While everyone was sleeping I stayed awake while still holding Lexi absently stroking her hair. I was making some plans to save the others on the island. Daylight was starting to come so I had to start moving soon. For the next part of the plan was making it to the power control building before Ray Arnold was killed by raptors. So I slowly got up while moving Lexi close to dad.
I gently started shaking dad to wake him up. It took him a few minutes to wake up. He looked around then at me with an eyebrow raised. So I leaned down and whispered to him "I am getting a bad feeling, the kind of feeling like someone is about to die so I have to go now. I need you and the others to stick to the plan and keep moving to the visitor center." Dad grabbed my arm and asked me to stay but I just pushed Lexi into his arm and said "Dad you need to protect my girlfriend. Your future daughter in law. I swear I will meet up with yall at the visitor center." Dad just looked at me with concern etched in his face and asked him to trust in me.
I pulled out the .500 s&w magnum with extra ammo and handed them over to him. I said "Please don't ask me its for yall protection." Dad just looked at me like I just grew two extra heads. Then he just shakes his head and accepted the gun. I then whisper "I love you dad. Keep the radio on, and be sure to radio when yall climb over the fence." He nodded his head.
With that i climbed the tree and quickly made my way towards the power control building. I reached the fence and climbed over then pulled out the AR-15 loaded it and pulled out the other mags. I put the mags into my pocket and started making my way to the building on high alert. After a few minutes the building came into view to which I slowed down my pace because everything just went quiet. Meaning there is a predator nearby. So I pulled up the AR-15 and let off a few rounds, some to the left and some to the right. Trying to scare them off because I remember that raptors love to hunt in packs and to attacking from the sides is a favorite hunting plan.
I truly wasn't afraid for my life but i still could feel pain and yea no thanks to being torn apart and eaten. So trying to scare them off seemed like the better ideal to me. Totally not because I was afraid.
I finally made it into the building thank god. And I did it without encountering anything. Now you might be thinking that I am just trying to play hero here or something, but I truly wouldn't have cared. But Arnold was played by Samuel L Jackson. My favorite person ever and there is no way in hell am I about to let him become just an arm. Psh if i can save him I will do it. All to hear his famous words "Motherfucker" if not for that fact then I would not have done this shit. As I followed the wires I radio dad and asked if they was on the move again. Which he replied with a quick yes and then to my surprise Lexi came over the radio saying "Since you told your dad that I was your girlfriend then you better return alive and in one piece." Causing me to chuckle and I told her I would see her soon.
Right after I finished the conversation I heard something coming from up ahead. So I pulled up the rifle and started moving forward hoping to make it in time. I rounded a corner just in time to see Arnold get pinned up against the wall by a raptor so I let off around with hit the raptor in the side. I let off a second round that hit dead in the head dropping the raptor.
I then rushed to Arnold to check on him to see he was still alive. So i used my finger gun to heal him up some to keep him stable but not enough to have him asking questions I would like to avoid. Then I pulled out the first aid kit and patched him up. After that I dragged his ass into the cage with the switches. I looked around then pulled out the .500 bushwhacker with some ammo and then waited.
After a few minute of waiting Ellie came rushing down the hall, but stopped when she notice me. After a second the ran to me and I swear to god try to squeeze the life out of me. Yea the boobs to the face was nice by she had my hands pinned to my sides so I couldn't push her away. To I started tapping her ass to say to let me go. It took John voice coming from her radio to make her notice now wasn't the time to lose herself.
I said "It's great to see you too Ellie, but we got work to do." Ellie pulled back and started looking around for the others. So I said "They should be getting close to the fence by now. We can catch up later." I pulled out the radio and asked dad if they made it to the fence yet, and dad replied with "We did run into the rex again but was able to get away while she was feeding. We just now got to the fence and is starting to climb it." I handed the radio and the bushwhacker over to Ellie and said "Dad and the others are climbing over the fence right now so wait until they finish and then turn on the power. Also Arnold is in the cage with the switches. Now I have to go help out Robert." With that I started rushing towards the exit.
As soon as I ran outside I stopped to get my bearings. Then started making my way towards where Robert should be. I fired a few rounds into the air, just then I heard a rustling coming from some bushes near me. I looked over to see Robert coming out, he looked at my rifle and said "That's not one of ours." I looked at the rifle then back to him and asked "Do you want to switch?" Which seemed to make his day. We made our way back to where Ellie was, Robert kept looking at the AR-15 like it was a birthday present. Causing me to laugh, I told him he could keep it.
When we got back I asked Robert if I could use his knife, which he handed over without asking any questions. I went towards the dead raptor and took off the raptor claws one for dad and the other for Lexi. Then we saw Ellie checking up on Arnold. She stopped when she saw us, so I asked if dad and the other cross over the fence. Which she said they did and she has already turned on the power. I nodded and said it was time to move out them. Me and Ellie grabbed Arnold while Robert took the lead.
After a few minutes we finally made it back to the visitor center. There we saw dad and Malcolm standing outside waiting causing me to cuss up a damn storm. How could two grown ass man leave some kids behind in a dinosaurs infested island. So I called over Malcolm over to have him grab Arnold from me and I started rushing to where I knew the kids was. I heard Robert following close to me again not asking any questions just ready for trouble. As I ran I made sure the shotgun was ready to go. By the time we made it to the dinning area we heard a bunch of sounds coming from the kitchen.
We didnt have to wait long because a few seconds later Lexi and Tim came running out the door followed by one of the raptors. Robert said "Found you Clever girl!" Both me and Robert started unloading shots after shots into her. After a few seconds dad came around and landed a shot to her head. I said "It's time to start moving. Go down the hall to one of the rooms." Ellie and Malcolm carrying Arnold was the first down the hall followed by dad with Tim right behind him. Robert told me to go first since Lexi was now hugging me like I planned to disappear again.
We got to one of the rooms with a computer and I told Lexi to do her magic shit so we can get the fuck off this island. She grumbled saying it's not magic. I kiss her forehead and replied its magic to me. She did get to work and after a few minutes she was in the server. Once she got everything up and running again dad picked up the phone and called Hammond. The line was picked up so dad said "we got phones now call in our ride off this damn island." Before Hammond could say anything else the last raptor busted though the window. Only to be meet with a hell fire of bullets. Lexi ran towards me as Tim ran behind dad. After everything settle down we saw that the raptor was dead. Lexi then jumped into my arms and I swear she was trying to scoop out my life with her tongue. Damn it woman at least wait until we get off this island. After a few seconds of collecting our selfs we made our way to the front of the building. There we saw Hammond in a jeep waiting for us. We put Arnold who was still knocked out up front then dad got in to have Ellie sit in his lap then Tim sat in her lap. I had Lexi in my lap, Malcolm and Robert got into the back facing backwards as we drove off.
Just then we heard the T-rex roar from within the building. Dad spoke up saying "Hammond after much consideration I have decided not to give you my recommendation for your park." Causing me and Ellie to laugh. We made it to the helicopter without any problems. As the helicopter started to take off I got lost in my own thoughts. Only two people I can think of has died, the fat guy and Donald. Now I just have to wait four years until John sends Sarah to site b and has Malcolm go there. Until then what should I do. Then a though hit me or more like a woman did. I looked down at Lexi who was holding onto me and asked what her plans are now? She said to finish schooling and after that she wasnt sure. So I asked her if she wanted me to move near by so we can officially start dating. Which I guess her answer was a yes because she tried to jam her tongue down my throat again. I smiled and held her close. We got only 4 more years before I can see more dinosaurs.
