Liam's POV
Sliding down from the bed, I calmly walked into the bathroom. I was slightly anxious and the thought of confessing my feelings to Hazel made me nervous.
That was the main reason why this celebration mattered to me because I would finally have the opportunity to confess my feelings and have what I dreamt of for so long.
I got into the bathroom and took my time to get more prepared. After getting dressed, I walked to the celebration ground and the guards bowed their heads to show respect.
"They are all waiting for you to give the opening speech, your Grace," the guard revealed, and I walked past him into the hall and the moment I stepped into the hall, loud cheers and catcallsmade me halt in my step and I took the opportunity to walk to the middle of the stage, in front of the podium where I was to give my speech.
