"With the amount of money you spend to every Village Projects you take, and not single one is complete even today, tell me, were is the remaining money that use to those projects?"
"It use to compensate the fallen ninja from the previous war." Homura said.
"Oh? Compensation? Let me see." Xin look at the document on his hand for couple of seconds and then start to speak.
"For each Chunin Ninja that died in the war, they get 100 thousand Ryo, for everything Genin gets 200 thousand Ryo, for everything Jonin, and Special Jonin they get 1 Million Ryo as compensation, while those Orphans if the Hero of Konoha get 3000 Ryo every months while those who don't have any family while having huge assets will automatically give to the village as donation."
"But from the report I get, only 30% of them is payed while some of them is mysteriously missing for some reason while living their own property getting take by the village."
"So you telling me that until today, the village still paying the compensation from the war ten years ago?"
No one speak, they want to hear the answer of the Village Elders but those higher-ups did not give any answers at all.
"Good, so missing civilians and orphan while the issue of the money is still mystery."

Still the higher-ups did not give a clean answer making everyone around start to feel restless, you know, missing Clan is a huge issue, much more that the number of missing Clan is huge, half of the original clan of the Konoha Village.
And the problem is, not single news about them, not today, or even in the past years no news come out from the higher-ups.
"No answer, then my next question is pretty simple, what happened to the property of those missing clans?"
Third Hokage, and the other elder can't help but to bow their face for that question that thrown to them.
How can they answer this question when the three of them take part of all those 15+ missing Clan property.
"No answer again? Good." Xin clap his hand and the screen change, this time it's not a graph but the whole map of the Konoha with different colors with anme on each colors.
"Thisnis the original map of the Konoha when First Hokage and Uchiha Madara founded the Konoha Village."
Everyone look at the map, you can tell that there is so many original clan when the Konoha Village is founded base on the map.
You can see that the large part of Konoha, maybe 10% is from Senju Clan and Uchiha Clan, they taking the middle part of the Konoha while Senju is taking part the east side of Konoha.
Hyuga Clan and Uzumaki Clan takes 5%, while other clan only takes 3-4% of the land base on the map, you can see that largest part of the land is taken by the training ground and the civilians side.
You can also can see that the vast majority of the business in front h Konoha Village is from Hyuga, Uzumaki, and Nara, while the housing market is monopoly by Senju Clan using Wood Release.
Looking far below, you can also see the Usagi Clan, but not like other clan, the size of Usagi Clan is relatedly smaller than other smaller clan.
"And this is the current map fo Konoha."
Third Hokage suddenly stand up and said." I think no need to show it to everyone, we can continue to th Konoha next topic I think."
"Can I ask why?" Xin asked.
Third Hokage look at Xin with venomous gaze wanting to swallow it he hateful kid whole showing all the thing they did for over the years.
"Before I forgot, the taxes will increase base on the wise of the land each people take, this is change by me by preventing anyone from monopolizing the huge part of my land."
"And also, by doing this, those small family only need to pay small amount of taxes, and if you are so poor, maybe you can get exempted to the taxes so so you still want to hide this?"
Third Hokage want to stop this but the people of Konoha don't want, after all, this will show how much they need to pay yearly.
Third Hokage can't only stop speaking, he sit up while pulling the Hokage Hat covering his expression while Xin finally open the current Konoha Village map.
"Wow!"
Just like Xin expected, the reaction of everyone is hard to describe.
