In the almost empty classroom, where only three people are, each in a different row, a strong tension fills the air, along with a lot of noise coming from a row on the left and the other on the right: it's Gon and Taeki who are shouting at each other while between them, in the middle row, Zack tries to fall asleep on the desk.
Gon: But my guy, I'll explain something to you, it's impossible that I lose to a guy who has a mop for a head!
Taeki: Blablablabla… wait a few more months and I'll make you eat the floor.
Gon: Yeah yeah, that's it… at worst you'll make me eat pizza, nothing more.
Taeki: At least I don't have toes so long it looks like they want to escape.
Gon: But actually you… wait a bit, the second we finish detention I'll take you to see your ancestors and they'll be so shocked by your face they'll question their lives.
And before Taeki can respond, Zack lifts his head and shouts in anger:
Zack: You two, shut up! I'm trying to sleep!
Gon: Well, keep trying and don't be annoying. he says, giving him the middle finger.
Hearing that, Zack breathes deeply then turns to Taeki.
Zack: Hey, can you explain why you fought each other?
Taeki: First, my name is Taeki, and if I fight all the time with him, it's because he is my target.
Zack: Your target?
Taeki: Actually I want to take revenge on someone but right now I have absolutely no chance, and to improve, my first strength goal is to approach him and beat Gon.
Zack: And how far are you from him, you and the other guy?
Taeki: Even if we go at him together, only dust of us will remain before we even realize that we are dead.
Gon: Don't compare me to that guy, I'm sure I beat him whenever I want! Gon says looking irritated.
Zack: And who is it? Zack asks, ignoring Gon.
Taeki: Well, people call him different ways but the most common nickname is Kaiser, the strongest.
Without realizing it, Zack shivers when he hears the name "Kaiser" because Lina already told him about it, and he starts thinking.
What if Taeki discovers that Lina knows this Kaiser and wants to force her to tell him? That means Taeki could potentially be an enemy. That's the first thought that appears in Zack's mind, then the second comes.
Why is he worrying so much about Lina? Is it because she gave him a place to sleep or eat? Even he has no answer.
And before he can continue thinking about it, Gon speaks:
Gon: Sorry for changing the subject, but Taeki, I want to ask you something. We agree that it's been a few days that someone sometimes follows you?
Taeki: Huh? What do you mean?
Gon: That's why you haven't beaten me yet, you have to pay attention to absolutely everything and never lower your guard.
Taeki: Stop mocking me and tell me if you know the identity of the one who follows us.
Gon: Well, I noticed a few days before the appearance of the famous serial killer, so either it's him or an accomplice, and he must be outside the school right now. By the way, I think his goal is to kill us, me and Taeki, because we are the strongest in the city, so we can't avoid the confrontation. Then he stands up, hands in his pockets, tapping his foot on the floor and whispering: only 5 minutes left and I can leave.
Taeki: And now, what are we going to do?
Zack: And I want to know why you put your hands in your pockets?
Gon: Answer to the first question: I'm going to take him somewhere to beat him up, and for the second question, it makes you look classy. he says, smiling.

Leaving the school, Gon heads quickly to a convenience store to grab a quick meal, then goes directly to an empty place and shouts:
**Gon:** HEY, AMATEUR KILLER, COME OUT OF YOUR HIDEOUT QUICKLY!
The moment he stops speaking, Gon lowers his head to dodge a kick coming from behind and creates a distance between him and his opponent.
**???:** So, how did you guess I'm following you?
**Gon:** I felt you from the very first second you started following me, and to guess who you are, it just takes a little thinking.
**???:** And now?
**Gon:** And now? I'm going to beat you up and take you to the police station hoping to get some money… paradise or not.
**???:** And I hope to kill you. But before starting, I'll be a little polite and give you my name: Anak Akos.
**Gon:** Gon Streed.
And so their fight begins.
