Chapter 304: Clash of Kings

"Alright, Sairaorg—let's get this started!"

Tenra cracked his knuckles, channeling the force of the Two Heavenly Dragons. The crimson-and-white armor that wrapped his body shimmered beneath the arena lights, drawing shrieks of delight from the girls in the stands.

"Hold on. Let me shed these shackles first. I want to face you at my absolute best."

Sairaorg tore off his shirt, revealing a physique sculpted by relentless discipline. Strange, intricate runes snaked across his arms and torso—self-imposed restraints that weighed him down, training his strength through constant burden.

With a guttural roar, Sairaorg clenched his fists. The runes faded, one by one, until his skin was bare. Battle aura erupted from his body in a blinding surge, blasting a crater beneath his feet. The force of it swept outward like a hurricane, pushing Tenra back against the ground—his boots gouging twin furrows in the earth.

Tenra's eye twitched behind his helmet.

Seriously, was this guy for real?

And that wild, spiking energy—if Sairaorg's hair turned golden and stood on end, Tenra would swear a Saiyan had wandered onto the wrong set.

"Ohhh… What is Sairaorg doing? Is that Senjutsu?"

The host's voice trembled with confusion from outside the alternate space.

"No, there's no record of Sairaorg using Senjutsu."

Azazel stroked his chin, eyes glinting with awe.

"But that aura… it does resemble Senjutsu's ki," the host pressed.

"That's not spiritual energy—if anything, it's fighting spirit," Azazel replied.

Emperor Diehauser Belial weighed in, voice calm and clear:

"Fighting spirit. It's what you get when you push your body past every limit. Sairaorg was born nearly powerless—no magic, no talent for swordplay or Senjutsu. So he trained his body, chasing pure, unfiltered strength."

"His fighting spirit isn't magic or ki—it's the raw power of life itself. We all have it, but Sairaorg honed his until it became visible. What you're seeing is the eruption of his life force."

The explanation sent ripples of shock through the audience. To forge one's body to such a degree—how much pain and effort had Sairaorg endured?

Inside the alternate space—

"Partner, this guy's dangerous. Don't let your guard down."

Ddraig's voice echoed from the jewel in Tenra's armor.

"I know," Tenra replied, jaw set. This was everything he'd hoped for.

"Tenra Kamiyo, here I come!"

Sairaorg's warning was brief. He launched himself forward—a blur of motion—closing the gap in a heartbeat.

A sonic boom split the air as Sairaorg's fist rocketed toward Tenra.

"So fast!"

Tenra didn't hesitate. He met the punch head-on.

"DXD: Infinite Loot System"BOOM!

The shockwave blasted out, carving a new crater beneath Tenra's feet.

"HYAHHHH!"

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The two figures darted and collided, fists flying with primal fury. The ground erupted in a chain of craters, each impact shaking the plain.

No magic. No technique. Just raw, untamed power—two titans locked in the most primitive brawl imaginable.

From the stands, the audience went wild. The brutality of it only stoked their excitement.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Elsewhere in the alternate space, Maryu, Bylent, Shuria, and the rest were locked in a desperate battle against Regulus—the lion incarnate of a Longinus.

Maryu, Bylent, and Shuria hovered above, raining fireballs and lightning down on the massive beast. Mira stood her ground at the lion's feet, her iron staff swinging, stretching and shrinking as she fought to keep its attention.

Ni and Li darted across the battlefield, their Nekomata agility making them blurs. Whenever they spotted an opening, they dashed in, landing a flurry of cat-punches on the lion's golden hide.

Ile and Nel—the chainsaw twins—hung back, biding their time. They weren't the strongest, but they excelled at sneaky tactics. Let the big sisters draw fire; they'd strike from behind.

And there it was—a perfect chance. While Regulus was distracted, Ile and Nel leapt onto his back, grins flashing. They revved their chainsaws and began hacking away with gleeful abandon:

"Chop you up! Chop you up!"

"Dismember you! Dismember you!"

The chainsaws screamed, biting into fur and flesh. The lion roared in pain, twisting to glare at the twins.

But what could he do? They were out of reach, riding his back with impunity. The sisters doubled down, hacking even harder.

Then—SNAP! SNAP!

Their chainsaws broke first, not the lion's hide.

"Uh… haha…"

"Sorry to bother you, Mr. Lion…"

Stunned, the twins tried to scramble away. But Regulus was in no mood to forgive.

"ROAR!"

A thunderous bellow rocked the battlefield. The shockwave slammed into Ile and Nel, sending them flying. They crashed to earth, rolling until they finally lay still.

"Ugh… so dizzy…"

Stars danced in their eyes as they tried to get up—then promptly collapsed, unconscious.

"Lord Tenra's two Pawns—eliminated!"

The host's voice rang out as Ile and Nel were teleported from the field.

Their antics had always brought laughter, but seeing them dispatched so brutally ignited fury in Maryu's team.

"You rotten lion—go to hell, meow!"

Ni and Li launched themselves into the air, faces twisted in anger.

Each raised a palm skyward. Orbs of youki spun into twin wheels of light, which the sisters hurled down with force.

BOOM! BOOM!

The explosions rocked Regulus, who roared in pain.

"How's that, meow? Big Sis Kuroka taught us this move—feel the power!"

Ni and Li sneered, satisfaction burning in their eyes.

But Regulus was done playing. The jewel on his forehead flared, unleashing twin beams of crimson light that struck Ni and Li in midair.

"Eh…?"

They stared dumbly at the bloody holes in their chests, realization dawning too late. Then darkness claimed them.
