As he headed towards Killgrave's room, Peter cast several spells and manipulated the air in the apartment into jars he had prepared beforehand.
After filling a few, he created a portal and stored those jars in a room in his new base.
He had recently built this base and will use it specifically to deal with Killgrave.
Casting several spells at the door in front of him, Peter entered the room as it silently opened.
As soon as he entered the room, Peter cast several spells in a row towards the occupants in the bed and was alert for any eventuality.

After that, Peter did not return to the lab where Killgrave was being held prisoner, but instead headed towards Seagate Penitentiary.
From the memories of Killgrave's parents, Peter learned of their involvement in illegal experiments conducted at Seagate Penitentiary.
Because of that, Peter is now heading to Seagate Penitentiary.
Using invisibility and heat suppression spells, Peter easily infiltrated the penitentiary and found the scientists.
From the minds of these scientists, Peter gained more data and information about those involved in these experiments.
What he learned was that even if Peter stops what's happening now at Seagate Penitentiary, it won't stop it forever until they run more experiments again.
This is because it also has the support of some people in the government.
Resigned, Peter prepared to leave but stopped a second later.
He turned around and walked towards some of the scientists and guards he believes deserve punishment.
Some scientists have had a command implanted in their minds that will eventually cause them to forget their professional knowledge, making them useless for these experiments.
