Meanwhile, at the countryside inside the Lewis's home, silence engraved the entire building. The only sound left was the continuous flipping of pages by Daniel Lancaster, who was still very much in his vengeance mode.
A box of untouched pizza sat on his table, brand new and cold. When he had gotten far into his research and received a notification, he paused what he was doing and glanced at his screen.
A message had just come in—apparently from the spy he sent to his father's home. Not his real father, of course. The useless junkie that claimed to be his father for several years. The message read that a terrible conflict had erupted in the house and it was fire—literal mayhem. Alessandro was now showing his true colors and had turned deadlier than before.
His business, still under his care, hadn't been transferred to his son. And from the way things were going, Alessandro wasn't planning on doing so anytime soon—or ever.
