Andy was staring at his system panel, which showed he had 15.3 million Bounty Points. He was confused as to why only Physical Strength could be upgraded.
He tried summoning his Tang Hengdao to see if that would change anything, but the Swordsmanship section still showed "None." He knew how to shoot, but there was no Sniper Skills option either.
He couldn't figure out why, and his system wasn't giving him any answers. Since other options were unavailable, he decided to focus on what he could upgrade, as his physical condition was still relatively weak.
"System, use 15 million Bounty Points to increase Physical Strength," Andy thought to himself.

He looked at his panel, which now showed he had only 300,000 Bounty Points left, but his Physical Strength had increased to the 16 million level. All his other attributes remained unchanged.
Stepping out of the cave, Andy spotted a large rock that weighed several tons. "This is perfect for testing my strength," he said. He walked over to the boulder, wrapped his arms around it, and easily lifted it. He was ecstatic.
"Gurgle~~~ Hiss~ So hungry..." Just then, his stomach began to rumble, and a wave of hunger hit him. He quickly took out a few pieces of bread and devoured them, but it wasn't enough. He was still starving and now had an intense craving for meat.
Suddenly, a loud roar echoed through the forest. Andy immediately looked in the direction of the sound and saw a two-meter-tall tiger. Strangely, he didn't see a threat, but a delicious piece of roasted meat, and he couldn't help but swallow. The tiger, on the other hand, sensed the danger from Andy and began to slowly back away, its eyes wide with fear as if it were facing a monster.

Andy yelled as he caught up to the tiger and punched it directly on the "king" symbol on its forehead. The tiger was sent flying backward and hit the ground hard. It whimpered once before falling silent.
Looking at the fallen tiger, Andy's stomach rumbled even louder. "Sorry, brother tiger, but I'm just too hungry. Don't worry, though, I won't waste a single bit of meat!" he said as he quickly butchered the tiger and began to roast it over a fire. Soon, the irresistible smell of roasted meat filled the dense forest.
"So delicious!" he exclaimed. He devoured the entire tiger like a hungry wolf, only stopping when he felt full. He let out a loud burp, lay on the ground, and looked at the clean bones and tiger hide next to him.
"It seems that with an increase in physical strength comes a higher demand for energy," he thought to himself. "Next time I upgrade, I'll have to prepare some food beforehand."
Just then, he heard gunshots in the distance and immediately became alert. Even with his increased physical strength, he wasn't impervious to blades and bullets, so he knew ordinary firearms were still a threat. After listening carefully, he realized the gunshots were coming from the city's slums.
"As expected of a country ruled by gangs; gunfights can break out at any time," he sighed. However, this was not the time for sighing; it was a chance to get some benefits. He quickly left the forest and headed toward the slums. He climbed onto a nearby roof, giving him a clear view of the situation. It seemed one group was being pursued by another. He saw a group of people protecting one man as they retreated.
"I wonder if any of these people have bounties on their heads," Andy muttered, a hint of excitement in his eyes.
He then noticed something interesting: Nico Robin was making her move! She was secretly dealing with the pursuing group using her Hana Hana no Mi ability. With her help, members of the pursuing side mysteriously kept falling, causing panic among the rest.
