His wrinkled face twisted into a sinister smile. "Hiruzen, just watch. Konoha will be mine."
Elsewhere in the village, Lee wept openly.
"I never knew Guy-sensei was this incredible… I'll master the Eight Gates too! I'll protect my friends—protect Konoha!"

At Marine Headquarters, Admiral Kizaru's usually lazy eyes were wide with shock.
"If a man like that came to our world… one punch from him could rival, no—surpass—even Garp's Iron Fist. That's a terrifying blow, enough to twist space itself."
Sengoku slammed his fist on the table.
"Who is this man? If enemies from another world are this powerful, even the Yonko might not compare! Garp, if you fought him, could you win?"
Garp simply shook his head.
"No. In all my life, I've never seen power like his."

A new blast, fiercer than any before, slammed into Madara's stomach, ripping through his body with relentless force.
Even his godlike regeneration couldn't keep up. Blood poured from his mouth as he grimaced.

He hurled the special kunai Kakashi had given him with all his strength. Time was down to the last heartbeat.

Just as the orbs were about to smash into Guy, a golden flash appeared in front of him, intercepting the deadly strike.
"Made it… just in time."

Kakashi's eyes widened at the sight of the golden figure.

The Third Hokage exhaled in relief.

"I acknowledge him—in speed."
For him to admit that was no small thing.

Goku tilted his head thoughtfully.
"Man, that speed's tough. I wonder if even a hundred times Kaio-ken would be enough to hit him."
Frieza frowned, unease flickering across his face.
"Could these people be warriors from another universe? If they came here, would I still hold the title of Emperor of the Universe?"
Guy's body blazed like molten lava finally given release.
The Fifth Step of Evening Elephant crushed the very space around him, shockwaves ripping open the heavens.

Like a comet erupting from a volcano, Guy's fist smashed into Madara's back.

Madara spat blood, his body crashing into the ground with devastating force.
"We did it!!!"
Kakashi, Gaara, Lee, and Minato all cried out in triumph.
But as Guy's attack ended, the toll hit him all at once. Pain swallowed his entire body.
Kakashi rushed to his side, catching him before he fell.
"You've done enough, Guy."
For a moment, it seemed like victory.
Then, from the rubble, Madara slowly stood.
"Hahaha… even I was surprised by that one!"
"I never thought Konoha still had a shinobi like you. You've made my blood boil."
"Since Hashirama, you're the only one to excite me this much."
"Come—show me more. Let me enjoy this fight!"

Kurenai's eyes were wide with disbelief.
"He took Guy's full Evening Elephant… and he's still standing? What is he, a monster?"
Anko patted her shoulder.
"Don't forget—this is the man who once fought the First Hokage, the God of Shinobi. For Guy to push him this far is already incredible."
Sasuke clenched his fists, eyes burning.

Madara, blood trickling but hardly staggered, smirked."So that's how it is… looks like I'll have to use that technique after all."
"Kai… don't tell me you're—"
"Kakashi." Guy's voice was calm, yet blazing. "Life only has meaning when it burns bright. Today, I'll burn everything I have."
