Sunlight spilled through the broken clouds, illuminating the magnificent yet cold building nearby. The outer walls of the Space Stone Research Institute were covered in heavy metal, faintly emitting a weak blue light, like a pulsating heart. HYDRA soldiers were stationed all around, their movements orderly, patrolling with loaded weapons. Mechanical dogs growled softly, and giant mechs stood motionless, as if warning anyone who dared to approach.
Dominic stood atop a ruin, the breeze fluttering his cape, his gaze calmly fixed ahead. His x-ray vision revealed the enemy's deployment at a glance, and the corner of his mouth lifted slightly, seemingly unconcerned by the layers of defense the enemy had set up.
Deadpool squatted beside him, holding a badge he had picked up from a HYDRA soldier, turning it over and over as he looked at it: "Seriously, these HYDRA guys are a disaster in aesthetics. This badge looks like something from kindergarten art class—oh, I mean, using such shoddy designs to rule the World is a crime against art."
Eddie leaned against a rock, Venom's shadow extending from his shoulder, flashing sharp teeth: "Listen, red and black guy, stop talking nonsense. I'm hungry, and the enemies here look tasty."
"You can't think about eating the enemy every time you see them," Eddie muttered in a low voice, "Have some limits."
"Limits? What's that? Limits are shackles for the weak!" Venom's voice was low and full of menace, then added, "But that mech does look a bit tough, it would be great if it came with some sauce."
America frowned, clearly not used to this bizarre humor: "Don't you all think... it's a bit strange? We're here to save the World, and you guys are acting like you're in some weird reality show."
Logan slowly stood up, tightened the brass knuckles on his hand, and snorted coldly: "Ignore their nonsense. The target is right in front of us, we don't have time to waste."
"Whoa, Old Wolf Mr.'s steady line is back online!" Deadpool clapped his hands, his face showing an exaggerated expression of excitement, "I told you, this tough guy persona always resonates with the audience. But don't forget, the real box office poison is me—meaning I need to have a more dazzling performance."
Dominic suddenly spoke, his voice low and commanding: "Quiet down. If you keep making noise, I might clean up my own people first."
Deadpool raised his hands and exaggeratedly stepped back two steps: "Whoa, okay, Captain, you win. But seriously, can you add a little more emotional tone? It feels more like a leader, like—'Quiet! For justice and freedom, we must remain calm!'"
Dominic ignored him, just turned to look at the rest of the team: "Although their deployment is tight, there are a few obvious loopholes. The ventilation duct on the left and the maintenance passage on the right are relatively weak. We'll split into two teams and break through separately. America, come with me. Logan, Eddie, Venom, and Deadpool, you go from the right."
"Whoa, finally splitting up!" Deadpool clapped his hands, "This is classic Hollywood splitting up plot! But I'm not sure why I have to follow this group of people who look like they won a staring contest?"
Venom immediately roared, his fangs clicking as they popped out: "Be careful, red and black guy. Say one more word of nonsense, and I'll eat you first."
"Whoa, okay, calm down, calm down!" Deadpool assumed a surrendering posture, but a smile still hung on his lips, "But seriously, if you want to eat me, you'd better prepare some stomach medicine in advance. I'm a tough bone to chew."
America looked at Dominic, then at the noisy group, and couldn't help but sigh: "Can we really succeed?"
Dominic didn't answer, just turned to look at her, his gaze deep: "Success or failure doesn't depend on how they argue, but on how we fight."
His voice was calm and powerful, like a heavy warhammer, striking everyone's hearts. The team finally fell silent, and everyone realized that the upcoming battle would be an irreversible adventure.
"Alright then," Logan said in a low voice, his steel claws popping out with a cold glint, "Let's begin."
The team split into two groups. Dominic took America to the left, while the others went to the right. Deadpool's voice immediately sounded on the comm channel: "Okay, this is exactly as I expected, we're separated, and I'm actually teamed up with Venom—great! Do you know what this means? Zero snacks! Because Venom will snatch all the good stuff."
"Shut up." Logan's voice was as cold as a blade, his steps steady, his steel claws already extended, ready to cleave through anything in his way.
"Whoa, Old Wolf is really as cool as ever." Deadpool deliberately dragged out his words, "Did you notice? This guy's lines are basically three: 'Shut up', 'Be careful', 'Keep up'. I bet his creator found it boring."
Venom extended a part of himself from Eddie's shoulder and spoke in a low, threatening voice: "Shut up, or I'll eat you."
Deadpool stopped in his tracks, dramatically covering his chest with his hand: "Whoa, listen to that! Venom threatened me! This is the beginning of love, isn't it? Wait, I need to record this—'The Romantic Journey of Red and Black Oil', how about that?"
Eddie finally couldn't stand it anymore and growled: "Can you shut up? If you want to leave this place alive."
Deadpool shrugged: "Okay, I'll shut up, but that will just make the plot boring. But seriously, have you noticed that I'm the soul of this team? Without me, you'd be like a suffocating nap."
Logan let out a low growl, directly cleaved open the iron door ahead with his steel claws, and glared back at Deadpool: "Shut up and get to work."
Venom suddenly sniffed, then said to Eddie: "There's a smell of blood here, it's fresh."
"Are you sure?" Eddie frowned, looking around.
Venom's voice was even lower, even with a hint of excitement: "Of course, or rather, something similar to blood. This place is getting interesting."
Deadpool immediately rushed forward, gesticulating as he spoke: "Wait a minute! There must be a hidden plot here. Every horror movie has this kind of scene—smelling blood, then everyone splits up, and then one by one they get killed. How classic! Don't be in a hurry to speak, let me guess what happens next—"
A piercing alarm suddenly blared, the iron door at the end of the passage burst open, and dozens of HYDRA soldiers rushed out. They were wearing Space Stone-enhanced armor, holding high-energy weapons, and their cold eyes quickly locked onto the team.
"Ah, finally!" Deadpool drew his twin swords, a exaggerate smile on his lips, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the bloodiest carnival of the year! Who wants a free blade service?"
Venom let out a low growl, quickly covering Eddie's entire body, the black symbiote transforming into a terrifying combat stance. He roared and pounced on the nearest soldier, his sharp claws easily tearing through the opponent's armor.
Logan said no more, his steel claws flashed with a cold light, and he charged straight into the enemy crowd. His movements were like a Beast, swift and fierce, every strike carrying deadly power.
Deadpool swung his twin swords while still chattering: "Have you ever wondered if the HYDRA uniform designer is a masochist? The seams on these mechs look like they're made from the cheapest black market materials!"
The battlefield was chaotic, Eddie and Venom cooperated seamlessly, sweeping through the enemy formation like a ferocious predator. Logan's attacks were simple and effective, each claw taking down an enemy. Deadpool weaved between the enemies, flexibly dodging attacks, quickly dealing with targets with his twin swords, while not forgetting to mock them.
Suddenly, a massive HYDRA armored soldier appeared at the end of the passage. His armor was significantly thicker than the other soldiers, and the launcher on his shoulder glowed with blue light, clearly loaded with Space Stone energy.
Deadpool stopped in his tracks and dramatically slapped his forehead: "Oh my god, is this the final BOSS? Have you noticed that his shoulders are bigger than his head? This design is an insult to ergonomics!"
Logan growled: "Less talk, kill him."
Venom grinned: "Let me taste this guy!"
As the battle escalated, America's anxious voice came through the other channel: "What are you guys doing? Hurry up and finish them off, we don't have time to waste!"
The giant HYDRA soldier slowly approached with heavy steps, the Space Stone energy on his armor flowing, emitting a piercing hum. He raised a mechanical arm, and a beam of deep blue light shot out abruptly, precisely grazing Deadpool's shoulder and sending him flying several meters.
Deadpool hit the wall with a dull thud, he slowly sat up, painfully touching his pierced shoulder, but a twisted smile was on his face: "Oh, man, that really hurt like hell. But, luckily, a durable guy like me doesn't care about a little injury—wait, does my shoulder look cooler now?"
Venom let out a low roar at the HYDRA soldier: "I'm going to eat him, Eddie! I'm going to swallow his head and the Space Stone together!"
Eddie frowned: "Hold on! That thing doesn't look right."
Logan cursed under his breath, tightened his steel claws, and charged forward. He leaped up, pouncing on the giant soldier's chest with explosive power. However, the HYDRA soldier raised his hand to block, his metal arm directly catching Logan's attack.
"Even the strongest steel claws cannot cut through my armor," the HYDRA soldier's voice was low and mechanical, "The power of the Space Stone makes me invincible."
"Is that so?" Logan gritted his teeth, his arm muscles tensed, and he forced his steel claws deep into the opponent's armor, sparks flying. The soldier took two steps back, the armor on his chest slightly dented.
Deadpool climbed up from the ground, shaking his arm: "Seriously, Logan, I'm not jealous of this kind of head-on approach at all. Come on, give him something fancy." He quickly rushed forward, his twin swords leaving deep cracks on the HYDRA soldier's legs, but the opponent didn't move.
"This guy's armor is as hard as a steel donut," Deadpool rolled back to dodge the counterattack, still talking incessantly, "But unfortunately, I like chocolate flavor."
Venom no longer hesitated, charging at the HYDRA soldier at full speed, the huge black figure like a raging torrent. He directly pounced on the soldier, his sharp claws slashing wildly, finally tearing off a piece of metal from the armor. The HYDRA soldier violently swung his arm, smashing Venom against the wall, shaking the entire passage.
Eddie gritted his teeth and climbed up from the ground: "Venom, this guy isn't an ordinary dessert!"
"I know." Venom bared a mouthful of sharp teeth, "But we can chew him up!"
The HYDRA soldier raised his arm, the launcher on his shoulder glowing with an even more dazzling light. He let out a low roar, and a huge energy wave spread outwards, simultaneously knocking back Logan, Venom, and Deadpool. The air was filled with a burning smell.
Just then, Dominic's voice came through the communication channel: "Hold him off, I'm close to the target. This guy's energy source is the Space Stone core, find the weak point, and I'll take him down directly."
Deadpool grinned as he climbed up from the ground: "Alright, hold him off. No problem! My super invincibility is online, perfect for this kind of suicide mission."
Logan licked his bitten lip, his steel claws reflecting a dazzling light. He said coldly: "Then don't hold us back."
Venom climbed up again, growling: "Let's tear him apart together."
The three quickly dispersed, launching a new round of attacks around the HYDRA soldier. Logan's steel claws, Deadpool's twin swords, and Venom's sharp claws struck in alternation, hitting the armor with a metallic symphony of harsh sounds.
"Hey, does this count as teamwork?" Deadpool shouted while dodging, "Because if so, I hope I get more lines next time, at least enough to mock this big guy like a moving garbage can."
The HYDRA soldier's movements visibly slowed, and the cracks on his armor grew more numerous, the blue light inside faintly unstable. Logan seized the opportunity, plunging his steel claws deep into the soldier's neck, and a burst of energy light shot up into the sky.
"Dominic!" Eddie shouted into the communicator, "Hurry up and finish it!"
Dominic's low voice came from the channel: "It's over." Immediately after, a scorching beam of light shot out from the end of the passage, directly piercing the HYDRA soldier's core, and with a deafening explosion, the soldier crashed to the ground.
The battle ended, Deadpool patted the dust off himself, panting as he said: "Do I get a superhero medal? It better say 'Best Nonsense Producer' on it."
