"The Cloud Shinobi emissary has arrived, but instead of entering the Konoha Village, they are camping outside of the village."
"The specific reason for not entering Konoha is unknown, and personnel have been dispatched to monitor them non-stop."
"Who come today?" Haruzen asked.
"Dadai, Atsyu, Katui, Samui, and ten Jonin." The Konoha Shinobi said.
Hearing this, the negotiate team is actually compost of five higher rank Shinobi and two official, this means that they come sincerely.
