The void around Rudra had finally gone silent.
No more ripples.
No more explosions.
No more traces of terrifying ki.
Cell… was gone.
Rudra's Svadhisthana aura faded slowly as exhaustion crashed into him like a tidal wave. The blue glow on his face flickered, the chakra markings beginning to dissolve as the transformation slipped away.
He floated among drifting cosmic dust, breathing heavily.
"Finally… it's over."
His limbs trembled.
His ki was completely drained — not even a spark remained.
He tried to lift two fingers to his forehead.
Instant Transmission.
Nothing happened.
He tried again, squeezing out whatever microscopic ki might be left.
Still nothing.
Rudra let out a defeated sigh.
"Of course… I used everything. I can't teleport."
He closed his eyes for a moment, letting himself drift in calm silence.
Then a thought sparked inside him.
The Second Stage.
During his awakening, a new wave of knowledge had poured into his mind — forgotten chakra arts, ancient techniques, pathways he never understood until now.
One of them…
A skill that required no ki.
A skill that connected chakra directly to the fabric of space-time.
Rudra lifted his hand slowly, placing his palm forward.
Blue symbols appeared beneath his feet — glowing, rotating like ancient seals. Space cracked open in front of him, forming a swirling blue portal, its edges humming like a living doorway.
He smirked weakly.
"Guess this is my new way home…"
And he stepped through.

BACK ON EARTH — One Day Later
Rudra returned… exhausted, bruised, worn down to the bones.
He waited at the Lookout for an entire day, lying silently on its warm white tiles. The peaceful sky above him felt unreal compared to the cosmic battlefield he had just escaped.
The next morning, two familiar auras approached:
Gohan and Future Trunks.
They landed gently, sensing the burnt marks and exhaustion on Rudra.
Trunks rushed forward.
"Rudra! What happened to you?!"
Gohan frowned.
"Yeah… you look like you went through hell. Where's Cell?"
Rudra stood slowly, dusting himself off.
He met their eyes.
And spoke plainly.
"I killed him."
Both of them froze.
The Lookout felt too quiet.
Even the winds paused.
Trunks blinked in disbelief.
"Y–You mean… Cell? Perfect Cell? The one who destroyed entire solar systems?"
Gohan crossed his arms, frowning harder.
"Rudra… something like that shouldn't be possible alone. Even my Dad and Vegeta would've struggled."
Rudra chuckled weakly.
"I didn't say it was easy. It nearly killed me. But he's gone. No trace left."
Trunks still didn't believe it.
He whispered to Gohan:
"Do you think he's joking…?"
Gohan shook his head.
"Look at his body. He burned every bit of energy he had. He's not lying."
Only then did Trunks's expression soften.
A weight lifted from their shoulders.
The nightmare was over.

PLANET NAMEK — THE WISH
Using his remaining chakra, Rudra opened another portal.
This time Gohan, Trunks, and even Dende insisted on going with him.
Namek's skies were calm, its green grass waving gently.
Nothing like the destruction Cell left behind in the galaxy.
The Elder Namekians were shocked to hear the story but wasted no time summoning Porunga.
The sky darkened.
Thunder cracked.
The ground glowed red.
PORUNGA: "STATE YOUR WISHES."
Rudra stepped forward.
Wish 1: Restore every world Cell destroyed.
Wish 2: Revive everyone killed by Cell and the Androids.
Wish 3: Restore peace, erase lingering scars caused by Cell's energy.
In a flash of blinding red light…
the universe rewound.
Planets reconstructed.
Lives returned.
The balance of galaxies healed.
The Z Fighters on Earth revived one by one — cheering, crying, celebrating.
Even Yamcha hugged Krillin.
Tien and Chiaotzu bowed together.
Piccolo let out the smallest, proudest smile.
Only two souls remained away:
Raditz and Nappa — who chose to stay in Otherworld to continue their training.
Rudra returned with Gohan and Trunks back through the portal.
Earth's blue sky felt warmer than ever.
For the first time in a long time…
There was peace.

THE CELEBRATION
The Z Fighters gathered around Rudra, cheering.
Krillin slapped him on the shoulder.
"Dude! You seriously beat Cell? By yourself?! That's insane!"
Piccolo nodded.
"Impressive. Even for a human."
Vegeta smirked arrogantly.
"Hmph. You're lucky Kakarot and I weren't there. I would've ended Cell before you."
Goku laughed.
"Hehehe, Vegeta, you always say that."
Bulma pushed forward.
"Rudra, you absolute hero! I swear you just saved half the universe! Again!"
Everyone laughed together, relieved.
Children ran around.
Dende offered food.
Mr. Popo smiled warmly.
Gohan leaned against the railing of the Lookout.
"It's finally over."
Trunks exhaled deeply.
"Yeah… we can finally rest."
Rudra folded his arms, smiling softly.
"Peace feels… nice."
But that peace lasted only a moment.
Because at that exact second—
A cold wind swept across the Lookout.
The sky darkened unnaturally.
A pressure heavier than death fell over everyone.
The tiles cracked.
The air shivered.
Every Z Fighter went silent.
Rudra's eyes widened.
He knew this presence.
No.
He feared this presence.
A ripple tore open in the air.
And from within emerged…
A figure.
Tall.
Perfect.
Terrifying.
His green carapace shone menacingly.
His wings fluttered lazily.
His tail twitched with hunger.
Perfect Cell stepped out of the shadowy void like he never died.
A mocking smirk crawled across his face.
"You didn't invite me to the party…?"
He tilted his head, grinning even wider.
"How sad."
Everyone froze.
Everyone knew the truth—
Cell was dead.
Cell was erased.
Cell was gone.
Yet here he stood…
alive.
Smiling.
Radiating more energy than ever before.
His aura was darker…
heavier…
monstrous.
Cell raised two fingers casually.
"Now…"
His eyes gleamed with unholy excitement.
"…the REAL fun begins."
