She looked at me...
I couldn't breathe,
And my feet barely touched the ground.
I could feel
Her heartbeat.
So close to me
But its beat won't make a sound.

I can see
All the waves
Way down.
She keeps swimming
Deeper in
Then
She can keep from flooding towns.
All the heat she holds inside her heart
Will surely melt me down.
But my world is fiending for her warmth,
I need that source around.

I need her to hold my crown...
Whoa.

I've been looking for this energy,
It may just sway my soul.
Come illuminate the inner me
And never let me go.
All those waves are boiling deeper.
All that water, she's a leaker.
I can handle all the damage.
I can seal up all the holes.

Whisper: "You could be... loving me..."
Lost in her eyes,
There is no place
That I'd rather be...
So familiar,
My heart can sense her melody.
Like someone I have loved before
And someone who's in love with me.

"Be careful... I'm known to turn people to poetry."
But I don't think she heard me,
I start early.
She already feeds
Me.
Finding a muse in the most unlikely of places,
Now her name will echo in my head
And all over the pages
Of my heart
And in this mind of mine.
I find it hard to slow it.
She is roaming through my corridors,
She doesn't even know it.
