Chapter 86 - Chapter 82: The Battle of Gaul

"And this too."

This matters too.

Abundant!

A day after the clash with muscle.

In Gaul, legitimate Rome and the United Roman Empire collided!

Armies, reds, golds—life burned for the future!

"Report: Emperor Nero Claudius' momentum grows," a soldier said.

"Umu," the crimson man replied.

"A special general bolsters their side. Orders?"

"Do nothing. Let them come. I'll wait. Tedious."

"Yes…"

"Fight moderately. I don't wish your sacrifice."

"Yes!!"

The crimson man sighed. "Yet you'll die for your Rome. Such orderly, perfect armies—mindless collectives."

That man was abundant.

"Hahahaha!! Oppressors' minions! My joy embraces you!!" Spartacus roared, scattering enemies.

"What words for this joy, this thrill?!" His dazzling smile gleamed.

"LOVE!!!"

"Spartacus! This way! Ugh!" Boudica was dragged along.

"We'll clear the path! Charge the main camp!" she shouted.

"Oppressor! Apex of oppressors!! Behold my love—soon to embrace you!" Spartacus grinned at Gilgamesh, crushing foes.

"Hmph, spread it if you must. To reach me, bring thrice the love," Gilgamesh retorted.

What's love? Smiling while crushing soldiers?

Stop smiling at me. It's creepy.

"Yes!! Soldiers blocking my path, fall to my love, my life!!" Spartacus bellowed.

"Spartacus! Don't egg him on!" Boudica chased the tripled fervor.

"Umu. Handle it, Boudica," Gilgamesh said.

Sorry, Boudica. Stay safe.

"Let's move, Master," Gilgamesh urged.

"Got it! Clear the path with love!!" Ritsuka exclaimed.

"Senpai?!" Mash gasped.

"No! Ritsuka's corrupted!" Romani panicked.

"Haha, that muscle's useful, preaching love to girls," Gilgamesh chuckled.

Ritsuka snorted excitedly. Okay, Master?

"Nufu! Scatter them, 'Medusa'!!" Ritsuka summoned eagerly.

"Understood. Clear the magical beasts?" The tall, beautiful Rider, Medusa, appeared.

"Yes! Go, Rider!!" Ritsuka cheered.

"Another general…" Mash muttered.

"So many! I'm miffed!" Nero huffed.

"Stay put, Nero! Don't split Rome further!" Romani urged.

"Prove yourself, Rider. You're Chaldea's hero, whatever your origin," Gilgamesh said.

"Understood." Medusa drew a circle with her blood.

"Show this child's power."

A winged white horse emerged—Pegasus, born of Medusa's legend.

"Pegasus!!" Ritsuka shouted in glee.

"You like that stuff?" Romani asked.

"Pegasus!! Girls' dream! Pegasus Fantasy!!" Ritsuka raved.

"Senpai?!" Mash exclaimed.

Probably from fairy tales or books.

"Maybe I'll get an offer. None shine gold like me. Golden Deviant Saint, right?" Gilgamesh mused.

What offer?

"It pleases them. I'll scatter gently," Medusa said, mounting Pegasus.

"It flew!!" Ritsuka gasped.

"Ride! Clear the path to the camp! I'll follow by bike!" Gilgamesh ordered.

"Brace for the second Servant battle!"

"Yes!!"

"Let's charge the camp!!"

Advance!

"'Noble Phantasm—Bellerophon'!!!"

Pegasus soared at 500 km/h, a meteor blasting across the battlefield, pulverizing beasts, golems, and soldiers with fortress-like force.

Unstoppable, inescapable, the noble steed streaked like a shooting star, carving a radiant path to the enemy camp.

"That should do. Do your best, Ritsuka," Medusa said, ascending.

"—?"

Her eyes caught a small island in the sky.

"—!!" A shiver ran through her.

"What… I feel I never want to set foot there again…"

My instincts are never wrong.

Medusa, chilled, returned to Chaldea.

"Like a shooting star. Fast," the crimson man remarked, waiting at the camp.

"No boredom. Name yourself, beautiful one before me."

"—"

"Don't stay silent. Be eloquent. No name before clashing? Is that Rome's way?"

Eloquent, composed—a formidable foe. The enemy general, a Servant!

"You others, name yourselves, warriors of distant times."

"Ritsuka Fujimaru, Master!"

"Umu, lovely. Your deer-like grace tempts tender touch."

"M-Mash Kyrielight!"

"Good. Your soft, prominent chest is a treasure. Protect it from unworthy men."

"Hero King Gilgamesh. Bow swiftly, lowly mongrels, honored by my presence."

"What—such arrogance. A spirited Hero King as an enemy? Our disadvantage is undeniable…"

"Umu, a decent commander. Regret facing me with your whole being."

"And you, abundant emperor. Step forward," he beckoned Nero.

"Very well! Hear me! I am Nero! Nero Claudius! Emperor guarding true Rome!!"

"Good, good. Names done. Let's get to work."

A golden sword gleamed—Saber!

"Master, summon Servants wisely and win. I'll watch from the rear—your tactics," Gilgamesh said.

If they fall before Lev, it's over.

I'll guard against ambushes.

"Got it!" Ritsuka nodded.

"I am Gaius Julius Caesar. I shouldn't mimic soldiers," the Saber declared.

"Caesar… a ruler before emperors…" Mash murmured.

"Don't falter. Advance. The die is cast," Caesar said.

"No hesitation! I'll protect my Rome!" Nero vowed.

"Master, orders! Servant battle!" Mash urged.

"Yeah!"

The decisive moment surged—

"Saber detected. Processing officially," a voice cut in.

"Fah?!" Ritsuka yelped.

A circle spun, summoning a Saber!

"You—" Caesar stared.

"Ha! While Gilgamesh spectates, I'll swing as a substitute sword!!"

A blue-clad, white-jacketed Saber appeared.

"You!" Mash gasped.

"Another one-sided summon?! So free!" Romani exclaimed.

"Yes, Master!! Leave Sabers to me! Strongest Saber, Heroine X!!"

"I've nothing to say," Gilgamesh sighed.

"Watch, Gilgamesh! My Saber ninja arts! And since no one's retorting, I will!"

She thrust her holy sword—!

"Beautiful… No, beautiful!" Caesar praised.

"Why's a giant like you a Saber—!!" Heroine X retorted.

The battle began!

"Phew… thirty percent done. Long way to go," Olga Marie sighed.

'Effort gift. To Olga Marie'

"Hm? This…"

'Azurite'

'Roman Apple'

"…Gil…"

'From Hero King'

'Keep at it.'

"…Yes!"
