Laura Quincy sucked on her straw, her face full of worry, "Isn't it frustrating! I don't know what Little Mars likes, and a wealthy family like the Hawthorne Family must have seen all kinds of toys."
The two had walked through several streets without finding a suitable gift, inevitably feeling a bit defeated.
Nina Pierce suggested, "There're still a few days left, right? Why not check online? Maybe we'll find something novel."
Laura shook her head, "That's not going to work, it's too rushed to find something good, let's keep looking!"
Nina found a bench and sat down, "Let's take a break and gather our thoughts."
Laura sat beside her, having spent over three hours shopping without any success.
Two minutes later, Nina said, "Laura, you've been working at Aegis Group for over ten days now, why hasn't Jason Hawthorne made a statement saying your kidnapping of his son was a misunderstanding!"
Laura sighed, "A man's heart is like a needle in the sea!"
