Ivy's POV
"Since you're arriving late, I'll just give you your key now instead of during the regular assignment period." The administrator handed me a key attached to a wristlet. "The dormitories open for move-in this weekend, and classes begin Monday morning."
I glanced at my mother, who gave me a knowing look.
"Waited until the last minute again, didn't you, sweetheart?" she asked with a hint of amusement.
I couldn't help but grin. "I notified the university that I was spending summer with another pack outside their territory."
Mrs. Zephyr nodded, scanning her computer screen. "Yes, I saw that in your file. Actually, you were next on my to-do list, so you've saved me some work."
"Next on your list?" I laughed. "Why's that?"
"The dean requested I personally follow up with all registered alphas to ensure they secured their preferred classes."
