FASHION RUNWAY — PARIS
The press pit buzzed with shouts and flashes as Tracy stepped onto the red carpet, instantly pulling every camera toward her. She struck a confident pose, her outfit glimmering beneath the lights.
An interviewer hurried forward, microphone in hand.
"Hi! I'm such a huge fan."
"Oh, girl, say no more," Tracy laughed warmly, pulling her into a quick hug.
"Are you excited for tonight's show?"
"Of course! I mean—new collections, new designs, and this being my very first show with Louis Vuitton as their global ambassador? I couldn't be more thrilled."
"And you look stunning. Tell us, what are you wearing tonight?"
Tracy twirled slightly, flashing a sultry grin. "An embellished frock coat from Louis Vuitton's spring/summer 2018 collection, honoring Nicolas Ghesquière's ten-year anniversary. Paired with black leather hotpants, knee-high stockings, and sculptural pumps. Classic with an edge."
"Wow—you're glowing. Can we get a little shoutout?"
"Absolutely. Shout out to Louis Vuitton for hosting such an unforgettable event—and to FTV for this amazing interview."
"Thank you, Tracy! Save me a seat?"
Tracy winked. "You got it, girl." She swept inside as the cameras followed her.
Not long after, Lucian arrived with Charlie and Cherry. The children, dressed impeccably, clung to his hands as reporters swarmed.
"Mr. Lorenzo—it's an honor!"
"The honor is mine," Lucian said with his practiced, easy smile.
"Preparations for the wedding? Only two days away!"
"Everything's going smoothly," he assured. "Tonight, though, we're here for Mirabel—to support her moment."
The flashbulbs exploded again as they entered the hall, taking their seats.
Minutes later, the show began. Models glided down the runway, the room awash in applause and admiration. Then—Mirabel appeared.
She walked with breathtaking poise, the headline star of the night, draped in eight different looks that drew gasps from the crowd. Each time she stepped out, the cameras followed, and each time she stepped back, Lucian's eyes burned with pride.

TWO DAYS LATER — THE WEDDING
The grand doors of the cathedral stood closed, muffling the music and murmurs inside. Behind them, Mirabel clutched her grandfather's arm, her wedding gown trailing behind her in a sea of silk and lace. Her hair, swept into an elegant bun, gleamed under the soft light.
Her grip tightened. "Grandpa…I'm so nervous."
He chuckled softly, eyes misting with memory. "Of course you are. You're just like your mother. On her wedding day, she trembled the same way."
Mirabel's breath hitched. "She did?"
"Oh yes. But I'm not sad, my dear. Even though she passed tragically, she lives in you. And seeing you here, with your children, with this love…that's more than enough for me."
Mirabel hugged him tightly, fighting tears. "Thank you, Grandpa."
The organ swelled as the great doors creaked open. Gasps rippled through the room.
Her grandfather smiled, extending his hand. "Ready?"
She nodded, placed her hand in his, and together they stepped forward.
The crowd rose. Cameras flashed. Cherry tugged at Lucian's sleeve from the front row, her eyes wide with awe. Lucian himself could hardly breathe as Mirabel floated down the aisle, radiant, every step pulling her closer to him.
At the altar, she released her grandfather's arm and moved forward—toward her future.
