Ronan's eyes opened to a mechanical sound.

"It sounds familiar," Ronan mumbled, pressing hard against his temple while he sat up on the bed.
[Binding of the character Ronan is in progress. Please wait a moment.]
Ronan glanced around the room. He clearly remembered hanging upside down, covered in blood, so how had he ended up on a bed in a strange place?
[Binding completed.]
[Providing the strategy.]
Ronan noticed the voice was coming from inside his head. "What strategy?" he asked.
[A strategy to complete all the tasks in the plot.]
"I don't want to complete any tasks. I just want to go home.

"What?! What tasks?
[According to the novel, your first task is to mark Omega Shael.]
A picture of a white, angelic male appeared in a transparent frame along with his information. Ronan didn't pay attention to the details.
"Wait, what the hell are you talking about? What novel?" Ronan nearly shouted in frustration.
[Would you like to read the novel Taken By My Seductive Alpha?]
A book appeared in the transparent frame. The name rang a bell. He remembered the cheesy cover with its big, over the top title. Ronan opened the book and briefly skimmed the plot.
The novel Taken By My Seductive Alpha was an ABO abuse story. The protagonist, Alpha Ronan, was a billionaire CEO of an entertainment company called Sparkle. He was a playboy who loved to sleep around, even taking advantage of his artists during their heat, pretending to help them.
Omega Shael was a promising actor in his company. He came from the well known Wahan family. Despite his background, he worked hard to achieve his dreams on his own. Ronan took advantage of his heat cycle and slept with him.
He was supposed to walk away afterward, but Shael was one in a million. He tried to sleep with him again, but Shael rejected him. To fulfill his desires, Ronan lied and claimed he loved him and wanted to date. Shael agreed, thinking of what had already happened between them.
They started dating, but Shael caught him sleeping around. When he confronted Ronan, he brushed it off, saying he wasn't serious, just playing around, like other Alphas.
Slowly, Ronan began to abuse Shael physically. He was always too rough during intercourse, often sending Shael to the hospital. Shael tried to leave, but then he found out he was pregnant. When he told Ronan, he was force-fed abortion pills, resulting in a miscarriage. Ronan confined him in his villa, abusing him and claiming he could sleep around, but no one tasted as good.
Shael collapsed and was taken to the hospital. The hospital reported the abuse, but Ronan paid a hefty sum to silence it, on the condition that he let Shael go.
Afraid Shael might expose him, Ronan leaked explicit photos and accused him of extortion in the name of love, yet sleeping around. The public turned against him.
"He's a disgusting gold digger."
"I never expected such an angelic face to have such a disgusting personality."
"Gosh! What a leech."
Shael, who had loved Ronan dearly, was heartbroken and attempted suicide, but survived. He awoke to find he'd been removed from his family registry and kicked out. It was a huge blow, but he held his ground.
One day, he checked Ronan's account and saw he was getting married. Ronan made a long post declaring love for his soon to be spouse. Shael changed his name and started a small studio. It took him five years to rise again, and he surpassed Sparkle. He took all their deals. Sparkle went bankrupt.
When Ronan had nothing left, everyone abandoned him, including the Omega he married. In anger, he tried to kill Shael, but Shael's bodyguard shot him in the head.
The novel review ended. Ronan's head spun.
"What kind of jerk is he? He wants to play around but can't take responsibility?" Ronan frowned in disgust. "No wonder he ended up miserably."
The novel plot was too twisted to be digested by Ronan who had no interest in novels. The sick turn of events took him by shock not to mention that he was to take over protagonist Ronan.
Protagonist Ronan was a person he could never accept, he hated people who don't take responsibility nor to mention abuse. The protagonist's character was out of balance lacking development and was too shallow.
How did this novel got famous and hit the top seller? it was too grim to be liked.
Regardless of the circumstances he was the one leading protagonist's life to go back to his own world.
