed that Naruto was paying attention now.
'At least he is starting to try now. I just hope it won't be too late for him. There is three days left before graduation day.'

Naruto could tell the difference immediately. It wasn't profound or anything to crazy but every sense even the less popular ones such as spatial awareness seemed to have a slight improvement. Not enough to set him apart from a normal academy student but enough to be noticeable. With enough points however…
As for intelligence it too was noticeable as any issue he had differentiating what he learned from his previous life versus what Naruto learned incorrectly was more or less solved. Basically he graduated from simple multiplication and division back into basic algebra territory. So h wasn't exactly a genius but definitely not completely clueless.
It took only that one class period to earn an attribute point which was only about an 1 hour and 15 minutes with about 15 of those minutes spent napping total. So more or less and 1 hour of training earned a stat point.
'Not too bad.'
Naruto now the last person left in the classroom was about to have a scolding from Iruka.
"Naruto, graduation is only in a couple of days. I'm only saying this because I care, I want you to graduate, and I want to see you accomplish your dreams, but being hokage starts here in this classroom. Nobody will just hand you the hat without the results of hard work to back it up. That is why if you need any extra help I'm willing to help you as much as I can.'
Before Naruto could say anything something strange happened. It was as if time had slowed to a crawl and a few dialogue options appeared before him.

'No way in hell I'd choose some these dialogue options. The only three I could realistically choose and still sleep well at night is agreeable, sarcastic, or the custom dialogue option. Even the questioning dialogue box could sound like a negative option!'
While his internal monologue would normally take a few seconds only milliseconds had passed since Iruka asked his question.
Naruto choose the agreeable option.
"Sure I actually could use some help with the clone jutsu."
"The clone jutsu huh?" Iruka looked contemplative at Naruto. "Try to preform the jutsu then tell me what you felt before and after the jutsu."
Naruto placed his hands in the clone hand seal and gathered his chakra. It was like an unstable current of energy hard to put it into words. Basically the jutsu only required a drop but a who ocean wanted to burst through the dam opening it gives a rivers amount of water compared to the drop that is desired. His ability to control how much water goes free is harder when it come to releasing smaller quantities.
Basically the more chakra a jutsu requires the easier it would actually be to preform given the lackluster state of Naruto's control. That is why the clones were created. They weren't technically wrong.
Naruto reached down to touch the dead looking clones.
His eyes widened when he touched it. 'Huh these are normal clones they shouldn't be solid but they are for some reason why would they be solid but inanimate?'

Iruka looked puzzled as he too noticed that they had a physical form not for the first time either. 'It's almost like he was about to make a shadow clone but the chakra ratios aren't right.' He then looked to Naruto and gave the best professional answer he could give. "The combination of yin and yang energies is what chakra is composed of. These energies are combined in different ratios to create different justu. Handseals are used to help guide chakra to mold the proper amount of chakra and help ensure that the ratio's meet a certain threshold. This is often why some jutsus require more handseals than some others that are more basic. The amount of hand seals required can be decreased with enough chakra control. That is why we practiced the leaf balancing method earlier in the academy."
Naruto curious about his options choose the free dialogue to cut to the chase since he knew about the very basic aspects of chakra already. "So what are my options since it's clear that chakra control is the issue."
Iruka sighed as he looked at Naruto with a bit of pitty. Naruto's issue wasn't a common one so some of the soloutions weren't what a normal academy student would be capable of doing without the guidance of a Jonin. "Your issue isn't that simple but there is some solutions some more practical than others. I would suggest you learn a tougher chakra control method to get the chakra control required for the clone jutsu. Another option I wouldn't recommend would be to add more handseals to help get the correct ratio of yin and yang. This should be your back up plan if you fail to improve your chakra control. Another option not as practical would be to create more clones than necessary thus expending more chakra and meeting the chakra threshold. The only other option would be to learn a higher grade of clone jutsu that requires much more chakra. This wouldn't be too hard but the only issue is that I don't have the clearance to teach a jutsu above the C Rank Level. You would have to go to a Jonin for a B or A rank jutsu and only the Hokage or personnel with clearance can teach a jutsu of the S Rank level or below. If you wanted to take that route I'd suggest asking Lord Hokage."
Iruka didn't know it at that time but the Naruto now had an idea of how he can not only get the clone jutsu to work but perhaps he might be able to reinvent the multiple shadow clone jutsu using the information of how to preform a shadow clone. "Thanks Iruka I'd like to go try some ideas out, but before I go do you know of a chakra control exercise that might help?"
Iruka hesitated for a moment but answered anyway, "well it's not an exercise typically meant for academy students your supposed to wait until at least the gen in level but there is one you can try. It's called the tree climbing exercise. You will have to channel chakra at the bottom of your feat and use it to stick to surfaces like this." Iruka demonstrated by walking up the wall and upside down on the ceiling before circling the room and making it back feet down on the floor. "You just have to be careful not to use too much chakra or to little. This exercise is meant to help you regulate using just enough chakra and not too much or too little. To little chakra and you will not stick. Too much chakra and you will be sent flying off the wall and may even run the risk of breaking it. I'd recommend finding a tree to practice this exercise on."
Naruto couldn't help but feel excited he had so much he wanted to do and try. "Alright thanks Iruka sensei I'll see you in class tomorrow!"
Iruka smiled as he watched Naruto run out the room. 'It's been less than an hour and tha kid has managed to impress me he probably learned more today than he had with years of learning combined. Maybe… just maybe you can become the Hokage… Naruto Uzumaki… Hokage… we are doomed.'
It was as Naruto left the room with Iruka the familiar ding of the system went off three times.
