The Imperial Concubine looked at Princess Consort Shu, her eyes full of mockery: "How did Princess Consort Shu become so timid? Where was the courage when you spoke about me in front of His Majesty?"
Princess Consort Shu bowed: "Imperial Concubine, you're joking, that day I was merely speaking the truth, with no other intentions."
The Imperial Concubine, however, stepped forward, her nails painted with vermillion were sharp, dragging along Princess Consort Shu's cheek, slowly holding her chin: "Princess Consort Shu, you should be more careful, I hold grudges, you better not let me catch an opportunity."
The Imperial Concubine left with her people, but Princess Consort Shu remained standing in place, unmoved.
Her close palace maid stepped forward to support Princess Consort Shu, only to find her hands trembling.
"How dare she, how dare she threaten me like this; damn it, one day, I'll make her regret it."
