Snorlax glanced around at the barren surroundings, looking for something edible. But when he found nothing, the hunger that had suppressed his usual grumpiness triggered a full-blown tantrum. He grabbed a lava beast and hurled it away, then began gathering light energy in his mouth and fired it out.
"Is that... Hyper Beam?"
Shunhi murmured as he watched Snorlax's attack.
The lava beast struck by Snorlax's Hyper Beam instantly shattered into pieces. But using the power of the Rinnegan embedded in his forehead, Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki quickly created another lava beast.
"Leave the lava beasts to Snorlax. Naruto, Sasuke, you two handle Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki," Shunhi instructed.
"Alright. We're counting on you, Husky," Naruto nodded, withdrawing the massive Nine-Tails back into his body. "Sasuke, let's go!"
Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki's Rinnegan, which could absorb chakra, had already been damaged by Sasuke's sword, so neither Naruto nor Sasuke needed to hold back—they could go all out with their jutsu.

Ruling out all other possibilities, the most absurd explanation must be the correct one: Snorlax was actually an artificially-created monster developed by S.H.I.E.L.D.
That would explain it. The true reason the Deputy Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. had come to rescue Naruto wasn't just to help—it was to test Snorlax's strength. And since Naruto didn't know the truth, he was likely to trust S.H.I.E.L.D. after this.
Uchiha Itachi had no doubt that Naruto would do just that.
Impressive as always—S.H.I.E.L.D. had accounted for everyone. But just how much power were they still hiding?
Snorlax's performance had deeply shocked Uchiha Itachi. Every tailed beast was a terrifying and dangerous force in its own right.

Itachi thought to himself.
"Well, well. Looks like Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki is about to lose."
Ōtsutsuki Urashiki suddenly warped through space and appeared not far from Minato and Itachi. But he made no move to intervene—he simply observed alongside them as Momoshiki took a pounding from the main characters.
"Rasengan!"
Unclear what Urashiki's plan was, but the only way to stop him was to defeat him.
Minato was the first to charge at Urashiki. A small yellow Rasengan spun in his hand. But the moment it struck Urashiki, his body burst into a flock of red paper cranes that scattered, and he reappeared a short distance away.
"Ōtsutsuki Urashiki, perfect timing. Lend me your power!"
Momoshiki, still fending off Naruto and Sasuke, called out excitedly when he saw Urashiki.
If he could absorb Urashiki's power, he'd be able to trample Naruto, Sasuke, and even S.H.I.E.L.D.
"Come on, Ōtsutsuki Urashiki! I've already stalled Naruto and Sasuke. No one here can stop you now!"
"Of course, Lord Momoshiki…" Urashiki floated through the air to Momoshiki's side, smiling. "But instead of giving you my power, I was hoping… you'd give yours to me."
"What!?" Momoshiki, caught in the middle of his clash with Naruto and Sasuke, was completely unprepared.
Urashiki moved behind Momoshiki, swinging his red fishing rod tool. The hook pierced through Momoshiki's back and fished out a glowing mass of white chakra.
With his chakra drained, Momoshiki reverted to his original form and was no longer a match for Naruto and Sasuke.
Weakened, he was kicked away by Sasuke. The greatest threat was no longer Momoshiki—but Urashiki.
"Such exquisite chakra... It'd be a waste not to refine it into a pill first…"
Urashiki looked at Naruto and Sasuke before him. It was clear: if he didn't consume the chakra now, he wouldn't make it out of here.
Even though he had the Kekkei Mōra ability Yomotsu Hirasaka, which allowed him to freely travel through dimensions, opening the portal took time—more than enough for someone fast to interrupt.
The only reason he had managed to escape with Momoshiki earlier was because Konoha hadn't been ready. But now, Naruto and Sasuke would show no mercy.
"No choice. As much as I hate to do this…"
Urashiki opened his mouth and swallowed Momoshiki's chakra whole.
Golden Rinnegan appeared in his eyes, and a pair of crane-like white wings unfolded from his back.
His speed and strength surged. He now had both teleportation and jutsu-devouring abilities.
Looking down at the wary Naruto and Sasuke, Urashiki laughed.
"Unlike that idiot Momoshiki, I never make a move without absolute confidence. But I will never give up on the Nine-Tails' chakra!"
Even with this newfound power, Urashiki had no intention of fighting here. Sasuke and Naruto were one thing—but the clearly allied S.H.I.E.L.D. was a much bigger concern.
After all, even the Ōtsutsuki clan couldn't engineer monsters of this caliber, yet S.H.I.E.L.D. somehow could. And ever since the fight began, their Deputy Director had disappeared.
Clearly, he was lying in wait for a sneak attack.
Urashiki wasn't about to fall for it.
With a teleportation move, he opened up enough distance and then activated a portal to escape the battlefield.
