The air inside the classroom was taut enough to snap.
Because today is Joined class between Class A and Class B.
Seona's hand hovered near her sword hilt, jaw clenched, eyes blazing with the kind of fury that promised steel if Han so much as breathed wrong. Across from her, Han sat calm, spine straight, gaze like frozen steel. He didn't need to draw his weapon his aura alone screamed danger.
The other students shuffled in their seats, some holding their breath, others secretly hoping for blood. My own fingers twitched, a nervous itch in my palm.
If they go for it now, someone's going to end up in the infirmary. Or worse.
And that was when the door clicked open.

Measured footsteps cut through the tension. Every head in the room turned.
