Mandor woke up and saw Gren building fortifications on the base, such as adding metal walls on the outside of the base. ''"Gren, what are you doing?" "Well, I'm building fortifications just in case our base gets attacked." "Yeah, that's actually a good idea. I also thought of that but never had the time to do it."'' Gren made a straight face as he looked at Mandor. ''"Sureeeee.. Anyway, if you're wondering how I got this metal, I got it from the left-over iron you had and my iron too."'' Mandor decided to sit down and ask Gren a question. ''"So, Gren, what's your story?" "Well, it's not exactly the best, and quite frankly, I think it's quite bad, but I'll tell you anyway since you're so interested." Gren roamed the forest, looking for anyone. But there was no one.. No one but Gren. Gren was abandoned by his parents, or at least that's what Gren thinks, but his earliest memory is of him waking up in this endless forest with no one except him, nature, and the wildlife. At the time, Gren was only a child, being 200 years old, which is considered very young for a giant's age. He roamed and roamed, but there were no other giants around as it was just him.
Gren sat on a rock and began contemplating what to do next, as he isn't the type of person to cry; in fact, he's quite an adventurous and brave type of being. Grenkor grabbed a rock that was surprisingly quite big, as it seems that the place around him fits his size, but Grenkor's head starts hurting as he remembers someone teaching him how to make an axe, and when he opens his eyes, an axe is in his hand, and now he's suddenly in a different place than where he was before. Grenkor was confused, as it seems he unconsciously made an axe, so Grenkor started to chop wood and make a basic shelter and a controlled fire, as he still had the knowledge of surviving in the wild.''
Grenkor sat near his fire, still contemplating how he got here and who taught him this survival stuff, and at the time, being 200 years old was like the equivalent of a 16-year-old child in human years for the giant's. Grenkor always had a hobby for building and hunting, as he found hunting exhilarating and building a calm and peaceful thing to do in the meantime. Grenkor didn't like the little wooden roof he built over himself as a "shelter", so he got up and started to chop more trees and carve out their exteriors to make planks, and after hours of carving out logs and chopping trees, he finally built a quaint little house that's good for now. Grenkor didn't have enough wool yet to make a bed, so he had to sleep on the wooden floor for now.
A couple hours later, Grenkor woke up to loud roars sounding throughout the forest, so Grenkor got up and left his house to see what it was and saw a huge flying creature that looked like a combination of an elephant and a dragon for some reason. Grenkor grabbed his spear he made while carving out wood when making his house and ran towards the flying creature that was hundreds of meters away, so Grenkor jumped as hard as he could, and it took him about 40 seconds to reach the flying creature and stabbed it right in the head, piercing through its skull, but the flying creature resisted and bit into Grenkor's flesh, causing Grenkor to scream out in pain as the flying creature chewed him up.
Grenkor also resisted and pushed the spear deeper into the flying creature's head, causing it to finally pierce the flying creature's brain, and it fell to the ground dead. Grenkor layed on the ground, breathing heavily with the many bite wounds in his flesh, and if this was just one of the creatures, then he's definitely not ready to face the other's, as he just got here about a day ago and he's already getting attacked by creatures. Grenkor took off his shirt and used it as a bandage to cover as many bite wounds as he could, but he couldn't cover all of them, so Grenkor limped back to his house.
Grenkor opened the door to his house and fell onto the floor as he still breathed heavily, but his body was better than that of an average giant, as it seemed to resist more damage than the average giant and last way longer with deadly wounds as it also seemed to connect to Grenkor's willpower to stay alive. Grenkor fell unconscious and woke up again in his cabin, as it seems the bleeding stopped on its own. Grenkor looked down at his body to see that most of his wounds had already healed and the ones left mostly healed, and Grenkor said in confusion, ''"Huh?! Where did my wounds go? I swear I got bit by a creature, and those wounds were deep."'' Grenkor realised that this is one of the nine powers a giant could get from birth, as that memory rushed into his head about a man telling him about the nine powers that a giant could get from birth, but they are very rare and only a handful of giants have them in the entire species.
This was the power of regeneration, and it was among the more common powers of the nine, but it seems his regeneration was very slow and needed to be trained in order to work faster, so Grenkor got up once again and stumbled a bit, and Grenkor felt very hungry, as it seems regeneration takes energy from the being in order to regenerate, so Grenkor went out to look for food and found a cow sitting down. He approached it carefully, quickly pierced its throat, and dragged its body over to the fire. He reignited it, cooked the cow, and ate its meat. Grenkor got up feeling much better and decided to make a pickaxe so he could get better tools, so he made a wooden pickaxe from the left-over wood he had and started to mine stone that was close to his house. He grabbed the stone, which was 2x the size of a human, and hauled it over to his house, where he carved the stone into stone tools and made them. ''"Alright, that's all you're getting for now Mandor, because I gotta get back to work." "Awww, man. Fine, I gotta go get Dormite anyway."'' Mandor went off to see if he could find the ore.
'''Meanwhile with Hades.''' Hades sat on his throne, waiting for the poll to finally finish, when he overheard his minions speaking about him. ''"I heard Hades was a human once and that he was born to be evil and brutally killed his entire clan and committed several war crimes when he was only 19." "Well, I heard he sacrificed his entire family in order to become the god/ruler of hell." "Well I he-"'' the one minion that was about to speak, had his head chopped off by Hades big sword, which was at least tens of times the size of a human. ''"Who are you to think you can talk about my past so freely?"'' Hades said as the other minions that were talking prefusely apologised and promised never to speak about his past again, but Hades didn't care and sent the other two to be tortured by limb tear for 300 years as a punishment.
Hades past was a terrifying one, as even the other Greek gods dared not speak about Hades past as they didn't want to start an internal conflict that could lead to the Greek Pantheon's destruction. '''It started long ago..''' Hades grabbed his sword and swung it at the dummy, and the dummy was sliced in half. Hades watched in happiness as the dummy fell over. Hades laughed, but his father walked in and spoke to his son, ''"Son.. Grenador has called us to the palace, so come now."'' Hades father was the general of the army of the country they lived in, named Bestonia. Hades and his father Fanjik walked over to the castle, and they went into the throne room and bowed, but Hades was very angry inside, as he hated bowing to other people and just wanted to see the king and everyone else around him drop dead, his father included. Then the king told them to stand up, thanked them for their service, and rewarded them nicely due to their recent win in a huge war. The king was not corrupt but a kind and friendly person, while Hades father was cold-hearted but did treat his son nicely and didn't abuse him.
His father and he went back to their house and sat down for dinner as the reward took place at around 8 p.m. at night and the family ate together. The father and mother talked to each other while Hades just ate his food and went back outside to brutally slice up more dummies, telling his parents it was just "training." At the time, Hades was only 17, and he loved killing animals and creatures as he saw their life force leave their bodies, and Hades enjoyed every second of it. So Hades sliced up more dummies, killing them in different ways, and got bored because there was no blood, so he snuck out of the house and ran to a forest where he saw many wild animals roaming, so he snuck up towards a cow and quickly and swiftly cut up its legs before the cow could even register Hades being there, so it couldn't run. Hades then sank the sword into the cow's back and slowly pulled it upwards, killing the cow and giving it a painful death.
He laughed as he heard the cow's screams. He then moved onto a sheep and did the same thing to the sheep as he did to the cow, except he slowly cut open its stomach, then slowly cut its throat open, and let it die. Hades felt nothing but joy as he watched the sheep die painfully. But that laugh quickly stopped as three random people saw what he was doing and rushed over to him. ''"HEY, WHY DID YOU DO THAT TO THAT POOR SHEEP?"'' Hades turned around with a look of pure anger, and the three people stumbled back. ''"Who are you losers to interrupt my fun time?"'' Hades swiftly and brutally killed one of the people and then swiftly disabled the other two. ''"I've done it with animals, and they were fun, but I haven't done it with people before. This is going to be fun."'' Hades laughed as he brutally pierced one of the people's chests, grinded it into their flesh, and slowly pulled the sword up and down, slowly cutting them in half. The other person watched in horror and tried to scream for help, but Hades reacted and pulled their tongue out of their mouth and cut it out.
The last person tried to beg for Hades to stop, but Hades brutally stabbed them through the head and tore their whole head off, and now Hades was covered in blood, so he went to find a river to clean up and jumped into one, and all the blood went off, so he went back home, laughing as he entered his house, and his parents rushed to him, asking him where he was as he had been gone for 2 hours, and Hades just told them he was exploring the forest. His parents asked why he was wet, and Hades told them he simply accidentally fell into a river when looking at it, and his parents believed all of it and got him new clothes, and they all went to bed. Hades woke up in the middle of the night and decided to kill some more animals, so he went out to the forest, but something was different as the sky was a very dark grey and a huge cloud began to form as lightning struck the ground all around Hades.
Hades was very surprised by this, and then a giant man formed from the giant cloud and descended towards him. When the man landed on the ground, Hades finally saw the man and tried to swing his sword at him, but the sword disintegrated when it touched the man's skin. Hades fell back as the man in Roman clothes approached him and spoke out, and his voice seemed echoey. ''"Hades, the son of the general of Bestonia, you have been chosen by the other Greek gods to be the god/ruler of hell, but there is one requirement you must fulfil in order to obtain this position."''Hades spoke out. ''"What do I need to do?!" "You must sacrifice your family to us and kill your entire clan to obtain the position."'' Hades laughed and said, ''"I accept!" "Then it is done. I will return in a week to see if you completed your tasks, and if you fail, I will send you to hell myself, and you'll be tortured for eternity."'' Zeus then disappeared into thin air.
Hades then went to his house and went to his parents room and, without hesitation, kidnapped them out and locked them in a shed. He would feed them every so often, saving them for when he had to sacrifice them a week later. Hades then went to the castle and killed the guards with ease, then went to the king's room and brutally killed the king in cold blood. Then Hades went on a killing spree, killing everyone in the castle, and they were all no match for his unmatched skill. He then went to the town of Bestonia and killed all of them by setting a fire in a village, which killed everyone. '''''A Week passes.''''' Hades enters the shed and cuts off his father's arms so he can't fight back, as it's just in case he tries to rebel.
He dragged his parents to the spot where he met Zeus and yelled out his name. ''"ZEUS, THE GOD OF OLYMPUS! I HAVE DONE WHAT YOU ASKED AND KILLED MY ENTIRE CLAN AND BROUGHT MY FAMILY AS A SACRIFICE!"'' Zeus appeared in front of Hades and then spoke, ''"Well done, Hades. You have completed your tasks, and I will give you your reward."'' Zeus then uses his lightning to suck the souls of the Hades 2 parents, and now it is done. ''"Here you go, Hades. Take this power and rule hell as the God of Hell, Hades!"'' Hades felt power rush through his body as he grew to tens of times his original size, reaching 230 feet tall. His body rotted and turned into hardened demon skin, and an eternal fire was set upon his head to show he rules Hell. Hades was then teleported to Hell, and his arrival was felt all across Hell as all the demons suddenly stopped doing whatever they were doing and began to rejoice as a new ruler had come for them to lead them.
