Chapter 3 - Ch—3 new rise of uchiha

The sound came first—soft, rhythmic at first, then growing sharper with each step.

Leaves crunched. A branch cracked. The air in the cave's entrance thickened with the weight of an approaching presence.

Izumi and I moved as one.

Our kunai flashed in the dim light, the steel glinting for an instant before vanishing back into the shadows we stood in. We dropped into attack stances, knees bent, weapons poised to strike at the first sign of threat.

Every muscle in my body tightened.

The footsteps drew closer, until they were no longer steps but the rustle of someone pushing through the underbrush.

Then, the bushes parted.

Out stepped a figure I recognized instantly—violet hair that caught the faint moonlight, a white ANBU mask hanging from the side of her head, and the unmistakable poise of a trained swordswoman.

Uzuki Yugao.

Only… something was different. Her eyes—usually sharp, disciplined, alert—were glassy, distant, as if she were walking in a trance. Her gaze locked onto me, not like a predator sizing up prey, but like a subordinate awaiting orders.

My system interface flickered.

She stopped a few steps away, and her pupils dilated. Slowly, deliberately, she reached up and removed her mask, letting it fall to her side. The lines of tension in her posture softened. The steel edge of her ANBU discipline… melted away.

"I… was following you," she said softly, almost to herself. "Not because of an order… but because…" Her voice trailed off, her expression flickering as if she were struggling against invisible threads pulling at her thoughts.

Then her gaze cleared, the hesitation vanishing entirely.

She stepped forward, closing the distance until she stood directly before me. Her eyes locked onto mine, steady and unwavering. Then—without a word—she dropped to one knee, bowing her head.

The gesture was deliberate.

Not one of capture.

Not of arrest.

But of allegiance.

"I will follow you," she said, her voice quiet but resolute. "Not the Hokage. Not Danzo. Only you, Keita Uchiha."

Izumi's eyes widened in shock, her grip tightening on her kunai. "What… what is this? She's ANBU—one of their most loyal."

I didn't answer immediately. My system did it for me.

> [Ally Bond Established: Uzuki Yugao — Loyalty Level: 45%]

I looked down at Yugao, the corner of my mouth curling into a small, dangerous smile.

"Then rise," I told her, my tone low but commanding. "From this moment on, you are no longer Konoha's sword. You are mine."

Her head lifted, and I saw no hesitation in her eyes.

Only acceptance.

Izumi still seemed stunned, but I caught the faintest shift in her stance. She was beginning to understand—this was how the new Uchiha clan would be built. One person at a time.

And with every step, our power would grow.

> [Clan Power Points: 46/100]

[Next Goal: Secure Permanent Base]

Somewhere outside the cave, the wind rustled through the trees, carrying with it the faint scent of rain.

A storm was coming—one we would bring to the world ourselves.

Alright — I'll build the continuation so it flows naturally: the trio (Keita, Izumi, and Yugao) get their first coordinated battle in the Forest of Death, secure resources, and then make the decision to leave Konoha territory altogether.

The ending will bring them to Whirlpool Island, the site of the destroyed Uzumaki village, where the next stage of the new Uchiha clan will begin.

The cave's silence didn't last long.

From the treeline came low growls, the kind that vibrated in your bones before you even saw what was making them. Shadows shifted among the branches—predators circling.

"Company," I murmured, my Sharingan igniting in my eyes.

Izumi mirrored me, her crimson gaze flickering with dangerous focus. Yugao slid her sword partially from its sheath, the sound of steel rasping against wood sharp enough to cut the silence.

The first creature leapt from the darkness—a wolf, larger than a man, its fangs glistening. My kunai spun from my hand before it hit the ground, burying itself in the beast's throat. Blood sprayed in a hot mist.

> [Host has gained 2 Power Points.]

Two more came, weaving between the trees with unnatural speed. Izumi's Sharingan tracked them effortlessly, her movements fluid as she slashed across one's side. The creature stumbled, giving Yugao the opening to finish it with a single, elegant draw-cut.

The third went for me. I pivoted, my system interface flashing.

> [Skill Unlock: Shadow Fang Strike — Damage +25% when attacking from darkness.]

I vanished from its line of sight, reappearing at its flank in the same breath. My kunai slashed deep, and the beast collapsed without a sound.

> [Host has gained 4 Power Points.]

The forest went still again, the smell of blood mingling with the damp earth. Yugao cleaned her blade with a piece of cloth, her movements calm and precise.

"You two fight well together," she said, glancing between Izumi and me. "But with me here… you'll be unstoppable."

I didn't disagree. The synergy was already there—Izumi's precision, Yugao's speed, and my system's unpredictable edge.

We spent the next hours hunting—not for sport, but for resources. By the time the first light of dawn seeped into the forest, our Clan Power Points had climbed to 102. Enough to trigger the next stage.

> [Clan Founding Protocol — Stage 2 Unlocked.]

Requirement: Secure Permanent Base.]

The problem was obvious: there was no safe base in Konoha. Not for us.

"Then we go where they can't touch us," I said, staring at the map projection the system displayed. My finger traced the jagged coastline until it landed on an island far to the east.

Whirlpool Island.

The ruins of the Uzumaki clan's village. Once a fortress of sealing arts, now abandoned to the ocean's wrath. Dangerous to reach. Easy to defend.

Izumi frowned. "That place is cursed. No one's lived there since—"

"Since they were slaughtered," I finished for her. "Just like us. Which makes it the perfect place for a rebirth."

Yugao's lips curved slightly. "The dead guarding the dead. Fitting."

We traveled in shadows, avoiding all major roads, slipping through abandoned routes and coastal paths until the scent of salt filled the air. Three days later, we stood at the edge of a cliff, the vast ocean stretching endlessly before us.

A single jagged silhouette broke the horizon—an island crowned with crumbling towers and scarred stone walls. The distant roar of waves crashing against its cliffs reached us even here.

> [Location Discovered: Whirlpool Island — Former Seat of the Uzumaki Clan.]

Special Status: Base Claim Possible.]

I looked at Izumi, then at Yugao.

"This is it. The birthplace of the new Uchiha clan."

And together, we stepped toward the boat that would take us into the storm.
