Chapter Four: At Air's Airagon
In the early morning, on one air-land, which was the sole air-land in a very vast air-place, and which was an immobile air-isle of wooded and forested fields, stood solely on its midst a white, seven-sided and seven-storied air-building which was covered in white feathers and white-and-multi-coloured plumes, and which had a pair of wings and a pair of patagia on each of its seven sides. Each side also had double doors and numerous windows, and in its frontest side, on its top, was a very vast notice board on which was written "Air's Airagon".
The building was surrounded by a vast, white-grassed, circling compound; and the compound was encircled by tall, iron, white-painted gates.
On the air-sun-filled compound, suddenly swooped down the air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women who were at the ThroneAiria. They were in another plain, white, bamileke-traditional clothing, but with a rounded cluster of white, shimmering specks embroidered on the chest of their robes and the front of their hats which was the sigil of the Airagon.
The leading air-man and air-woman still held in their arms babies AarryAir and AarrietAir, as the leading air-beast-man and air-beast-woman also still held in their arms beast-babies AarrybeastAir and AarrietbeastAir, and the babies and beast-babies were now bundled in swaddling clothes.
After some seconds, several airvehicles also swooped down and parked on the compound, and several air-humans and air-wizarders and air-wizarderesses and air-wizards and air-wizardesses, and air-beasts and air-beastwizarders and air-beastwizarderesses and air-beastwizards and air-beastwizardesses exited out of them, who were all dressed in the same plain, embroidered, either white-and-diamond clothing or white-and-platinum clothing of the respective Agents and Agentesses of the Airagon and Actors and Actoresses for the Airagon; and they all acknowledged one another, and all as a crowd, with the first comers leading, all flew and glided to the frontest side and to its double doors, and entered it into an open-air arena-like area, in which was found several seats and stands, and they flew and glided to occupy them, while the first comers flew and glided to a centralmost platform.
The air-man and air-woman and air-beast-man and air-beast-woman stood on the platform, while the other air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women who were with them stood on the stairs of the platform, and they all stared at the other air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women who had filled the Airagon to its fullest and who stared back at them, and more queerly at the babies with inquiring looks on where were their parents, and eagerly awaiting explanations.
The air-man, who was a very tall, white-haired, young adult in all-white feathers and plumes, and wings and patagia which were big and strong-looking, spoke, "Air-human Air-wizarders and Air-wizarderesses and Air-wizards and Air-wizardesses of the Airagon!" and he paused, "Air-beast Air-beastwizarders and Air-beastwizarderesses and Air-beastwizards and Air-beastwizardesses of the Airagon," and he paused longer, and started back. "Agents and Agentesses of the Airagon, Actors and Actoresses for the Airagon, I as our Arch ⸺ your Archmaster, and the Archbeastmaster, and our Antes ⸺ your Antemasters and Antebeastmasters here with me, as we witnessed it, witnessed the end of the battle in the ThroneAiria and in its WhirlAiria, between the Air and the Anti-Air and also through their 'Of Air' and AirAgents and AirAgentesses and their 'Of Anti-Air' and Anti-AirAgents and Anti-AirAgentesses, which saw back baby boy and baby girl AarryAir and AarrietAir, and baby beast-boy and baby beast-girl AarrybeastAir and AarrietbeastAir." He said this as all the air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women who were with him at the platform acquiesced, and he and the others holding the babies and beast-babies held them up for everyone to see them.
He paused again, and continued. "However, our friends, Mr AarryAir OotterAir of Air and Mrs AarrietAir OotterAir of Air, the air-human AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady, and Mr AarrybeastAir OotterbeastAir of Air and Mrs AarrietbeastAir OotterbeastAir of Air, the air-beast AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady did not make it out of the WhirlAiria as did their twin son and daughter and twin beast-son and beast-daughter."
A silence of shock and disbelief and unacceptance welcomed this saying.
"How?" The Airagon's Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses all asked.
"How could this be?" They asked unbelieving.
"This has never been heard of in any battle, of all the battles ever fought between the Air and the Anti-Air that the AirAgents and AirAgentesses hadn't survived the battle!" Some said flabbergasted.
"True, it is." Many agreed.
And a chorus of cries of unbelief and disapproval rang throughout the hall.
"We were all there, as was expected of us." The air-beast-man said as he raised his voice. "And the WhirlAiria only returned the babies and beast-babies, and we waited, but the WhirlAiria simply shut and sealed after that, as well as the CrownAiria and the ThroneAiria, and the AirLighterer and AirLightereress and AirBeastLighterer and AirBeastLightereress were not seen out of it."
"Unbelievable!" Almost all said again in the crowd.
"But the simple truth!" All the air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women at the platform said.
"And what about the AirAngel AirLord and AirAngeless AirLady?" The air-wizarders and air-wizarderesses and air-wizards and air-wizardesses asked.
"And what about the AirAngel AirBeastLord and AirAngeless AirBeastLady?" The air-beastwizarders and air-beastwizarderesses and air-beastwizards and air-beastwizardesses simultaneously asked.
"Yes what about the AirAngeler and AirAngeleress?"
"What about the AirBeastAngeler and AirBeastAngeleress?"
They all asked in a chorus.
"They weren't seen out of the WhirlAiria too." The air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women at the platform gloomily answered.
And a gloominess installed itself in the whole place, and the same dread and despondency which had earlier taken on at the air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women when they were at the area of the ThroneAiria, took on the whole air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women in this Airagon.
"What should this mean now?" One elderly air-woman in the crowd croaked?
"I think we all know what this should mean." The Archmaster slowly and carefully said.
He began again slowly. "We all know that the ThroneAiria won't ever be seen again till there is one day another greatest battle between the Air and the Anti-Air in their eternal and everlasting war, and we all know that a greatest battle occurs roughly once in an age, and also all know that a greatest battle is always fought between the Air and the Anti-Air through their respective AirAgents and AirAgentesses and Anti-AirAgents and Anti-AirAgentesses and always when these ones are at their adult or elderly ages."
He stopped and stared at the Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses to see if they were following, and when he saw it was the case, he continued. "This means that since we won't be surely soonly witnessing another greatest battle between the Air and the Anti-Air, and we won't also be sooner seeing the ThroneAiria which is only seen when there is a greatest battle, and that a greatest battle if there is to be again will surely as such be seen in another age when we won't be living for sure, and this with the ThroneAiria never to be surely seen in this our age again, it means that the AirLighterer and AirLightereress and AirBeastLighterer and AirBeastLightereress won't too be surely seen in this our age again, and shall never be seen again, for we all know that the shutting of the WhirlAiria and the closing of the CrownAiria and the ThroneAiria and their disappearance means that they shall appear only in another age when there is another greatest battle between the Air and the Anti-Air through their respective AirAgents and AirAgentesses and Anti-AirAgents and Anti-AirAgentesses of the time accordingly." He ended solemnly.
And everyone listened to all this as they had evidently dreaded it, and difficulty digested it.
"If the AirLighterer and AirLightereress and AirBeastLighterer and AirBeastLightereress didn't or couldn't make it out of the WhirlAiria, it means they should have probably been . . . dead in it." The Archbeastmaster sadly added.
"Should it be possible that they were alive . . . and . . . maybe lost . . . in there?" One wing-woman hopelessly asked.
"No, I don't think so," the wing-man at the platform answered, "given the little we know about the WhirlAiria."
'If they were alive, I think they should have against all means made it out of the WhirlAiria, wouldn't they?" The patagium-man at the platform said.
And there was a speechless concur by everyone.
"It should be impossible that they had been alive and couldn't make it out of the WhirlAiria!" The gas-man at the platform said conclusively.
And after the saying, the whole Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses became silenter as they silently mourned the AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady, and the AirAngel AirLord and AirAngeless AirLady and AirAngel AirBeastLord and AirAngeless AirBeastLady.
"And what about their bodies?" A fly-man spoke.
"Yes their bodies!" A glide-man beside the fly-man said as it was echoed by many.
"Where are their bodies?"
"What has become of their bodies?"
"What has become of their bodies if they are . . . dead?"
"And what of them if they are . . . alive?"
The Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses asked these questions and many more others in choruses.
"It is a question which occurred to me as it to you," the Archmaster said loudly again to shut all voices, "but as I said, if they did not make it out of the WhirlAiria, it must mean that they are no more. If they are alive . . ., which I think not, then they are lost in there, and their lost means that they or their bodies are lost and can't come back. If they are dead . . ., well . . ., I believe that it still means that they are lost and their bodies with them; and in either case, I believe the WhirlAiria couldn't bring back their bodies, or didn't saw it necessary to return their bodies."
The Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses became silent again as they silently resumed their mourning.
After some time, the Archmaster of the Airagon then spoke again. "As concerning our foes, Mr AarryAnti-Air OotterAnti-Air of Anti-Air and Mrs AarrietAnti-Air OotterAnti-Air of Anti-Air, the air-human Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirLady, as well as Mr AarrybeastAnti-Air OotterbeastAnti-Air of Anti-Air and Mrs AarrietbeastAnti-Air OotterbeastAnti-Air of Anti-Air, the air-beast Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirBeastLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirBeastLady did not also make it out of the WhirlAiria." He informed to the Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses which he watched took it pleased, though they were still shadowed by the fate of their friends, the AirLighterer and AirLightereress and AirBeastLighterer and AirBeastLightereress, and also the AirAngeler and AirAngeleress and AirBeastAngeler and AirBeastAngeleress.
"The same was with the Anti-AirDemon Anti-AirLord and Anti-AirDemoness Anti-AirLady, and the Anti-AirDemon Anti-AirBeastLord and Anti-AirDemoness Anti-AirBeastLady." The Archmaster continued.
"They should have been the ones to have remained in there!" Many of the Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses grudgingly said.
"However, the Anti-AirDarkerer and Anti-AirDarkereress' and Anti-AirBeastDarkerer and Anti-AirBeastDarkereress' baby son and baby daughter and baby beast-son and baby beast-daughter did make it out of the WhirlAiria as AarryAir and AarrietAir and AarrybeastAir and AarrietbeastAir, though we were no more longer there to witness it, but gathered it so from some air-wizardercraft and air-wizardcraft and air-wizardery and air-wizardry and air-beastwizardercraft and air-beastwizardcraft and air-beastwizardery and air-beastwizardry information which reached us about it."
The Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses stayed silent, immune, and unwelcoming to this, as no one wanted to speak ill of the babies and beast-babies, but little murmurs of disapproval could be heard.
After another moment of silence, the Archmaster spoke. "We don't exactly know what went on in there in the WhirlAiria with the AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady, and the AirAngel AirLord and AirAngeless AirLady and AirAngel AirBeastLord and AirAngeless AirBeastLady, or the Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirLady and Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirBeastLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirBeastLady, and the Anti-AirDemon Anti-AirLord and Anti-AirDemoness Anti-AirLady and Anti-AirDemon Anti-AirBeastLord and Anti-AirDemoness Anti-AirBeastLady, as they did not get out of it, but what we know is that they are no more with us, and that is what we of the Airagon will be announcing to all of Airia and AirLandia and AirWorldia and its AirBeastia and AirBeastLandia and AirBeastWorldia." He said in a definitive tone.
"We will also be announcing to Airia and AirLandia and AirWorldia and its AirBeastia and AirBeastLandia and AirBeastWorldia that only the twin son and daughter and twin beast-son and beast-daughter of the AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady made it out of the WhirlAiria, and should be as it is supposed to be by their natural air and 'Of Air' heritage, the next AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady."
"And we will also announce that the same should apply to the twin son and daughter and twin beast-son and beast-daughter of the Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirLady and Anti-AirDarker Anti-AirBeastLord and Anti-AirDarkeress Anti-AirBeastLady who should be also the natural anti-air and 'Of Anti-Air' heritors and heirs to these titles, though that should not be of our present concern as it shall only be when they are of age to act as according to these titles of theirs."
"We will also announce to the airers and air-landers and air-worlders and the air-beasters and air-beast-landers and air-beast-worlders that they would not be able to see for now their new AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady ⸺ baby boy and baby girl AarryAir OotterAir of Air and AarrietAir OotterAir of Air, and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady ⸺ baby beast-boy and baby beast-girl AarrybeastAir OotterbeastAir of Air and AarrietbeastAir OotterbeastAir of Air, as they would want to see them; and we will tell them it is for the present safety of the babies and beast-babies, and we will tell them that they shall in the near future see them."
All stayed silent as they heard this and many more, and many more still was spoken in the Airagon about the past and now present AirLighter AirLord and AirLighteress AirLady and AirLighter AirBeastlord and AirLighteress AirBeastlady as the Agents and Agentesses and Actors and Actoresses flew and glided forward to examine and stare at baby boy and baby girl AarryAir and AarrietAir, and baby beast-boy and baby beast-girl AarrybeastAir and AarrietbeastAir, as the air-men and air-women and air-beast-men and air-beast-women at the stairs of the platform gave way to them.
