"Terrorist Attack Suspected in XX City, Mexico!"
Noah stroked his chin, looking at the link in front of him and the accompanying image, then clicked on it.
The screen switched to a live broadcast, where a Mexican female reporter, with slightly brown skin, was broadcasting from a pile of ruins, speaking in Mexican that Noah couldn't understand.
"Lissandra, translate for me."
"Yes, Noah."
Noah had Lissandra provide real-time translation, and then the reporter's obscure language became understandable to Noah.
"The ruins behind me are where the attack took place. As you can see, the areas that were attacked are now completely shattered, showing just how deranged those Terrorists are. Next, we'll interview some of the residents nearby and ask for their thoughts."
The female reporter approached a group of onlookers, asking one if he was a local resident. After receiving an affirmative answer, she began the interview.
"Oh! What happened last night was terrifying. I hadn't gone to sleep yet when I suddenly heard a huge noise nearby, like an explosion. I thought something had exploded somewhere and was worried about Fire, so I looked out the window."
The female reporter questioned the nearby resident, wanting to know his thoughts as someone living there. The interviewee then recounted what had happened that night to the camera.
According to him, the commotion was immense, with a sound as violent as an explosion, along with the noise of collapsing walls. He also heard some terrifying roars and growls from the surroundings.
"I don't think those were Terrorists; they must have been some kind of terrifying monsters, because… hey, don't pull me!"
Before the interviewee could finish speaking, he was pulled away by two burly men in black suits who appeared out of nowhere from behind him. The female reporter's live broadcast was then forcibly cut off, as if some organization had sealed off and taken control of the scene.
"Was that S.H.I.E.L.D. just now? They're quite fast."
Noah was a bit speechless as the live broadcast he was watching was cut off. He didn't know which organization those men in black suits belonged to, but he speculated it was most likely S.H.I.E.L.D., as S.H.I.E.L.D. specializes in cases caused by non-normal forces. S.H.I.E.L.D. is not an agency exclusive to the United States; its main Base is in the United States, but S.H.I.E.L.D. has branches in various countries to quickly handle incidents occurring in their respective regions. Of course, Noah was only speculating, as those men in black suits could also be from some local agency.
However, none of that mattered. Noah closed the live channel, which had turned White due to the lack of signal, and then pulled up another light screen. The screen displayed the surveillance footage from the night of the incident in that area. Lissandra had found this footage from Mexico. However, since there were few cameras there and none were directly pointed at the area that became ruins, Noah could only infer what happened through a few off-angle surveillance videos.
The surveillance footage was quite dim. It started calmly, then the ground began to vibrate slightly. If Noah's vision wasn't so sharp, he wouldn't have noticed any change in the image. These cameras didn't have built-in audio recording, so they couldn't capture sound.
Noah focused intently on the screens, waiting for key events to appear. The video continued to play, and the commotion grew louder. From one of the surveillance screens, Noah saw some buildings beginning to collapse. The area where the incident occurred must have been an uninhabited public area, similar to a market.
"Hmm? There it is."
After many building fragments scattered, the protagonist finally surfaced. In a surveillance screen in the upper left corner, a Shadow suddenly appeared. Its appearance was quite peculiar; it was directly thrown out by some kind of immense force, smashing through several walls consecutively, yet it then stood up as if nothing had happened, as if smashing those walls hadn't affected it much.
Noah pressed pause, ready to get a good look at what this thing was. He zoomed in on the image. The object that had smashed through the wall and stood up, Noah examined it closely and found it was a giant mutated black dog. Its muscles were bulging, and its body was larger than an ox. This giant mutated canine's eyes glowed green, and its black body faintly shimmered with a hint of green, with some areas being a deeper green.
"What kind of dog is this?"
After Noah asked the question, a light screen appeared beside him, displaying the information Lissandra had found for him. The information showed that the prototype of this mutated dog was a Cane Corso, a medium-sized mastiff. This type of dog typically grows to a maximum length of 70 centimeters, but the one in the video was almost two or three meters long.

Noah continued to play the surveillance video. After this black mutated Cane Corso got up, another mutated dog was thrown over. The black giant dog displayed agility that belied its size, dodging its incoming companion. Lissandra also provided information on this new arrival: it was a mutated Staffordshire Terrier, whose original yellow skin had also become tinged with green after mutation.

"This dog looks a bit familiar. It seems like this kind of dog appeared in a certain Hulk movie in my previous life." Noah looked at the two mutated creatures in the video, which brought back some memories from his mind, and the characteristics of these two mutated dogs also made him think of Hulk.
Indeed, as the video continued to play, Hulk also appeared on screen. It seemed that Banner, after escaping General Ross's military Base, had gone to Mexico, America's neighbor, and was then found by these two mutated dogs while in seclusion, forcing him to transform into Hulk.
The Hulk in the video was extremely angry, constantly roaring and furiously pounding the two giant dogs. Initially, these two mutated dogs could still bite Hulk, but later they were completely overwhelmed, as Hulk's rage significantly increased his strength, directly crushing these two dogs.
In the footage, Hulk finally grabbed one of the mutated giant dogs with one hand, then squatted and made a huge leap, directly jumping out of the surveillance range, leaving behind a cracked ground and a pile of ruins caused by the recoil of his jump.
"Where did these things come from? Did some villain not seen in the movies appear?" Noah pondered.
These mutated creatures had not appeared in the Marvel movies. Oh, they had appeared in a movie, but that Hulk movie belonged to a parallel Universe not of this Universe, and the villain in that one was Hulk's father. However, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Hulk's father did not appear, so Noah didn't know which villain had created these things.
However, after a few seconds of thought, Noah suddenly remembered someone who might be the mastermind behind this incident.
"Mr. Blue?" Noah recalled the guy Banner and his girlfriend went to find at the time, Samuel Sterns. In the movie, there was a scene showing him being affected by Hulk's blood, but he never had a chance to appear later. However, Noah remembered that before he died in his previous life, Marvel had released a storyline where Samuel Sterns would become a villain named Leader.
"It's most likely this guy, but what are his abilities? I really don't know that." Noah wouldn't specifically look up information on a character who hadn't appeared, and he hadn't read too many comics, so he didn't know much about the villain Leader. He only knew from the posters Marvel released that this guy had a very large head and must be very smart.
"But if that's the case, Banner should come to me for help very soon, right?"
