Chapter 9 - Chapter 9 Magic Flame Sacred Artifact

"Finite Incantatem!" A loud shout rang out.

Dumbledore used magic; he never would have imagined Augustus would cause such a huge problem today.

That terrifying firestorm was too dreadful; in a few more minutes, Ollivander's Wand Shop would likely vanish into dust.

Dumbledore's powerful magic forcibly interrupted Augustus's spellcasting.

The firestorm slowly subsided, and Dumbledore came to Augustus's side, speaking softly.

"Child, what are you searching for? But no matter what, your actions were a bit extreme.

Now you must apologize to Mr. Ollivander."

Augustus heard what Dumbledore said but made no move, merely continuing to keep his eyes closed.

His flames had just brought back information, only for this old man to interrupt his spellcasting.

Now he needed to analyze the magical feedback; otherwise, if another firestorm erupted, this small shop might truly become history.

Dumbledore looked at Augustus, finding him completely unmoved, still standing rigidly with his eyes closed.

He took a deep breath, touched his face, which was blackened by the flames, and turned to Mr. Ollivander, who was crouching in the corner, apologizing.

"Garrick, I'm sorry.

I also didn't expect such a situation to occur today.

Don't worry, I'll help you repair it, and I'll compensate you for any losses incurred."

After speaking, he picked up the elder wand, intending to cast a repair spell on the already unrecognizable Ollivander's Wand Shop.

Mr. Ollivander, in the corner, suddenly straightened up and quickly ran to Dumbledore's side, firmly pressing down on Dumbledore's hand holding the wand.

Dumbledore was startled, thinking that this old man wouldn't have developed some illness from Augustus's actions.

He could only softly comfort him.

"Garrick, you don't need to worry.

It's just a small problem that I can solve, and I'll compensate you for any losses.

Please don't get too angry.

Tell me if you feel unwell; I'll try my best to help.

If not, shall I send you to St. Mungo's?"

Mr. Ollivander heard Dumbledore's somewhat mocking words and glared fiercely at the smiling old man, then retorted mockingly.

"Albus, you really haven't seen the problem, have you?

Look at you, the strongest Wizard of this century, your skill is still not enough.

Didn't you notice that although that brat's magic was extremely powerful, his magical control was extremely precise?

Look around, although it's a mess, nothing was actually burned.

These things were only damaged by the wind generated by the magic."

Dumbledore paused, carefully observed his surroundings, and a ripple of thought stirred in his heart.

Then he said to Mr. Ollivander.

"So do you know what he wants to do, Garrick?"

"I'm not very clear, but I'm sure he's looking for something."

Mr. Ollivander replied, then fixed his eyes on the boy in front of him.

After a few minutes, Augustus opened his eyes, slowly exhaled, and turned to Mr. Ollivander, apologizing.

"I'm very sorry, sir, for making such a mess here.

We will repair this place.

As for compensation, you can go to my grandfather; after all, I'm just a child and I have no money.

I beg your forgiveness, sir."

Hearing Augustus's words, Dumbledore felt another pang in his heart.

Just as he was about to say something, Mr. Ollivander preempted him with a question.

"Don't mind these things.

You found it, right?

You found what you were looking for, didn't you?"

Mr. Ollivander said eagerly.

"Yes, sir, please get me the box on the fourth shelf, third layer, against the wall, in the back warehouse.

That's what I want."

Augustus replied.

Upon hearing this, Mr. Ollivander dashed towards the warehouse, his nimble movements not at all like an elderly man.

Dumbledore also walked over, looking at Augustus with a complex expression.

Augustus could only smile at Dumbledore, trying to bluff his way through, as he was still a child after all.

Dumbledore looked at the smiling child in front of him, paused, and thought, he was still a bit too suspicious, after all, he was just a child.

Before long, Mr. Ollivander emerged, holding a black box.

The box did not seem to be made of wood but metal, and its smooth surface emitted an eerie aura.

Mr. Ollivander placed the box on the counter, and Dumbledore and Augustus also walked over.

Looking at the box in front of him, Augustus felt his heart pounding; his magic was giving him feedback, confirming, 'This is it.'

"This box was brought back by my grandfather when he went on an adventure in Egypt.

According to my grandfather's description, he learned from the murals in the ruins that it was the work of an ancient wand maker, so he brought it back.

However, there was a powerful protective magic on this box, and he couldn't open it, so he eventually gave up and placed it in the warehouse."

Mr. Ollivander said slowly.

Augustus reached out to touch the wand box.

As soon as his hand made contact, his magic was absorbed into the box.

The box absorbed the magic and began to change, with ancient runes starting to appear on its surface.

In less than a few seconds, the box was covered in profound runes, looking very much like ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs.

When the last rune appeared, the magic absorption stopped, and the box emitted a mechanical whirring sound, slowly opening.

A golden-red wand lay quietly inside.

As soon as Augustus picked up the wand, the system's voice echoed in his mind.

"magic Origin Shard (Fire) has been found.

Do you want to extract it? (The system can complete its functions by obtaining magic Origin Shards).

After extraction, the reward will be automatically issued to the system space."

"So, after extracting the magic Origin Shard, will this wand be rendered useless?" Augustus asked.

"No, the magic Origin is too powerful.

It is precisely because of the existence of the magic Origin Shard within the wand that it cannot be used.

After the system absorbs the magic Origin Shard, this wand can be used normally," the system replied.

"Alright, extract it," Augustus replied.

"Extracting, please wait," the system replied.

A few seconds later, the system's voice came again, "Extraction complete, reward has been issued.

Detected that the wand in the host's hand has returned to normal.

The system is now inspecting the wand, please wait.

Inspection complete.

Wand information generated: Flaming Holy Relic, a wand made by ancient Egyptians who stole the feather of the Phoenix, the incarnation of the sun god.

Due to the presence of the magic Origin Shard (Fire), it could not be used by humans, so it was sealed by the High Priests of ancient Egypt.

It has now been purified by the system and can be used normally.

(Wand special ability: Any fire-attribute magic used gains one level.

With this wand, you can cast magic of any attribute.)"

Augustus looked at the information provided by the system, realizing that he had not only completed the task but also obtained a divine artifact.
