Chapter 4 - Post-Disaster Reconstruction of Konohagakure

Han Yu smiled and didn't reply. Instead, his fingers moved rapidly in the air, as if searching for something.

Tsunade leaned in curiously, but all she could see was Han Yu moving his fingers in the air, finding nothing.

After nearly half a minute, Han Yu's face brightened. He clenched his right hand in mid-air, and a bright silver arm-mounted device appeared on his forearm, resembling a launcher.

Alongside it was a small, crimson scroll, no bigger than a hand. Han Yu loaded the scroll into the arm-mounted launcher, made some adjustments, and then slapped the ground.

In an instant, a cloud of white smoke burst forth. As the dust settled, a team of construction workers, each dressed as a ninja but with their faces completely covered in black cloth, appeared before them.

"What… what is this?"

Tsunade was surprised. The technique was obviously the Shadow Clone Technique, but the way Han Yu activated it was strange.

"We did say post-disaster reconstruction, right? Your people are seriously injured, and rebuilding Konohagakure would take years."

Han Yu patted the burly toolman beside him and smiled. "These people are for you to rebuild Konohagakure. They won't get tired or hungry, they don't need to rest, and they're incredibly strong. With their work efficiency, the reconstruction of Konohagakure should take significantly less time."

Han Yu provided not only this construction team of fifty people but also an endless supply of wood and stone, all for the reconstruction of Konohagakure.

Watching the toolmen begin clearing the ruins of Konohagakure, Tsunade was speechless at their speed. Each toolman possessed the ability to lift objects seven or eight times their own weight with one hand, which was far beyond human strength.

It was hard to imagine what kind of war would be sparked if such individuals were deployed in battle.

This also made her even more curious about Han Yu. In terms of appearance and strength, the latter could be considered perfect, and the majestic aura he exuded during battle made it clear that he was not just a pretty face.

"What are you using?" Tsunade asked, looking at Han Yu's arm with curiosity.

"This? It's Scientific Ninja Tools. It releases ninjutsu through a sealing scroll. Even ninjas without chakra can release A-rank ninjutsu."

Han Yu shamelessly recommended it to Tsunade, even though this Scientific Ninja Tool would only be developed in the world of Naruto after more than a decade.

If Han Yu sold this stuff to Tsunade, it would create a new timeline, one where Scientific Ninja Tools were introduced because of Han Yu.

"Name your price," Tsunade said. "Even if we can't mass-produce them, a small batch would be enough to equip a decent squad."

In the world of Naruto, many ninjas struggled with chakra control or spent years in arduous ninjutsu training. These Scientific Ninja Tools could free them from the pain of chakra cultivation.

Although they weren't good at practicing ninjutsu, they had very good combat minds. If they could be put into actual combat, it would be extremely beneficial to the development of the country.

Han Yu's brain raced, calculating the total value of the goods. Half a minute later, the words he spoke made Tsunade's face darken.

"Well, for the reconstruction of Konohagakure, one Senzu Bean, one hundred Scientific Ninja Tools, and several hundred scroll seals engraved with ninjutsu, as well as scroll seals that can import ninjutsu, the total amount is... "

"Round it off, 30 billion Ryo!"

Ryo is the universal currency unit of the Land of Fire. Typically, a C-rank ninja mission is between 10,000 and 50,000 Ryo, while the highest S-rank missions can reach millions of Ryo.

Three hundred billion Ryo is a huge sum, even for a country.

Tsunade was annoyed by this blatant offer, but she couldn't say anything.

Konohagakure was the capital of the Land of Fire. If they couldn't recover quickly from such a devastating blow, they risked invasion by other countries, and the losses would be far greater than twelve billion Ryo.

"Take your time. I'll wait."

Han Yu smiled and walked towards the Ramen Shop. When he returned, the ramen he had ordered was just coming out. The hot, fragrant aroma made his mouth water, and he quickly started eating.

He hadn't even finished a few mouthfuls when Tsunade lifted the Ramen Shop curtain and said to Han Yu, "I agree."

"Hey, a wise decision. Everyone, quickly clear a space for the injured to rest."

Han Yu snapped his fingers, and the tool people immediately rushed out. Their movements were graceful, but their speed in clearing the rubble was astonishing.

Some people went to clear the open ground, while others flew into the surrounding forest to chop down trees for building materials.

"Oh, a wise choice. Don't worry, the people I gave you can do more than just restore Konohagakure. They can even advance its technology by over a decade. You'll see."

Han Yu glanced back at Tsunade, eating his ramen and speaking indistinctly, "Besides, you should know the effects of my Senzu Beans better than I do. Even Orochimaru couldn't replicate them in your world."

Tsunade nodded. She wasn't surprised that Han Yu knew about Orochimaru. Considering how strong he was, it wasn't strange.

After a moment, Tsunade sighed softly, her voice suddenly choked with emotion, "What's the point of me being alive? This disaster took at least eighty percent of the people in Konohagakure. They were all living lives!"

With the corner of his eye, he glanced at Tsunade beside him. Although she didn't speak, he could see a warm tear running down her cheek, dripping onto the table.

The Ramen Shop's owner, Ichiraku, and his partner were also heartbroken because, without Han Yu's appearance, they would have also died under the Almighty Push of the Deva Path of Pain.

"Forget it, consider it a welcome gift for a new customer," Han Yu muttered, patting Tsunade on the shoulder before getting up and walking out. "This one's on the house."

"What are you doing?" Tsunade sniffled, her voice choked with emotion.

Han Yu didn't answer. He walked out of the Ramen Shop and spoke to himself.

"System, use upgrade points to exchange for a limited-time item, [Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique]!"

"Consuming 3 upgrade points, obtaining one-time use of the item [Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique]!"

As the words echoed, a pale purple scroll appeared in front of Han Yu, floating in mid-air. This was the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique he had taken from the Pain of the Asura Path.

Hearing that it cost three upgrade points, Han Yu couldn't help but gasp. One-time use is already this expensive? He couldn't imagine how expensive the full version of the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique would be.

"Revive all the Konohagakure villagers who died under the Almighty Push!"

"Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique!"

As Han Yu let out a low shout, the scroll in his hand exploded, turning into specks of light that soared into the air.

Immediately, a giant figure materialized out of thin air from the ground, it was the King of Hell from the world of Naruto!

His mouth was wide open, and countless souls poured out, landing on the ground and transforming into human beings. Those deceased Konohagakure villagers, at this moment, were all revived!

Tsunade walked out, her lips trembling. Looking at the familiar faces, she couldn't believe it. They were actually revived?

It wasn't an illusion?

"I... I really don't know how to thank you."

Tsunade stared blankly at everything, at a loss for words.

"Pay up, then. Thirty billion Ryo and your two ninjutsu. You're not planning on welshing, are you?"

Han Yu said with a smile, the price as usual.

Looking at Han Yu's smiling face, Tsunade's gratitude was beyond words, and she immediately felt that the thirty billion Ryo was well spent.

Tsunade said, "I'll have the Anbu prepare the money immediately."

Konohagakure's treasury wasn't on the surface, so preparations didn't take long.

After the silver was prepared, an Anbu member came to report. Tsunade turned her head, about to ask Han Yu, "Three hundred billion Ryo fills several large warehouses. How do you plan to take it...?"

"Hmm? Where is he?"

Turning around, Han Yu's figure had already vanished. All that remained on the spot where he had been sitting was a card.

Tsunade stepped forward and picked up the card. At the same time, several Anbu members rushed over from a distance, and one of them said in a fluster, "Hokage-sama, the silver in the warehouse has mysteriously disappeared!"

Hearing this, Tsunade was slightly surprised, but her gaze fell on the business card in her hand. Two lines of text were written on it.

Yu Jian General Store (A Store).

Han Yu.

Tsunade's mind suddenly echoed with Han Yu's light laughter, "If you need anything, inject chakra into the calling card and you can come to Yu Jian General Store!"

"That guy, he's quite interesting."

Tsunade's lips curved into a smile, the expression on her fair face captivating.

The Anbu member beside her was stunned, never before had he seen Tsunade look so beautiful, it was almost enough to bring a nation to ruin!

"Once Konohagakure is rebuilt, I'll go to his general store and have a look!"
