From what Sadius knew, many of the first-generation Divine Beasts were indeed naturally nurtured and born within their respective planes.
Even those not considered first-generation were still born from two Divine Beasts of the same kind, producing the next generation.
There were also special cases like Bebe—whose parents carried the Divine Beast bloodline, resulting in an atavism mutation that allowed the offspring to be born directly as a Divine Beast.
But a magical beast mutating later in life and evolving into a completely unrelated Divine Beast? That had simply never happened.
"I don't know the exact reason either. Perhaps… this is the unique advantage of a soul mutate. My Amethyst Divine Beast lineage was nurtured and birthed by the Amethyst Mountains, condensed from the very origin essence of Amethyst itself, naturally possessing both the Destruction and Earth affinities."

Amethyst Divine Beasts are birthed from Amethyst Origin itself, and your ability to refine that origin to strengthen yourself mirrors the very principle by which the Amethyst Divine Beasts come into being. So it was indeed tied to his soul mutation.
Sadius' original body was nothing more than a ninth-rank darkness-type magical beast. Fortunately, after transmigrating, he had gained Destruction and Earth affinities, which opened up the opportunity he now had.
"Then may I ask, Sovereign… could one become another type of Divine Beast through such a method of mutation?"
"That, I do not know. Amethyst Divine Beasts are birthed from Amethyst Origin. If there are other Divine Beasts similarly nurtured by a specific material origin, then perhaps a corresponding soul mutate could also mutate into that type of Divine Beast."
Sadius pondered. Were there other Divine Beasts in the Coiling Dragon universe similar to the Amethyst Divine Beast?

"Mother, are you saying that from now on, Sadius is my younger brother?"
Reisgem's eyes lit up.
As a child of a Sovereign, he was terribly lonely—there were far too few peers of true divine rank with whom he could actually play.
Even the emissaries of the Redbud Sovereign, out of respect for his status as a Sovereign's son, would keep their interactions formal and distant.
But now it was different.
Sadius had become an Amethyst Divine Beast. That made the two of them brothers. For the first time, Reisgem felt he would have a true playmate.
Sadius, however, was bewildered. Wait… becoming an Amethyst Divine Beast means… I have to acknowledge the Redbud Sovereign as my mother?
Sure, being a Sovereign's child meant access to Sovereign artifacts and an inexhaustible supply of Sovereign power.
But Sadius really didn't have the habit of acknowledging others as his father or mother.
If someone else wanted to call him father, that might actually amuse him.
The Redbud Sovereign saw through Sadius' inner thoughts.
"Sadius, would you be willing to become my Sovereign Emissary?"
Sadius immediately understood—she was giving him a graceful step down. This way, both sides could save face.
"Sovereign, my strongest divine clone is only at the Mid God level. I'm afraid I don't have the strength to be a Sovereign's Emissary…"
"What are you afraid of? Hemmers of the Earth divine plane became a Sovereign's Emissary right after reaching Lowgod. You, however, are a tri-element soul mutate. As soon as your darkness divine clone also becomes a Midgod, your three-element fused Midgod power, combined with your comprehension of two types of unique fusion profundities, and if you were to gain a Sovereign artifact… even ordinary Shuras wouldn't be your match."
Sadius chuckled. Indeed, his darkness divine clone wasn't far from reaching Midgod. He was already approaching the point of being invincible beneath the so-called Great Perfection level.
"Sovereign, I already possess an incomplete soul-defense Sovereign artifact. Becoming your Emissary… won't affect you granting me another Sovereign artifact, will it?"
"That Azure Dragon Ring you have is your own fortuitous encounter. The Azure Dragon Sovereign has long since perished; naturally, no Sovereign would claim that artifact. By becoming my Sovereign Emissary, you will of course receive another Sovereign artifact." the Redbud Sovereign explained.
"Sovereign, I am willing to become your Emissary."
Sadius didn't hesitate.
After all, a Sovereign artifact was waving at him, along with an abundance of Sovereign power—how could he refuse?
"Good. From this day forth, you, Sadius, are my Sovereign Emissary. What type of Sovereign artifact do you desire? You may choose from an offensive Sovereign artifact, a material-defense Sovereign artifact, or a soul-defense Sovereign artifact. However, I recommend a material-defense Sovereign artifact. After all, you already possess a soul-defense one. With both, even a Great Perfection Highgod would find it difficult to kill you."
"Sovereign, may I choose an offensive Sovereign artifact instead?"
Sadius didn't follow her suggestion.
He felt that his material defense still had much room for improvement and would eventually reach Sovereign artifact level anyway.
What he truly needed was an offensive Sovereign artifact that suited him.
At present, he had only the Violet Blood Divine Sword and the God Core Divine Sword—two Highgod artifacts for three divine clones, making it impossible to fully unleash his combat power.

"Enough, Sadius. Since you've become my Sovereign Emissary, I have a task to entrust you with."
Sadius hadn't expected that he'd only just become her Emissary, and already the Redbud Sovereign was assigning him a mission.
"This matter concerns you as well."
With another wave of her hand, a familiar object appeared—It was the Azure Dragon Egg.
