Kings Army/Power Ups

Default Power Ups:

- Absorption: Weapons can absorb loot such as items and materials to unlock new Weapon Forms of the Legendary or Vassal Weapon and may equip said Forms if they meet its prerequisites, such as having a high enough Level or if another Form or Forms in the same series are unlocked first. Things absorbed by the weapons to unlock new forms are not destroyed, and can be accessed again from the Inventory.

- Weapon Copy: The user can copy weapon variants of a similar class to their Legendary or Vassal Weapon that they encounter and store them for later access. Equip bonuses may still require materials to unlock.

- Weapon Transformation: Weapons can transform into different variations that grant new Equip Bonuses and Special Effects, including stats, skills, and abilities. Additionally, with enough time spent with a form equipped, the user may "Unlock" and passively retain the Equip Bonuses even if they switch transformations, such as "+1 Defence" and "Air Strike Shield". If two weapon forms have the same unique bonuses, such as Poison Resistance Up (Medium), then upon unlocking one, the other is replaced by a different Equip Bonus, usually a flat stat boost equal to the relative power of the weapon form. Equip Bonuses of different levels, such as (Small) and (Medium), have their effects stack. Some bonuses, known as Special Equip Effects, remain exclusive to their specific Weapon Form and can only be used when that form is equipped.

Hero King: Hakuto

Power Ups:

- Dub/Ban Hero: Allows the King to Dub a person a Hero or ban them from being a Hero. Dubbing a hero with a weapon will still let you use the same weapon, and lets you gain whatever form or abilities that the dubbed hero obtains.

Cardinal Sword Hero:

Power Ups:

- Mastery: Using the same weapon more frequently will improve its stats up until it is fully mastered at a Mastery Level of 100.

- Energy Transfer: When you have gained mastery in using a weapon, you can reset its mastery level and release the amount of energy you had invested in it. This amount is added to a 'pool' filled with energy from other mastery level resets, which can be used on any weapon form. Using this energy on a Weapon form, even the same weapon form the energy came from, can "Awaken" it if given enough to do so, which increases its stats and unlocks new abilities. Finally, any items that you had absorbed into the weapon could also be turned into energy.

- Rarity Up: By imbuing a weapon with energy gained from resetting mastery levels, you can increase its rarity level and the weapon's abilities. A weapon's rarity can be repeatedly increased starting at common (C), then uncommon (UC), and so on, though each rarity increase has a chance for failure. The list of known rarities is Common (C), Uncommon (UC), Rare (R), Super Rare (SR), Super Rare+ (SR+), Legendary Rare (LR), and Artifact (AT).

Cardinal Spear Hero:

Power Ups:

- Refinement: You can power up a weapon form using ores. While there is no limit to this method, there is a chance of failure, which increases as it is used. If it failed, the weapon form is reset to +0.

- Spirit Enchantment: Items or pieces of monsters' souls that have been absorbed into a weapon can be used to imbue the weapon with special powers, such as Usapil Damage -10% or Water Damage -5%. This has no chance of failure-maybe.

- Status Enchantment: Absorbed items or pieces of monsters' souls can also be used to imbue a weapon form with a status boost that increases one of the stats it has, such as a boost to its attack or magic, or defence. The given status boost, along with which stat it applies to, is random.

Cardinal Shield Hero:

Power Ups:

- Sharing: Share the power-up methods from other legendary weapons and vassal weapons, allowing both for other weapons to use these methods and for these shared methods to work better and become stronger. While this works without knowing the power-up method, knowing that this is a power-up method increases the effect of shared power-up methods more than the boost from sharing without knowing. Knowing it is specifically the Shield's power-up method magnifies the improvements even further.

- Trust: A Hero trusting others strengthens those they trust, leading to increased abilities, stats, and growth for them. A Hero being trusted in turn strengthens the Hero, leading to increased abilities, stats, and growth for the Hero.

- Energy Boost: The heroes have energy called "EP", which is Ki gathered by the Weapons from around them, that they draw out automatically as power from the weapons, and this is always active. This energy enhances their stats, and assigning this energy to skills and magic will allow more powerful skills and magic to be used. Hengen Muso Style was created by those who studied and replicated this method's power to manipulate ki, not only for enhancing their skills and magic, but for creating whole new techniques. Any stat boosts through Hengen Muso Style are temporary, while stat boosts through Energy Boost are permanent. Knowing this method also aids the Heroes in learning Hengen Muso Style more easily.

Cardinal Bow Hero:

Power Ups:

- Ore Equip: The power of a weapon form can be raised by equipping it with certain ores. This never fails. Each weapon form has a finite number of slots that an ore can be inserted into. Each type of ore boosts a different stat.

- Item Enchantment: Items that have been absorbed into the weapon can be turned into energy, and that can be used to grant an enchantment that raises the percentage of various stats, which can be given to any Weapon form. This enchantment can be upgraded once applied. Success in upgrading is based on probability, decreasing with each successive enchantment. Upon failure, the item enchantment level is reset to 0.

- Job Lv.: You can increase specific stats by using the energy converted from absorbed monster parts or items. Upon filling the level gauge for the desired stat, the stat is increased, and the level gauge is reset with a cooldown timer. Each successive level requires more energy. Raising a stat from Level 1 to 2 gives +1 to the stat. Raising a Job stat high enough can allow the user to learn a new skill.

Vassal Gauntlet Hero: Power Ups:

- Skill Rank: Similar to the Magic Rank ability, but for skills. As the user levels up, they gain points to upgrade their skills, boosting their efficacy. The boosts affect different skills in different ways. Some weapon forms will have simple stat increases like bonuses to defence or attack, but, for example, upgrading a Portal Weapon form increases the number of teleport location slots. The upgraded skills have numerals applied to them, from I to X, depending on how many points are added. An un-upgraded skill has no numeral. Once applied, there is a cooldown of 24 hours, after which the option to remove the points becomes available, where they can be reallocated to other skills, reverting the skills they were taken from back to their normal power.

Vassal Axe Hero:

Power Ups:

- Stat Allocation: Using energy stored up beside EXP, the user can add additional points to their Stats. Like in some RPGs, certain seeds and other items can permanently raise a stat. It seems plain at first, but the number of points you can distribute is high, and well as gain more bonuses than what points you input. Its main advantage is that the user can get an additional bonus on top of those for the weapon form you have equipped. Resetting your allocated points is possible, but it has a cooldown of three days before you can do so. The points you input appear in a grid work board, requiring the user to make the correct shape with the points for the strengthening to take effect, akin to a puzzle. Certain shapes can create some effects, and what's more, alongside stats, there are also resistance bonuses and Special Effects that to be unlocked or affected through it, though it cannot be used on Weapon Bonuses. Drastic investment of points to fill the slots is not guaranteed to work, and one may end up with some grid panels not being filled because of brute-forcing it.

Vassal Staff Hero:

Power Ups:

- Magic Rank: As the user levels up, they gain points to upgrade magic spells, boosting their efficacy. The upgraded spells have numerals applied to them, from I to X, depending on how many points are added. An un-upgraded spell has no numeral. Once applied, there is a cooldown of 24 hours, after which the option to remove the points becomes available, where they can be reallocated to other spells, reverting the spells they were taken from back to their normal power. The point cost to upgrade a spell varies depending on the spell's power, and different tiers of the same spell are considered different spells and thus would be upgraded separately.

Vassal Projectile Hero:

Power Ups:

- Microtransaction: Interfaces with other power-up methods where, in exchange for money, a person can either guarantee success/erase failure(in the case of luck-based methods) or bolster their effect(in the case of most typical methods). One can even improve the power-up methods themselves, such as increasing the number of slots available for Weapon Form Synthesis, increasing the proficiency gain of Skill Rank, or the growth gain of Growth Revision. Also, the user can buy status for cash from an enchantment menu. Statuses like +1 to magic, +3 to magic, increased maturation rates, or magic recovery speed can be bought. Each status boost can only be bought once, but there are multiple tiers of a very wide variety of boosts that can be purchased. Higher tiers cost more money than lower tiers. Its Currency is "Credits": a Bronze coin is 1 Credit, a Silver coin is 100 Credits, and a Gold coin is 10000 Credits. The money used in the method must have gone into circulation to register; otherwise, it will be registered as material instead of money.

Vassal Hammer Hero:

Power Ups:

- Weapon Form Synthesis: This method allows you to copy the most symbolic and characteristic Special Effect from one form to another (ex. The Soul Eater Shield's Soul Eat, the Rope Shield's Rope), as well as potentially increasing its Enchantment value and Rarity depending on the strength of both forms, but the Enchantment and Rarity from the source form is reset, reverting it to its original state. One benefit of this is that if you have a weapon form that is highly effective against a specific monster type, you can transfer that ability to weapons that have higher stats. It is even possible to unlock new weapon forms through Synthesis, such as gathering all Dragon-Based skills on a single weapon will unlock something. The weapons forms will have an ornament appear on them, such as a dragon scale for weapons forms with dragon-slaying Effects added on to them. Each weapon has a given number of ability slots, but also a specific counter that informs you exactly how many more times that form can be used as synthesis material. Once this counter hits 0, the form is effectively locked out to power-up methods. It can still be used as a weapon form, but is stuck at its base form and can't be upgraded until you absorb the materials needed to unlock it again. Special weapons forms such as the 0 series, curse series, or bless series cannot be fused.

Vassal Claw Hero:

Power Ups:

- Skill & Magic Mastery: As a skill or magic spell is used, the more effective and powerful it becomes. However, unlike the Vassal Claw method, it does not cause additional effects to arise or cause skills to evolve into other skills or otherwise change upon mastery.

____________________________________________________________________________________

Vassal Whip Hero:

Power Ups:

- Growth Revision: Sacrificing levels applies a permanent stat growth modifier, drawing out latent abilities and permanently increasing the stats of the target as they regain levels. This method can be applied to non-heroes, but only with the person's consent.

Vassal Vehicle Hero:

Power Ups:

- Encyclopedia: It grants the user a variety of attribute bonuses dependent on the materials stored within the weapon. In addition, completing a monster's drop list will provide additional bonuses.
