The sky trembled beneath the burning glow of the red moon. The air sizzled with power as Gauri and Vihaan stood side by side — their divine forms blazing with light and fury.
Gauri folded her glimmering blue wings close to her back, her palms igniting with rippling energy. Vihaan's eyes narrowed, his serpent crown shimmering as the ten serpent heads that had emerged from his back slowly rose — each one hissing in rhythm, their mouths beginning to glow with molten crimson fire.
"Now, Gauri!" Vihaan roared.
Gauri unfurled her wings with a powerful sweep, the sky exploding in a flurry of sapphire light. She released a storm of enchanted feathers, each glowing with celestial blue fire, and they shot upward toward the red moon like arrows of the divine.
At the same moment, Vihaan's serpents reared back and unleashed beams of crimson energy, roaring as their combined power surged through the heavens.
The two forces — blue and red, water and flame, creation and destruction — collided in midair, merging into a massive spiral of blinding light. The sky blazed with thunder as the energy struck the red moon.
A deafening crack echoed through the valley.
The red moon shattered — breaking apart into glowing shards that dissolved into dust. A wave of divine light swept across the land, washing away the dark aura that had poisoned the air.
Vihaan and Gauri shielded their faces as the brilliant light faded. When they looked up, the cursed moon was gone — and the mansion, half-buried moments ago, began to rise from the earth.
The ground rumbled. The walls straightened. The Kothari mansion emerged from the soil, glowing faintly as divine energy restored its strength.
Inside, the family felt the trembling shift. Urvashi clutched Shyom's arm, tears of relief in her eyes. "The house… it's rising!"
Shyom let out a breath of pure disbelief. "They did it…"
Yug smiled, voice breaking with emotion. "Bhabhi and Bhaiya did it! They saved us!"
Dadi folded her hands, whispering a prayer of gratitude.
In the mansion's temple, Sharda and Veena knelt before the goddess's idol, tears glistening as they lifted their joined hands. "Thank you, Maa," Sharda whispered, her voice trembling. "You heard our prayers. You blessed our children with the strength to protect us."
The sacred lamp burned brighter, and the temple filled with a serene glow — a divine sign that the goddess herself had accepted their devotion.
Outside, Vihaan and Gauri slowly descended to the ground, their forms returning to human. Exhausted yet smiling, they looked at the mansion now standing proudly once more.
"We did it," Gauri whispered.
Vihaan smiled faintly, his eyes soft. "No, Gauri… we did it together."
They stood there beneath the clear daylight sky, the storm of darkness finally gone.
Far away from the sunlight that now bathed the Kothari mansion, deep within the lunar fort, silence reigned.
The crescent towers stood frozen in silver ice, their walls shimmering faintly beneath a pale, enchanted glow. Snowflakes drifted lazily through the air, untouched by time.
At the heart of the grand hall lay the Frozen Princess, encased in a crystal of moonlight. Her pale skin shimmered beneath layers of frost, her hand gripping a staff carved from lunar stone. Beside her rested two enormous white wolves, their fur frozen mid-snarl — guardians that had slept for centuries.
Then, the ground trembled.
A faint red light pulsed from the tip of her moon staff — first once, then twice — growing stronger with each flicker. The frost began to crack, spreading like spiderwebs across her form.
A sudden gust of wind swept through the hall, shaking the icicles that hung from the ceiling.
And then—
Her fingers twitched.
The wolves' eyes opened first, glowing faintly blue before turning a burning crimson. A low, guttural growl echoed through the icy chamber.
The crystal shell surrounding the princess shattered in a burst of crimson mist.
Her eyes snapped open — blazing blood red, reflecting fury and power long forgotten. The moon staff hummed in her grasp as she slowly rose to her feet, her long hair cascading like a river of frost.
A cold smile curved her lips.
"The red moon has been broken…" she whispered, her voice echoing like a haunting melody. "; But who dared to break my moon."
The wolves howled, their cries piercing through the frozen mountains, spreading across the realm — a sign that something ancient and dangerous had awakened once more.
