Whole the whole Village is excited to the news they heard, the Patriarch from different clan is having a visit to the new Konoha Command Center.
The New Konoha Command Center is build in the center of Konoha, deep underground with only a small candy shop as the front show to everyone.
Deep down, a huge open cave can be seen, you can see different things the never appear in the Ninja World, new to the eyes of the people around.
Hiashi look at the multiple screens in front of him and can't help but to shocked, he can see different plan around the village with almost 360° with clear picture.
The spot is also well hidden making anyone civilians who just passed by did not notice anything strange.
"Welcome, this is the new Konoha Command Center, here everyone will going to work monitoring, defending, and also gathering of intelligence."
"As you can see, I put hundred of different observing device all over the Konoha, with no blindspots, with clear picture whatever it's raining or at night, and don't need to much money to maintain."
"This?! When this surveillance started?" Nara Shikaku nervously asked.
"Six Years ago after that Nine Tail accident." Xin reply.
"You out it on the village while the whole Village is being rebuild?"
"Yes."
"....." They never expect that Usagi Clan is observing the Village for long time now and no one ever notices anything at all.
"Second is the barrier around the village, there's a huge problem with it."
Patriarch Yamanaka can't help but to feel net, you know, the Yamanaka Clan is the one who have obligation in maintaining the he Konoha barrier.

"The Konoha Barrier is designed around the Konoha Village only, and the effectiveness of this can only be show if the original shape of the barrier is still round."
"But the problem is that, the three Elder clan break the Konoha Wall and expand the their own clan outside without telling everyone."
"This made the Konoha barrier brittle, it was almost to none, now we can't just push the three Clan inside it will only cause congestion inside of the Konoha that's why I decided to expand the Konoha Village."
"I see, by expanding we can create a perfect barrier while creating more space for Konoha." Nara Shikaku think that the plan is good, but there's a problem.
"We dont have any Grandmaster Sealing and Barrier Class in the village."
It's embarrassing to said but this it the truth, there are couple Ninja who can use Sealing Technique and Barrier but not single Grandmaster Class.
