~Kevo POV~)
I barely slept last night. After I was sure my mother had gone to bed, I had red American Psycho for my English class which was an absolutely terrible. After I couldn't read that book, I spent the rest of the night watching You-Tube and playing Roblox on my iPad.
I must have forgotten to set up my alarm the previous night.
"Kevo! You're going to be late to school! Its 7:30!!!" I heard my mother scream.
Fuck! I ran downstairs packing all my school supplies and skipped breakfast. When I got to school after I ran to biology, I saw my friend Mia back in class after getting the flu.
"Hi Kevo!" she said.
"Hey," I said.
I must have looked really tired because she said "Are you ok? You don't look like you got any sleep last night,"
I sighed. "Everything has been..." I yawned "...terrible honestly,"
She looked at my sympathetically. "What's wrong?"
I really didn't feel like talking about this.
"I'll tell you later, I'm just so tired."
She patted my head.
I fell asleep during class, I was just so damn tired.
"Kevo!" I heard my teacher snap. I bolted awake
"W-what?"
"This is an academic environment, you will be serving detention after class!" she snapped.
I felt my cheeks turn red; everyone was staring at me.
My first few periods were awful, I couldn't concentrate on anything.
Finally, after my third period being psychology, I was going to talk to Sol. My breathing was way to fast. He would probably hate me, wouldn't he.
I waited in my seat. Only 2 minutes until the bell. Where was he?
Finally, I saw him walk through the door, he didn't make eye contact.
"Sol, I'm, so, so sorry about what happened, I promise I..."
"Can we please talk about this after class?" he asked clenching his fists.
Oh no, he was probably so mad. I nodded.
The teacher was talking about Osmosis or something, I don't know, I honestly wasn't paying attention. The bell finally rang signaling lunch was beginning.
I followed Sol out into the hallway.
"Can we talk outside, I don't really want anyone eavdropping," Sol said.
"Y-yeah, sure." I responded. We walked outside, no one was really around other than some people going to the nearby shopping center. I was sure no one was listening.
"Sol, I'm so fucking sorry, I-I didn't mean to b-but I... please forgive me, I know you're probably strait and hated I did that and-and I'm just so sorry.
He scratched his ears; I could swear he was blushing. "I never said that," he said quietly.
Wait what?!
"Look, I didn't mean to run off like that, but... I got nervous and, I-I... I never have had feelings for someone who wasn't a girl, so this is all kind of new to me and I'm just so confused." he sighed.'
Wait, did he just say he liked me?!
"It's ok, I know it probably feels weird for you," I responded.
"I'm sorry if I'm being awkward, umm, do you maybe... want to come to my house later today?" he asked.
Oh my gawd! Was he really suggesting...
"Y-yeah! That would be great!" I said.
Suddenly the bell rang, signaling the end of lunch.
"I guess we forgot to eat lunch," I said lightly laughing.
At the intersection at the hallway, we were about to go, I felt something shove me from behind. I fell, my snout slamming on the ground.
