I stopped in front of live baby mice.
"You want to shift into a baby mouse?" Victor chuckled and dragged me along.
"Do you* have a phyton? An adult one?" Victor called out to the sales team.
"I don't want to turn into a phyton! Are you mad?" I scolded under my breath, making Victor chuckle. Seeing him in brought daylight made me see him in a different light. I don't really understand the whole prehistoric vampire thing, but I assume that they hold a lot of power. Imagine having a vampire system and you are not bound to the night?
"Do they refund you if I turn out to be more than a wolfless slave?" I asked Victor, who was looking at a parrot.
"They don't really care what you are. The auctions they have are not legal to begin with," Victor chuckled.
"So I don't really belong to you?" I questioned.
"On the black market you do," Victor corrected me. "And now that they all know you belong to me, you will get less trouble."
