A few minutes after Kazuma and White had fought, all the combatants of the gladiator rounds were standing at the centre of the field, the combatants consisted of the people who had fought but weren't taken to the hospital at all. Kazuma, White, Tendra, Rimeta, Roy and another set of young soliders and assassins were standing firm as Ralfold gave a speech "Well, as you all know, the gladiator rounds of this year's assassination exams have come to an end.", the audience started to clap and exclaim, "THIS YEARS FIGHT WAS INSANE!", "EVERY SINGLE KID DOWN THERE WENT BALLISTIC!". Ralfold then continued his speech "Yes, I can see you all enjoyed yourselves. And I'm glad you did, but to be honest, even I got scared while watching some certain matches....", he had a nervous smile on his face while remembering Yuki and Marallda's fight "What the fuck even was that fight?", he thought to himself. Ralfold continued "Each and every young soldier here did their very best. Whether they won or lost, they all tried, they proved to us how strong they are and how strong they will continue to be. So I would like for you all as the audience to clap for them and yourselves as well for watching the fights.". The audience in the stadium started to clap and cheer for the combatants, Ralfold just smirked, his eyes glanced at Lord Fugaku. Fugaku on the other hand had a smirk on his face while looking at Ralfold. Ralfold then explained "Alright now, once again, I'm grateful to you all. The fighters for giving it their all and entertaining the audience. The audience for responding and enjoying themselves. Myself included for being a cool as referee...", Suzuha thought to herself "More like an overly nonchalant referee.", Kojin muttered "He actually was cool.", Ranpo replied "Yep.", Fugaku just smiled "That's Ralfold for you.". Ralfold looked at the audience once more "And with that, the gladiator rounds has come to an end. Have a wonderful day, and make sure you all enjoy the firework show at night.". The audience started to clap and cheer, some started to get up and leave, some goofed around a bit, while some were just having fun with each other. Ralfold turned to all the students behind him with a smirk "You all did one hell of a job. As a referee and teacher to some of you kids here, I'm proud of you all.", Kazuma teased a bit "Awn, thanks Ralfold sensei.", Ralfold had a frustrated smirk on his face as he grabbed Kazuma by the shoulders "And you.... you fight like you want to break someone's will to live. You shouldn't do that so recklessly, got it?!". Kazuma smiled shyly "Ah, yeah, I won't do that without a reason, so yeah.", White looked at Kazuma with a suspicious frown "Without any reason, huh?". Kazuma turned to him "Hey, you were starting to take me so lightly, so I felt insulted. It was your fault that I beat your ass like that.", White clicked his tounge "TCH!", Ralfold just smiled "Alright kids, the gladiator rounds are over, you can go back home. Have a nice one week holiday.". All the combatants started to leave the stadium, Tendra stood in a place for a moment before he saw Rimeta walk past him, he clicked his tounge as he watched her walk away. Tendra didn't say a word, he just walked forward and left the stadium. Gwen then asked as she rested on the railings "Is anyone coming for the fireworks festival?", Lydia replied "I'm probably just going to watch it from the house.", Rachel then added "Nah, we should come outside and celebrate. After all, the gladiator rounds could have gone wrong. We should be thankful that nothing deadly happened.". Lydia narrowed her eyes as she looked at Rachel "You're talking like seeing a literal black hole and a couple of kids our age throwing mini nukes wasn't crazy.", Rachel sighed "Ahh, you get the gist!", Gwen with a dry tone then added "She's right Lydia...", Lydia yelled with annoyance at Gwen "DONT YOU START WITH ME!". Kazuma and White started to walk out of the stadium, Kazuma then asked White "Hey, White. What did Ralfold sensei mean when he said having a one week holiday?", White explained "Well, you see. After the gladiator rounds have ended, two events happen. The first one being the fireworks festival at night. The second one is the one week holiday, its also known as the days of calm.". Kazuma then responds with his arms behind his head like a pillow "Hm, I can live with that.", White replied "Offcourse you can.". As Rem walked on her own with a small crowd around her, Lydia called to her "Rem, wait up.", Rem turned back "Hm?", she saw Lydia, Racheal and Gwen walking towards her. Rem waved to them "Hey you guys. Heading home?", Lydia replied "Maybe. But going home sounds like the best option right now.", Gwen added "Yep, it does. Although it would be nice if we all came for the fire works festival this night.". Rem smiled nervously "Oh, that's great. But I have plans for this night.", Gwen blinked "You do? Oh, I see, you wanna hang out with Roy.", Rem smiled nervously "Yeah, sorry. But if you want, we could walk with each other before going home.", Rachel sighed "Sounds like a plan.", she walked forward. Rem, Lydia and Gwen followed her "Yeah, makes sense. I mean after all the long battles we just saw, who wouldn't wanna go home?", Rem stated. Gwen replied "You.", Lydia replied "That's a little too far. Don't you think?", Gwen replied "Yeah I know.". As all four girls walked down the stairs, Gwen's mind drifted to Rimeta "I have to confirm myself. That girls that fought Tendra, her name was Rimeta Destera. Is she really the one i fought back at the forest?.", Gwen just took a sigh with her eye's closed "Whatever, I'll figure that out later.". Several hours later at 7:30 PM, Volt was still laying unconscious in the medical room that was in the stadium he had fought at. His eye's slowly opened up as the first thing he saw was the white ceiling above him, the bandages on his face were already half way remeoved "What....? Where am I?", he asked himself. Suddenly, he heard Ralfold's voice "Its fine. ", Volt's head immediately turned to Ralfold who was sitted at his left side. Ralfold had a straight look on his face "Hey, kid. How you feeling?".
