Uchiha Madara raised both arms to shield himself, but was still driven backward by the force of the chakra bomb.
Eventually, the chakra bomb exploded with a thunderous blast.
"With that kind of impact... he should be done for, right?" Sakura murmured as she stared toward the explosion.
"Ever since becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, the surprises just keep coming…" Uchiha Madara emerged from the blast, looking worse for wear after successive attacks from Might Guy and Future Boruto. His body was partially missing and in the process of slowly regenerating. "How exhilarating... Can you still keep dancing for me? Can you still entertain me?"
"Damn it… So this is the kind of enemy Dad once faced… How… how did they even manage to defeat him? And both Dad and Uncle Sasuke..." Future Boruto muttered to himself, glancing over at Naruto and Sasuke who were still undergoing emergency treatment. Since the screen hadn't gone black and white, that meant they must've been saved at the last moment.
"Looks like this is the end of the line for you all. In that case, I guess it's my turn next!"
Uchiha Madara extended his right hand toward Future Boruto and the fallen Might Guy, sending a Truth-Seeking Ball hurtling toward them.
"I can dodge it, but Guy..." Future Boruto glanced at the unconscious Might Guy.
If Might Guy were to die here, the future would definitely be affected.
Just as Boruto braced himself to take the hit, a figure appeared in front of him and kicked the Truth-Seeking Ball right back.
"Naruto?!"
Future Boruto looked at the figure now standing protectively in front of him.
"Yeah. I'll take it from here." Naruto responded, then looked down at the barely breathing Might Guy. "Bushy-Brow Sensei…"
Although Naruto had used Yang Release to save Might Guy's life, his right leg was beyond recovery.
"Naruto… I didn't think you'd actually make it back alive."
"Honestly, I'm surprised myself…" Naruto replied as he turned to face Uchiha Madara. His eyes had now taken on the form of a cross. "Right now, I feel like I can change everything!"
With that, Naruto charged straight at Uchiha Madara.
"Damn it, I haven't fully recovered from earlier!" Caught off guard, Madara had no choice but to take Naruto's punch head-on before retreating and slamming both hands to the ground. "Summoning Jutsu!"
After gathering the chakra of all the Tailed Beasts, the Ten-Tails evolved into the fully-formed Divine Tree.
"Wind Release: Rasenshuriken!"
The moment the Divine Tree appeared, Naruto cleaved it down with his Wind Release attack.
Seeing the Divine Tree get cut down didn't anger Madara—in fact, a delighted smile appeared on his face. He rushed forward to absorb it.
"What?!"
"Why are you just standing there, Naruto?"
"Sasuke, you're here too." Naruto turned to look. "Looks like you got something good from the Sage too."
Naruto had received Six Paths Sage Mode, while Sasuke had obtained the Rinnegan.
"Six Paths Sage Mode and the Rinnegan, huh? Too bad—I already possess both." Uchiha Madara formed a hand seal as he floated in the air. After absorbing the Divine Tree, his second Rinnegan awakened. Staring at Naruto and Sasuke below, he said, "This next battle will be the final one. Let's see which side is stronger. Let's settle this once and for all!"
"Sasuke—let's go!"
"Yeah!"
As Naruto and Sasuke closed in from both flanks, Madara extended his left and right arms to block their attacks, then grabbed their fists and flung them away.
"I've lost all interest in playing with you anymore." Madara pressed his palms together midair. "Chibaku Tensei!"
Massive chunks of rock shot into the sky, rapidly forming several floating spheres.
"Evacuate everyone! From here on out, it's up to Naruto and Sasuke!"
"We have to stop those spheres from crashing down!"
As Sasuke shouted, he summoned his Susanoo and soared into the sky.
"Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken!"
With Naruto and Sasuke distracted by the Chibaku Tensei, Madara was free to approach the moon.
"According to the stone tablet, when the bearer of the Rinnegan nears the moon, the Eye of the Moon will automatically activate." As he spoke, a third eye appeared on Madara's forehead. "Infinite Tsukuyomi!"
The moon above suddenly radiated a dazzling light, illuminating the entire shinobi world.
The earth began to shake. Countless purple vines burst forth from underground, seeking out those ensnared by the illusion to wrap them up.
Thanks to Sasuke's timely arrival and his Susanoo shielding them, Naruto and Sakura were unharmed. Future Boruto, having the Rinnegan as well, was also unaffected.
"So… the Infinite Tsukuyomi is complete…"
As the protective Susanoo around Naruto and Sakura faded, Sasuke surveyed the now-darkened surroundings.
"Boruto, you're okay too!"
Naruto looked over at Boruto with a relieved smile.
"Yeah," Future Boruto nodded.
"Looks like only the four of you are left. Perfect. Let me, the savior of the shinobi world, finish you off in one go. Then everything will be over. Everyone can live forever in their own blissful dreams."
Uchiha Madara gazed at the four people standing before him.
"You're wrong, Uchiha Madara. You're no savior…" A black hand suddenly pierced through Madara's chest from behind. "And this is far from over."
"I… I can't move…" Madara looked behind him. "Black Zetsu… Why are you betraying me? I created you… You're… my will…"
"Betray you? Uchiha Madara, you thought you were so clever, but you've been my pawn from the very beginning. And for the record, you didn't create me. Kaguya did. I am her will."
"The Divine Tree is absorbing chakra!"
Future Boruto shouted a warning.
As the Divine Tree continued to absorb chakra, Madara's body began to swell.
He swelled to his limit, then gradually shrank, finally revealing the figure of a woman.
"That's… Kaguya…"
Sakura stared in disbelief at the transformed Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, unable to understand how Madara, a hulking man, had turned into a woman.
"I'll finish you all… right here."
As Kaguya spoke, she used Yomotsu Hirasaka to drag everyone into a strange dimension filled with lava.
They all began to fall from the sky.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
Sasuke summoned his hawk to catch himself and grabbed Naruto mid-fall.
"Sasuke! And Sakura!"
Future Boruto caught Sakura with his right arm, while the Nine-Tails' claw sprouting from his back latched tightly onto a nearby wall.
