Within five minutes, I was sprinting across the studio, grabbing props, fixing lights, peeling off tape, adjusting outfits, running errands for the stylists, helping with equipment, and trying not to trip over cables.
No breaks. No pauses. Chaos everywhere.
The shoot was insane.
AUREA's schedule was insane.
But somehow, I felt… alive.
While juggling tasks, I kept stealing small glances at the boys.
Eric — taller, more sculpted now, jaw sharper. More mature.
Kai — still the small, adorable sweetheart type, though his new hairstyle gave him a spark of rebellion. But… yeah. It was obvious he and Eric weren't on great terms anymore.
The cold tension between them was impossible to miss.
Lance — thank god, sober. Present. He looked tired, but in control. My chest loosened.
And Ren…
Ren felt even more distant than before. Like an isolated planet drifting away from the group. He didn't laugh with them. Didn't talk. Didn't even look their way.
