Chapter 2 - Transmigrated in another world (Part - 2)

"The book didn't say I couldn't choose both, maybe I should try to obtain them both"

Robert sat in meditating position.

 "According to the book, I must meditate to channel my essense to either void energy or arcane energy, but since, I want both I should channel my essense to both of those powers"

Robert start meditating, and in few seconds he entered in mental realm, in this realm two energies a turquoise energy and a crimson energy swarmed towards him, the moment both energy engulfed him, Robert felt a sharp pain inhis chest.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Robert exited the mental realm.

 "What was that? Does that mean that I can't obtain them both, or is it because they need some kind of balance? Let's try again"

Robert tried again, he entered in mdental realm again, when the energies engulfed him, he tried to balance those two forces, but once again the result was same.

 "Damn it, is there no way other than to choose only one power?...wait, the pain was not that much, was that working but still failed because I lacked something, or I am mistaken"

A normal person from this world would have gave up by now but Robert being from earth and having better academin knowledge got an idea.

 "How about I create a loop between those two powers, if it won't work I had to rethink my choice"

So, Robert entered in mental realm again, this time not only he tried to balance but also create a loop between those two powers, Robert felt pain, but he endured it, the pain began decrease as the two energies becoming more stable, in the end the two forces reacted to each other in harmony, forming a golden mana core, Robert exited the mental realm.

"WOOHOO, I DID IT!!!"

Robert is overjoyed that he manage to obtain both powers without failing.

 "According to those books after one successfully absorb the arcane energy or void energy, they will form a mana core with colour the same colour as the energy they possess, for void it will be crimson, for arcane it will turquoise, but my mana core is golden, is it because I acquire and fused those two powers"

Robert began to wander but chose to let it slide.

 "Never mind, I should focus on learning all the basic spells from those two spellbooks, those spells may not powerful enough to fight a large and powerful monster, but it is better to have power than no power"

While keeping this in mind Robert because to practice the spell, meanwhile in further place, Robert's action have a significant impact.

Whitewood's holy church

Avalon is a bustling nation, with large number of markets and trade centers, the nation is even called a global market as the nation has large number of exports and small import, because of this the nation is called the nation of coins thanks to it's overwhelming wealth, the capital of this nation is Whitewood, also known as holy city of Whitewood due it being the place having the main church of moon, who follows 'Moon worship' religion.

In the Moon worship, believers worships the goddess of moon, who represents the power of aether, the priests and nuns of the church of moon are the master of aether magic, a branch of white magic that does not control the element but rather the aether (which is the precursor of element) itself, the church idolised aether magic as the most powerful magic amongst all type of elemental powers.

However, thev moon worshipper although the user of elemental powers is somewhat tolerant towards the wielder of chaotic power, which is perhaps why the nation of Avalon is a place suitable for black mages to stay, even if they are not entirely welcome, the royal family also feels the same.

However, despite this some people despite their faith in their religion, often are distrustful towerds black mages and black magic. There were some who are outright hostile to black mages, but they were either the visitors from other nations or immigrants.

Saint Celestina White, was doing her regular prayer, but suddenly, she the anagrams of letter made of aether floating before her, it is a prophecy.

- The child of indescribable has been appeared, his path will change the world in good or bad way depending on what he will become -

 "Is this a prophecy? I must tell the pope and others immediately"

Celestina went towards pope's room.

"Your holiness, you won't believe what I saw!"

Pope Francis Gold looked toiwards Celestina.

"What happened Celestina, did something happened?"

"More than just happened! I was doing my daily prayer and then..."

"And then?"

"The anagrams made of aether appeared in front of me floating"

"A PROPHECY!!!"

"Yes, a prophecy"

"What does prophecy says?!"

"The child of indescribable has been appeared, his path will change the world in good or bad way depending on what he will become, that what was written"

"I see, I guess I need to call a meeting"

Next day

Pope called all the high ranking members of the church.

"And that's what happened"

All the people present there starts discussing. Archpriestess Carolina spoke.

"Are you sure that the prophecy is true and not a trick by someone?"

"I checked the amagrams, it was really a divine intervention"

"I see..."

Archbishop Michael spoke up.

"If what you say is true, this child of describable will either become our saviour or destroyer"

Suddenly, Archpriestess Charlotte spoke.

"If that child could be dangerous, we must eliminate him or her"

"We don't know who is that child though"

"True"

Archpriest James then spoke up.

"But what this 'child of indescribable' actually means?"

Archpriest Thomas also nodded.

"Yeah, I also want to know"

"I...I don't know"

"Neither do I"

"Either way we must find this child and make sure he won't fall to dark side, also if the major change he bring to world is either good or bad depending on what he become, then he could be an asset to mankind if he is raised correctly, if not, then..."

"I agree"

"Anyway, we must start our investigation, and find this person"

"Understood"
