Nova sat beside Felix on the sofa, in the common room.
Nova said, "Felix, I think you take Pat's advice and go see a counsellor."
Felix's eyes widened. "Really? Do you think that would help me?"
"Pat told me he saw a counsellor after surviving the church that was on fire. He says talking to people about your problems, helps you overcome your grief."
Felix nodded. "Alright, I'll book myself in for an appointment." Felix spun his head around and glared at Jared.
"Why're you here?" Felix retorted.
"Because I want to watch the movie Quilter's Revenge." Jared sat beside Nova and wrapped his arm around Nova's shoulder. Felix cringed inside.
"You know Jared, Nova and I've been friends for a really long time," Felix stated.
Nova pulled away from Jared and grabbed the remote off the table. She sighed, "Let's just enjoy the movie together."
Felix huffed. He could have enjoyed the movie if Jared wasn't invited.
