After couple of days staying on the other side, Xin finally come back, the first thing he check is if those fools try to do something stupid and they never fail to amuse him.
Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen is constantly sending money outside, they even start to sell ther land of Sarutobi for unknown reason.
Xin did not asked anyone but someone already go to check where those money is going.
Utatane Clan and Mitokado Clan is also doing the same thing, it's small but still they are sending money from outside with unknown reason.
Danzo on the other hand is doing strange, he actually call back all the Root Ninja and still keeping all the Root Base around the Konoha.
Not only that, Xin heard the he is also taking his clan property not to send outside but to actually hire more Ninja from outside of the village.
From what they showing, it's clear that they never want to pay back the money they take, not only that, the four clan suddenly close their clan for any outsider.
This made everyone around feel nervous, as if something big is going to happen in the Konoha Village.
While the four old fools is doing everything to save their things, the Konoha Village is starting to upgrade, all the projects Xin left to them before he go to other world is starting to finish.
The only one left is the road he ask for other to build, after all, the road is wide, big and also long, the toad connect the Konoha Village and to the Land of Fire Daimyo Palace.

Electronic Warfare-Class; Beta 'Nymph'
Nymph is an Angeloid created for electronic warfare.
Nymph is shorter than the other Angeloids. She has long blue hair styled in twin-pigtails with bangs that fall irregularly against her relatively pale skin. She has ultramarine eyes and eyebrows that are in the same powder blue as her hair.
Her body is built differently than most of the other First Generation Angeloids. Nymph has slightly disproportioned hips and thighs that are much more pronounced against her otherwise small build.
Her collar is also different from that of the other Angeloids. It is thicker than her neck and around the same width as her head, covering all of her neck. It is also much bulkier and nowhere near as fitted as most other collars seen on the other Angeloids. It is colored black with white outline.
Her wings are not feathers. They are more like the iridescent wings of an insect, with hues varying anywhere between the colors of purple and green. She usually wears an extremely short dress with black, vertical stripes going down the front and ending at her thighs, and white gloves that go up to the elbows. She wears a cape of two colors, white on the outside and salmon on the inside that is split into many slitted rectangles, and shoulder pads.
Nymph wears high boots that are mainly white but change to a coal color that go up to her thighs. There are two thin strips of white cloth connecting her boots and the main article of clothing she wears.
Nymph who appear besides Xin smile cutely and said." Hello Master."
Xin nodded at her, he then take out some paperwork and pass to her and said." Can you see if there is any problem with this projects?"
Nymph happily take it from him, without even sitting, she start to analyze all the paperwork on her hand and with just a minute she finished it.
Nymph then start to tell Xin all the thing she fine, like the amount of the material, the perfect height and weight, the perfect solution creating wall.
Even the single cent that lost form the project is calculated, all of this information is form a minute of her analysis.
Xin has the Quirk that enhanced his brain ability, but even with such huge upgrade, he still can't solve all the problem within short amount of time.
But Nymph is different, she has the brain that is more powerful than a Super Computer, maybe more advanced than that.
Seeing her performance, Xin nodded approving her.
Seeing his master approval, Nymph finally fel happy, she was nervous just now that her Master will never like her but it seems what she think is different.
"From now on stay with me, you will going to be my personal secretary, change your clothing like Ikaros, and hide your wings from everyone."

Xin with Ikaros as bodyguard and Nymph as Secretary visit the Konoha Main Base, but he never expect to see
a interesting scene when he arrived.
