Chuntao and Xueyan gasped in shock, their faces instantly turning as pale as paper.
Shen Ruoxi reacted quickly, dashing over and swiftly hugging Xueyan.
Xueyan's face was pale, her whole body weak and limp. Her legs gave out and she almost collapsed to her knees.
Chuntao anxiously put her hand near Xueyan's nose, and after a long while, finally felt that faint breath. She let out a breath she had been holding, and shouted with a sob, "The Princess Consort still has breath."
The tension in Shen Ruoxi's heart eased a bit, her eyes rimmed with red.
