The void trembled.
Fragments of the destroyed solar system drifted like glowing dust, illuminated only by the dying sparks of ki still burning around Rudra's exhausted body. His breath came slow, heavy, strained—each inhale felt like dragging a mountain into his lungs.
Cell hovered across from him, arms relaxed, expression almost bored.
And then, with a soft chuckle, Cell broke the silence.
"You know, Rudra…"
He tilted his head sideways.
"I've been holding back the entire time."
Rudra's eyes widened.
Not again. Not this revelation.
Cell raised one finger.
"I've only used—hm—roughly ten percent of my full power."
A cold shiver crawled down Rudra's spine.
He forced himself to stand straight. Ten percent? That means everything before this was nothing but Cell playing around.
Cell grinned.
"Surprised? You should be."
Rudra didn't waste time.
In the next instant, he ignited every ounce of ki left in his shattered body.
A magnificent, blinding beam erupted from his palms—larger than a star, dense enough to shake the time-space fabric itself.
The blast roared forward like a cosmic tsunami.
Rudra shouted, veins bulging against his skin,
"AAAAAAAAAHHHH!!"
The beam surged, consuming everything in its path.
But Cell…
Cell simply raised his hand.
A single, casual gesture—fingers barely parted.
And just like swatting away a cloud of dust…
Cell deflected the monstrous beam.
The attack broke apart, dissolving into harmless light.
Rudra's breath vanished. His body shook violently.
That was his last energy—his final card.
Cell floated closer, shadows stretching behind him.
A cruel smirk grew on his face.
"That weak little attack… don't tell me that was everything you had?"
He clicked his tongue mockingly.
"I wanted to keep playing, Rudra. But if you're already exhausted…"
Cell's eyes glowed with lethal intent.
"…then it's time for you to die. Don't worry—I'll remember you."
He spread his arms wide.
The space behind him collapsed inward, forming a terrifying vortex of swirling red and black ki.
This wasn't just an attack—it was destruction incarnate.
A concentrated beam of pure annihilation began forming, large enough to erase an entire galaxy.
Cell roared,
"THIS IS THE END!"
He unleashed it.
The beam streaked toward Rudra…
…only for Rudra to smile softly.
Tired. Calm. Certain.
"Gotcha."
The colossal beam smashed into something right before Rudra—
and vanished.
No sound. No shockwave.
It was simply absorbed into thin air.
Cell's grin froze.
His eyes narrowed, confused.
He stared harder.
And then he saw it.
Rudra wasn't the same.

THE TRANSFORMATION
The void around Rudra shimmered like water.
His body crackled with strange, evolving energy.
His hair—
not fully black, not fully blonde—
shifted between the two shades as if refusing to settle.
A thin blue marking ran down his cheeks, tracing perfectly into his glowing blue eyes.
And his aura—
It was no longer the golden blaze of Saiyan-like transformations.
It was a serene yet terrifying blue flame, spiraling upwards like a divine storm.
Cell whispered, almost breathless,
"…What is this form?"
Rudra lifted his head.
Power pulsed from him in calm waves, each one heavier than the last.
"This…"
His voice echoed differently, deeper, steadier.
"…is my Second Stage."
Cell's expression hardened.
Rudra continued,
"SVADHISTHANA State."
Cell blinked.
"You mean… all that exhaustion… all that weakness…?"
Rudra nodded.
"I needed to drain every last drop of energy. Only then can this Second Chakra Stage activate."
Cell's shock turned into unrestrained excitement.
"Good! GOOD!"
His grin stretched unnaturally wide.
"Then let me taste this power of yours!"
Rudra raised his hand slowly.
"First…"
He pointed his palm at Cell.
"…here's your gift."
The absorbed beam Cell fired earlier—
now surged out from Rudra's palm.
Except…
It wasn't the same.

THE ATTACK OF A THOUSAND SUNS
The beam wasn't red anymore.
It wasn't even a beam.
It had morphed into an unspeakably gigantic sphere of condensed destruction—
a Ki ball so massive it dwarfed stars.
Its surface crackled with lightning.
Its texture resembled molten mercury infused with cosmic fire.
Cell's face dropped.
The pressure alone collapsed nearby star remnants into dust.
Entire fragments of space began breaking apart.
And Rudra, with calm authority, whispered:
"I multiplied its power a thousand times."
Cell's eyes shot open.
"WHAT—?!"
The Ki sphere expanded even more—
its aura blanketing the entire universe like a rising blue moon of doom.
Across realms—
gods, immortals, and celestial beings flinched in awe.

SACRED WORLD OF KAI
Shin, Kibito, Elder Kai, and even the ancient crystal itself trembled.
They watched the fight with wide, horrified eyes.
Elder Kai whispered hoarsely,
"I… I didn't know a mortal could wield something like that."
Shin swallowed hard.
"I told you. Rudra is not a mere mortal."
Suddenly footsteps approached.
"Hey… what's happening?"
Goku's cheerful voice cut the tension.
He and Vegeta had finished a spar nearby.
Elder Kai panicked.
"NOTHING! Absolutely nothing! Go back to training, BOTH OF YOU!"
Goku blinked innocently.
Vegeta frowned, suspicious—but walked away.
Shin leaned closer to Elder Kai.
His voice trembled.
"If that attack explodes… this entire universe will be erased."
Elder Kai shook his head.
"No. No! That attack doesn't have that much power."
Kibito whispered,
"Are you sure…?"
Elder Kai didn't reply.
Because even he wasn't sure anymore.

BACK TO THE BATTLE
Cell faced the incoming catastrophic sphere.
His pride wavered.
His composure cracked.
He had never felt fear like this.
Rudra floated silent, calm—
like a god handing down judgment.
Cell snarled, forcing confidence.
"FINE THEN!"
His aura exploded violently, shaking the void.
"SHOW ME, RUDRA! SHOW ME YOUR TRUE LIMITS!"
He charged forward, preparing to counter—
But Cell realizes, that it's too late…
The Ki sphere wasn't stopping.
It was accelerating.
Heading straight for him.
And Rudra—
eyes glowing blue like ancient stars—
spoke the final line:
"This… Cell… is where the real fight begins."
