Chapter 17 - The Secret Weapon and Multiverse Mayhem

Neo-Lumina's neon skyline flickered under the residual energy of the last battle, but the calm was deceptive. Across multiple dimensions, faint rifts began to shimmer, signaling the villain's next move.

Kael stood atop a skyscraper, quantum glove glowing intensely. "Okay… things were bad before. Now? I think they're insane-level bad."

Lira hovered beside him, analyzing energy readings. "Multiple dimensions are destabilizing simultaneously. And this energy signature… it's not from shadow creatures. It's something bigger. Something hidden."

Juno sneezed, sparks flying across the rooftops. "Hidden… bigger… sneezing counts?"

Kael groaned. "Always counts, Juno. Always."

Suddenly, a massive portal tore open above the city, swirling with dark energy unlike anything they had seen. From it emerged the villain, smirking, and behind them hovered a colossal, pulsing device—the Multiverse Nexus, a secret weapon capable of bending realities to the villain's will.

"This ends now," the villain announced, voice echoing across dimensions. "The Multiverse Nexus will collapse all realities into my control. Resistance is futile."

Kael clenched his glove. "Not today. We've trained, upgraded, and survived worse chaos. Let's do this!"

The heroes leapt into action. Kael's glove projected massive dojo walls that spanned multiple dimensions, creating barriers to slow the villain's minions. Holographic clones multiplied with precision, attacking enemies in synchronized chaos.

Lira merged her constructs with Kael's dojo, forming towering, mobile energy fortresses, while sending spinning chains and holographic spikes at the Nexus itself. She even hacked portions of the device, causing small feedback loops.

Juno sneezed strategically, creating controlled lightning storms that zapped shadow creatures and destabilized the Nexus' energy flow. "Tactical sneezes… multiverse extreme edition!"

The villain hissed, eyes glowing cyan. "Impossible! Three mortals, holding back the Multiverse Nexus?"

Kael grinned. "Teamwork, improvisation… and sneezes. Always sneezes."

The three combined their powers in a massive synchronized assault: dojo walls collided with holographic chains while lightning dragons struck every weak point of the Nexus.

The device shuddered violently, energy surging out in all directions, and the villain staggered. "No… this cannot be…"

With a final combined strike, the Nexus overloaded, sending a massive quantum pulse across all dimensions. Shadow creatures dissipated, and the villain's weapon was destroyed—leaving only residual rifts in the sky.

Kael panted, glancing at his friends. "Secret weapon… destroyed. Mostly survived… barely."

Lira hovered down, smirking. "Mostly survived. Stylishly, as always."

Juno sneezed one last time, sparks harmlessly fizzing. "Mostly counts… again."

Neo-Lumina—and the multiverse—was safe… temporarily. But the villain's ambition and cunning hinted at even greater chaos yet to come, teasing the next epic adventure.
